Good morning to all those who are connected through the Amazonas satellite and the Eutelsat 8 satellite; and also there where Missionary Miguel Bermudez Marin is. May God bless you, Missionary Miguel Bermudez Marin, and all those present, on this occasion that will be listening to these words, today Saturday, October 26th of this year 2024.
In the book of Acts, in chapter 3, verse 1 onwards, it tells us:
Acts 3:1
1 Now Peter and John went up together into the temple at the hour of prayer, being the ninth hour.
2 And a certain man lame from his mother's womb was carried, whom they laid daily at the gate of the temple which is called Beautiful, to ask alms of them that entered into the temple;
3 Who seeing Peter and John about to go into the temple asked an alms.
4 And Peter, fastening his eyes upon him with John, said, Look on us.
5 And he gave heed unto them, expecting to receive something of them.
6 Then Peter said, Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk.
7 And he took him by the right hand, and lifted him up: and immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength.
8 And he leaping up stood, and walked, and entered with them into the temple, walking, and leaping, and praising God.
9 And all the people saw him walking and praising God:
10 And they knew that it was he which sat for alms at the Beautiful gate of the temple: and they were filled with wonder and amazement at that which had happened unto him.
11 And as the lame man which was healed held Peter and John, all the people ran together unto them in the porch that is called Solomon’s, greatly wondering.
THE APOSTOLIC TIMES
[Dr. Jose B. Perez] It tells us in the message “THE APOCALYPTIC VISION (IN THE DISPENSATION OF GRACE),” which was preached on November 15, 1992 here in Cayey, Puerto Rico; Dr. William Soto Santiago tells us:
THE APOCALYPTIC VISION (IN THE DISPENSATION OF GRACE) Dr. William Soto Santiago Sunday, November 15, 1992 Cayey, Puerto Rico
Now notice, the Fourth Seal is outside the Dispensation of Grace…
[JBP] In the book of The Seals he tells us that [WMB] it’s a foretold Seal. He says:
[WSS] … the Fourth Seal is outside the Dispensation of Grace, the Sixth Seal is outside the Dispensation of Grace…
[JBP] In other words, he already tells us: “The Fourth Seal is out of the Dispensation of Grace, the Sixth Seal is out of the Dispensation of Grace.” And he goes on to say:
[WSS] … these Seals are fulfilled in the Dispensation of the Kingdom.
[Dr. Jose B. Perez] On page 256 [p. 294 in Eng.] he tells us about the Fourth Seal, he says in the middle of the page [The Seals]:
195 Watch, rides a pale horse as he appears on his ride, this last ride. He’s on his last now. Now, that is not in our day. That will be on down. It’s the Seal, foretold.
[JBP] If he says “is not in our day”: in the Day of the Dispensation of Grace; and if he says it “will be on down,” well later on is in a new age and in a new dispensation.
[Dr. Jose B. Perez] And here our brother William is telling us that it’s outside the Dispensation of Grace, the Fourth Seal; the Sixth Seal says that it is also outside the Dispensation of Grace. And where is it that these Seals are fulfilled? He says [“THE APOCALYPTIC VISION (IN THE DISPENSATION OF GRACE)”]:
[WSS] … these Seals are fulfilled in the Dispensation of the Kingdom.
[JBP] Therefore, when he was telling us that [WSS] the door of the Dispensation of Grace was about to end,* we are already seeing there that these Seals were not yet being fulfilled at that time, as brother Branham says there: [WMB] “in our day”; because that day was the day of the Dispensation of Grace.
*[2017-01-27 “The Return of the Heavenly Citizens to the Father’s House” —Introduction—: [WSS] We are in a very important time, in which from one moment to another the door of the Dispensation of Grace will close, and then the door of the Dispensation of the Kingdom will open, with the Messiah, the Son of David, as Lion of the tribe of Judah, as King of kings and Lord of lords in His Reclaiming Work. / Bible Study #247, 16/Oct/2022 (Sunday), p. 60 / Bible Study #259, 27/Nov/2022 (Sunday), p. 50]
Do you see how simple everything is? Everything is simple.
But you see that this revelation can only be obtained by the one who is going to be transformed. A person can hear this, and read all these things, and since they have no prophetic insight, they cannot understand these mysteries, which are only revealed to those who will be taken to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb.
Now you see, when he told us that: [WSS] the Door of the Dispensation of Grace was about to close, it was because the time was coming for the fulfillment of these Seals, and also of the Seventh Seal, which he goes on to say here [“THE APOCALYPTIC VISION (IN THE DISPENSATION OF GRACE)”]:
[WSS] The Seventh Seal, which is the Second Coming of Christ, takes place after the seventh gentile Church age. After the end of the Dispensation of Grace…
[JBP] Therefore, that ministry where God would be —through the Holy Spirit— operating the ministry of Jesus, Moses and Elijah, would also be fulfilled (this Seal) in an instrument in which he would be living in the time where the Dispensation of Grace ends and the Dispensation of the Kingdom begins; where the Fourth Seal, Sixth Seal and Seventh Seal, would be taking place under a new age and a new dispensation.
The Fifth Seal has the half that was fulfilled, and then there is another part where it is also fulfilled at this time.
Now, see that to understand and comprehend more clearly the end of the Dispensation of Grace is simple: because the callings of the people to receive the Lord Jesus Christ as their Savior, to be baptized in water in His Name, to receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit, to obtain the new birth was stopped; and then, from then on, to carry out all the memorials such as the washing of feet, the Holy Supper, and all that pertained to the Dispensation of Grace.
When the Dispensation of Grace closes, these memorials cease to be made, and consequently we enter a new dispensation, which is the fulfillment of the Fourth Seal, the Sixth Seal, and the Seventh Seal (which is the Coming of the Lord), in a new age and in a new dispensation.
It says:
[WSS] After the end of the Dispensation of Grace, after the end of the Age of Laodicea, and after the end of the stage in which the Second Coming of Christ was forerun…
[JBP] It is a stage, see. The coming of that forerunner was fulfilled in brother Branham, who would come as John the Baptist, to prepare the way for the Lord in His First Coming; and at His Second Coming God sent the ministerial spirit of Elijah in his fourth manifestation, in Reverend William Marrion Branham.
But notice, he also tells us that the Archangel Gabriel at the First Coming was there, and was announcing the Coming of the Lord. And he in a writing, he tells us that [WMB] “Gabriel was announcing,” and below he writes: [WSS] «Forerunning, forerunner»*.

So, that stage where the First Coming of the Lord was foreshadowed, there was John the Baptist and the Archangel Gabriel. And at this end time…
[Dr. Jose B. Perez] On page 33 of the book of Quotations, paragraph 282, it says:
[60-0311 - “Mary’s Belief,” p. 6, para. 18] [Study “The incarnate Word,” 4/Feb/2023 (Saturday), p. 8 / Bible Study #370, 22-2/Dec/2023 (Friday), p. 23]
282 - “[18] … and standing there was a Angel, the mighty Gabriel. He’s a messengers to the Jews. Remember, Gabriel announced ([JBP] and there on “announced,” in a bible study he writes): [WSS] «foreran» the first coming of Christ; the Angel Gabriel will announce ([JBP] that is, he will foreshadow) the second coming of Christ. The Bible said so.”
[JBP] And above he writes: [WSS] «Gabriel = announces the 2nd Coming of Christ».
[JBP] Now, just as the Coming of the Angel of the Covenant was announced two thousand years ago by the forerunner, John the Baptist, with the spirit and power of Elijah in his third manifestation; and the Archangel Gabriel appeared there also; then, we see that the one forerun appeared: Jesus. And at His Second Coming it’s the same; because our brother Branham said that it would be parallel in everything*.

And at this end time God sent the forerunner: Reverend William Branham; and then we see that powerful Archangel Gabriel appears announcing, giving the Good Tidings, forerunning the Second Coming of the Lord, in Dr. William Soto Santiago.
[Dr. Jose B. Perez] Now, he goes on to say here [“THE APOCALYPTIC VISION (IN THE DISPENSATION OF GRACE)”]:
[WSS] After the end of the Dispensation of Grace, after the end of the Age of Laodicea, and after the end of the stage where the Second Coming of Christ was forerun, then the Coming of the Mighty Angel, the Coming of the Lord Jesus Christ, the Coming of the I AM ([JBP] there we see again the I Am; that is, we see again the manifestation of the Name of God) of the Old Testament, of the Lord of the Old Testament, of the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.
After the Dispensation of Grace, the Coming of the Angel of the Covenant is fulfilled, the Coming of that Pillar of Fire is fulfilled in the Dispensation of the Kingdom.
[JBP] On page 111, paragraph 976, it says…
Now, notice, where is the Coming of the Pillar of Fire fulfilled? In the Dispensation of the Kingdom.
Where was the Pillar of Fire seen speaking to someone above where brother Branham was? In a Great Tent Cathedral [The Seals, “The Seventh Seal,” p. 548 para. 296-299]. Well, look for The Great Tent Cathedral, and see there the ministry that God is operating; and there you will find the Pillar of Fire, the Angel of the Covenant, working in a new age and in a new dispensation.
[Dr. Jose B. Perez] It says [Quotations] [P. 34]:
[63-0825E - “Perfect Faith,” p. 34, para. 213] [Bible Study #303, 30-2/Apr/2023 (Sunday), pp. 48-49]
976 - “213 This is coming into that Third Pull! I—I’m believing it. Now I want to ask you a sincere question, you that passed through the prayer line. Can you actually believe, and feel now, that there is something happened in you since you’ve had hands laid on you? Raise your hand!…?…There it is. This is what we’ve waited for. Now, this is not…This is just starting to bloom now. See? Just started with… I did this for a purpose. I did this for a purpose. I’m working out something, see, it’s taking this charge of faith and going right back to begin and come in, see, to kind of raise faith in a bracket where you’ve never noticed it that way before. Not a faith, but a Perfect Faith, build it up in here.”
[JBP] And “in here” he writes: [WSS] «soul».
And to the left he draws three circles; the arrow to the center circle; and an arrow towards the bottom of the three circles, and a Cornerstone.
[JBP] That Perfect Faith, where would it be given to the Church-Bride? In the Age of the Cornerstone; outside the Dispensation of Grace.
You cannot look for the Rapturing Faith within the Dispensation of Grace and within a Message that was instead forerunning. The Rapturing Faith was to be given in the Thunders, and the Thunders were to be made known in a Tent.
Although, notice, on many occasions brother Branham spoke that they were receiving the Rapturing Faith; in a certain way he spoke it and implied that. But notice that in The Seals, then he said that the Bride still didn’t have that Rapturing Faith, that the Seven Thunders were needed, that He was going to send them [The Seals, “The Third Seal,” p. 243, para. 183].
And then brother William, you hear that in many messages he says that [WSS] “we were receiving the Rapturing Faith, that we are receiving the Thunders, that we are in a new dispensation, that we are in a new age.” And look, later on, when he is about to leave, he is telling us that [WSS] “the Door of the Dispensation of Grace is about to close”; to watch for the fulfillment of the Tent Vision, where the Seventh Seal would be revealed, making known the Rapturing Faith and thus to obtain the Teaching under the Tent, which brings the Thunders.
Because all of them, those prophets, before the Coming of the Lord, at the First Coming, were showing, pointing out, what the Coming of the Lord would be; although they spoke as if they were themselves, like David.
Now see, in this time the same thing: brother Branham spoke, and many times people confused him, they also ruined that of the Elijahs*; they said that he was the Lord Jesus Christ, and many other things.
*[The Seals, “The Fourth Seal,” p. 312, paras. 345-346]
And also the time of our brother William Soto Santiago: many have confused the Work and the very important work that he was carrying out; and many have thought, and think, that all this was fulfilled in him. How could it be fulfilled in him if he was still living in the Dispensation of Grace?
Although in many messages he says that [WSS] “in ‘74 the Dispensation of the Kingdom began.” Of course! If that is when the instrument was born in which in the Dispensation of the Kingdom God would be operating.
See? Different angles. It has to do with the whole Program that God was doing and carrying out, where He was showing what would be a new age and a new dispensation. But we already understand and comprehend it.
Any message and any text that we read from our brother Branham or our brother William, everything points to this time. Why? Because they already left; they were messengers that were in the midst of the people, they did the work and God took them away; their work reached up to that point. They were showing what would be that new age and that new dispensation.
Now, he goes on to say [Quotations]:
976 - “[213] And watch a perfect God, with a perfect heart, keep a perfect promise, by His Perfect Word, which is sharper than a two-edged sword and a Discerner of the thoughts of the heart. What? We’re coming now to the perfection ([JBP] on the right he draws a Cornerstone), because the people has to come to this in order for the Rapture. That’s what’s holding it away right now, is waiting for that Church to come into that Perfect Raptured Faith…”
[JBP] And on the left he writes: [WSS] «Rapturing Faith».
[JBP] Remember when he said: [WMB] “Waiting for the Church to find Her position. When the Church recognizes her position.”* What position? The position after the Dispensation of Grace, which is the Dispensation of the Kingdom, the Age of the Cornerstone.
*[63-0728 - “Christ Is The Mystery Of God Revealed,” p. 34, para. 240]
And that, the Church had to place herself in the pertaining position, and recognize the position after the Door of the Dispensation of Grace closed, when the Mighty Angel cried out and said: “The time would be no more.” And that was spoken by a prophet, in which God would be carrying out the fulfillment of the Coming of the Son of Man with His Angels. And it would all start in a progressive way.
Brother Branham said: [WMB] “If we don’t watch, it will pass us by, because it will be so simple.”* And it was something that humanly, by human reasoning, that revelation couldn’t be obtained; because it was something so common; as the fulfillment of the First Coming of the Lord was common, in that young carpenter from Nazareth named Jesus.

Who would have imagined that God would fulfill the Coming of the Messiah, there in the midst of the Hebrew people, in a young construction worker? This didn’t even cross their mind…, not even…, not even of Jesus’ own fellow townsmen there; much less of the high priest and the Pharisees, and none of them. Only those simple disciples, which were of the common people, who had different jobs (some were fishermen, others in other… in other ranks, branches of labor); now notice, it was to them that God made known and revealed this mystery of the Coming of the Lord two thousand years ago.
976 - “[213] …looking for it. It means a lot of shaving down for me, it means a lot for you…”
[JBP] If he was looking for it, he knew that it was in that perfect age, where God would bring about the promise of resurrection and transformation; but the people had to be in that perfect age, to receive the Perfect Faith for a perfect rapture.
While the Dispensation of Grace was here, the Door open, those promises could not occur in the midst of the Church-Bride; the Dispensation of Grace had to be closed and the Lord had to open —through that instrument— the Dispensation of the Kingdom.
976 - “[213] It means a lot of shaving down for me, it means a lot for you, but together we’ll make it by the grace of God. Amen.”
[JBP] And there on the right he draws a Cornerstone.
[JBP] In other words, at this end time the Church should be as it was in the apostolic times, see, united; and with that revival, in which we are seeing worldwide. It is a revival never seen before; because it’s the revival that the Lord is giving to the Church-Bride, to the elect, in His Coming so that they may obtain that Faith of Translation, that Rapturing Faith.
[Dr. Jose B. Perez] And he goes on saying here [“THE APOCALYPTIC VISION (IN THE DISPENSATION OF GRACE)”]:
[WSS] That Pillar of Fire, which is Jesus Christ in Spirit, in Theophany, was moving in the Dispensation of Grace from age to age, and from messenger to messenger; and after those ages, and the work through those messengers ended, and those messengers departed…
[JBP] See, the work of the 7 angel messengers. Brother Branham, the seventh, departed; also the work of Dr. William Soto Santiago: he finished his work and departed and left. After that:
[WSS] … then Jesus Christ, the Angel of the Covenant, the Pillar of Fire, appears in a new dispensation with the rainbow: the Mighty Angel appears with the little Book open in His hand, Jesus Christ, placing one foot on the earth and the other on the sea, and raising His hand to heaven, and crying as when a lion roars, and saying that time [would be] is no more.
[JBP] And we were living, and seeing and hearing that when that happened; and it was in such a simple way that, you see, it was overlooked by many; but it was not overlooked by the elect. God’s elect at this end time have seen by divine revelation and have placed themselves in the corresponding position to receive these promises.
[Dr. Jose B. Perez] On page 111, paragraph 970 says [Quotations]:
[63-0825E - “Perfect Faith,” p. 4, para. 19] [Study “The apostolic teaching in the Tent,” 18/Aug/2022 (Thursday), p. 18]
970 - “[19] And then, as we said this morning, trying to get the church into the place to where we could really see apostolic times moving among us, that’s what we all hunger. And it’s just laying right at the door.”
[JBP] And he draws a Cornerstone.
And see, on the left above the paragraph he writes: [WSS] «The apostolic times».
And he draws a Cornerstone and the ages, and an arrow towards the Cornerstone.
[JBP] Because it is in the Cornerstone where the apostolic times would return.
Now, more identified, this promise that would be for this end time, and even the place; look, he even left it written. And how can it pass over people this revelation and this here that he leaves us? You see, because although it’s written… As it was written by the prophet Isaiah that a virgin would conceive and give birth to a child, and that he would be from Bethlehem [Isaiah 7:14], and a lot of details that he spoke so clearly (God through the prophet Isaiah), yet they couldn’t receive the Messiah there in the midst of the Hebrew people, the Hebrew religion of that time. And many leaders and the Hebrew people rejected the Coming of the Lord two thousand years ago.
Now, how is it possible that with so much detail they have overlooked it? Notice, because when God promises to fulfill and the time comes to carry out that fulfillment, not all people will believe; so it happened in the First Coming of the Lord and so it would happen at this end time. Not everybody is going to believe, because it is only for those whom He has come to seek; the rest are preparing to go through the great tribulation and give their lives, which is also a divine election and it’s already in the Divine Program who would believe and who would not believe. As simple as that.
[Dr. Jose B. Perez] On page 4-B, paragraph 43 reads [Quotations]:
[57-0518 - “Stand Still,” p. 19, para. 50] [Study “The apostolic teaching in the Tent,” 18/Aug/2022 (Thursday), p. 16 / Bible Study #383, 4-2/Feb/2024 (Sunday), p. 49 / Bible Study #386, 16/Feb/2024 (Friday), pp. 23-24]
43 - “[50] What we need’s about three months in a tent setting out here somewhere, with some real apostolic teaching, ministers every afternoon. Get back and get in the right swing. The thing, we just went haywire, not because they wanted to, but it’s the trend of time.”
[JBP] And he writes on the right: [WSS] «The Tent and the apostolic Teaching».
And above he writes: [WSS] «The apostles taught a new dispensation».
«Apostolic Teaching in the Tent».
[JBP] Now, you see, even he left us written where that apostolic Teaching would be; and that apostolic Teaching, not only to the ministers, but to all the people of God, is already being received at this end time by the people who are preparing to obtain their transformation.
Why are those who will be transformed and raptured listening to the Teaching under the Tent? Because they have occupied their position, they have recognized their position at this time; and the position of each and every one of us is in the Age of the Cornerstone and Dispensation of the Kingdom.
The others who haven’t been able to be in our age and our dispensation, although they say they are in the Dispensation of the Kingdom and Age of the Cornerstone, they don’t realize, they are blind, they are in the Dispensation of Grace, which that door has already closed.
And there is that each one of us are so grateful to God that He has chosen you and He has chosen me to carry out the greatest Program of all the programs that God has ever had on this planet Earth; the Program in which “He will remove these kingdoms of this world and they will become the kingdoms of God.” Revelation, chapter 11, verse 15 and on.
It’s the time of that change of kingdom where the Kingdom of the Prince Messiah will be established very soon here on Earth, and after those three and a half years we will return… after the Marriage Supper of the Lamb, while the Earth is going through the great tribulation, we will return to Earth and there the Kingdom of the Prince Messiah will be established where the people of God have already crowned, have received their King and have fought to seat Him on the Throne of David.

It has been a privilege and a great blessing for me to be able to speak these words on this occasion.
I would like to take this opportunity to announce… remind you the date of January 12, which will be in Villahermosa, January 12, 2025, where we will have the activities that weekend, and with time you can get permission (although on that date I still believe it’s a holiday), around those days.
So, everyone who can be there, is invited for that activity on January 12, 2025.
And I also want to announce that on Sunday, March 23 (so you can also write it down), 2025, we will be in the Plaza de Toros in Mexico City, in Mexico, having a big activity there, where we expect all of Mexico to gather there; as well as on January 12 we expect all of Mexico and Guatemala and Central America to come and attend. And also this date of March 23, 2025.
So, these are two very important dates for the coming year, where we expect great blessings from God in these activities, and may God be glorified in the midst of the Mexican people and to have an impact on the whole world.
And to all those who are working on the auditorium there in Tizayuca, continue supporting that auditorium so that it will be ready and we will have the activity in that place, after the activity of the 23rd, that is, we can set a date for April or May, the important thing is that it is well finished with all the bathrooms and all the facilities for the brethren and everything well finished; and so we will be there in the activity that we will be announcing to have there in Tizayuca.
But these activities, already, speaking with Missionary Miguel Bermudez Marin, are already reserved for those days, like the one on January 12, 2025 in Villahermosa with our brother, Reverend Andres Cruz Gallegos and on March 23, 2025 in the Plaza de Toros in Mexico City, Mexico.
Well, those were the announcements. I don’t know if our brother Miguel will also announce or will be announcing for these dates, to already have them reserved for these activities.
Well, God bless you and keep you; and continue having a happy day, full of the Lord’s blessings.
And already tomorrow we will be in the subject pertaining to tomorrow, Sunday, October 27, of this year 2024; and may God give us everything pertaining to tomorrow, under the Teaching under the Tent.
Now we have seen: “THE APOSTOLIC TIMES,” and we have seen how simple everything is.
We have seen that what brother Branham and our brother William said, that it was going to be so simple that if we did not watch, we were going to overlook it; and some were going to leave, to withdraw, and others were going to fight; but the elect of God have - we have remained seeing the Word and It has not escaped us, the Pillar of Fire has not escaped us from where it flew, we have seen where It rested and we have seen the instrument, and we are listening, seeing everything pertaining to that faith, Perfect Faith that he said the Thunders would give and would give that Rapturing Faith.
Well, God bless you and keep you. And until tomorrow, God willing in the activity of tomorrow, Sunday, October 27.
