Good morning to all who are connected through the Amazonas satellite and the Eutelsat 8 satellite and also through the internet, today Saturday, September 28 of this year 2024. A very warm greeting to the missionary Miguel Bermudez Marin and to all the ministers and brethren of the different congregations.
In Ephesians, chapter 6, verse 1 onwards:
Ephesians 6:1
1 Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right.
2 Honour thy father and mother; which is the first commandment with promise;
3 That it may be well with thee, and thou mayest live long on the earth.
4 And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.
5 Servants, be obedient to them that are your masters according to the flesh, with fear and trembling, in singleness of your heart, as unto Christ;
6 Not with eyeservice, as menpleasers; but as the servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart;
7 With good will doing service, as to the Lord, and not to men:
8 Knowing that whatsoever good thing any man doeth, the same shall he receive of the Lord, whether he be bond or free.
9 And, ye masters, do the same things unto them, forbearing threatening: knowing that your Master also is in heaven; neither is there respect of persons with him.
10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;
15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:
18 Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;
19 And for me, that utterance may be given unto me, that I may open my mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the gospel,
20 For which I am an ambassador in bonds: that therein I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.
BREAKING ALL BARRIERS
[Dr. Jose B. Perez] In this scripture of Ephesians, chapter 6, which we have read, from verse 1 to 20, there the apostle Paul tells us that as messenger he was an ambassador of God to carry out the Work pertaining to the first age, and so it was with each messenger of each age, each one fulfilled the Program that God had for that time in which God sent him.
Now, for this end time, it has been promised that the Church of the Lord would have a Great Tent Cathedral, where the Holy Spirit would be working in the midst of the Church and a Work would be carried out; and to carry out that Work, well, He also needs an ambassador, which is the messenger for that time, where God would be fulfilling that work; and a people to carry out that work together with that prophet.
If it had been in Paul’s time, well, The Great Tent Cathedral would be being built there in Paul’s time, having been built by Paul and the whole group, and Paul would have been the messenger in which, through him, God would fulfill the promise of that which He promised: that in a Great Tent Cathedral he would be bringing the revelation and the Rapturing Faith, he and his group would be fulfilling that program, in the culmination of the Divine Program.
Now look, it’s our turn at this time to receive that promise.
WITH OUR EYES FOCUSED ON THE COMPLETION OF GOD’S PROGRAM (Ministers’ Meeting) Dr. William Soto Santiago Saturday, December 13, 2008 (Second activity) Bogota, Colombia
Well, with our eyes set on the completion of God’s Program, let us work together with our congregations, knowing that a very great blessing is coming from God, where the Pillar of Fire that accompanied Moses, the Angel that appeared to Moses will be in that culminating part, for He has been in the entire trajectory of Christianity and will be at this end time.
[JBP] See? From the apostles, the apostle Paul as the first messenger and in all the messengers (that is, in that trajectory of Christianity), and at this end time as well.
[WSS] And it was already seen beforehand that in a [Great] Tent Cathedral… When we speak of a cathedral we also speak of something big, important. And what material is it made of? Well, whatever material is chosen to build it.
*Dr. Jose B. Perez*44 Now, I want you to notice as we are moving on. The Holy Spirit, after brooding into man, man come up. What a beautiful thing he was. And then God made the woman. Now, she was not in the original creation; she’s a by-product of a man. I don’t want to get started on that, but she is a by-product of man. Then when she came into existence… And she was the prettiest woman in all the world, little Eve. I can see her long hair hanging down. And let’s say for sake right now, it was blond. And she had her eyes as blue as the sky, and her sparkle was like the stars. What a sweetheart Adam had, not vulgarity, not even in the picture. She walked with Adam and they come to where the waters was and she’d say, “Oh, Adam, that wind.”
“Peace.” And the wind ceased. And then she went on through, and the great lion let out a roar. Eve could not be afraid, for there’s nothing in her to make her afraid. She said, “Dear, what is that?”
He called the lion over, said, “Come here.” And he patted him on the head, and he meowed like a kitten and walked behind him as a little dog would follow you from your house. And here comes Sheetah the tiger. So he talked to the Sheetah, and—and then he begin to speak with her and she followed along.
45 But you know, it begin to get evening time, the sun was setting. And he said, “Sweetheart, we must go up to the Cathedral…
JBP[45] “Sweetheart, we must go up to the Cathedral; we’ve got to worship.” It wasn’t a denomination; it was in a great big forest.
*Dr. Jose B. Perez*11492 - “[264] From the seventh angel’s (messenger of the Seventh Seal) Message in Revelation 10, was the Seventh Seal, to the Seven Trumpets, between those two times...”
JBP1149 - “265 [Brother Branham claps with his hands one time –Ed.] O God, how can we say This, to make the people see It?
266 It’s between that Sixth Trumpet, and the Sixth Trumpet and… The Sixth Trumpet and the Sixth Seal sounds at the same time. And between the Sixth Trumpet and the Seventh Trumpet, there is a prophet to appear before the Gentiles, to call the people back to the original pentecostal Doctrine; and the two witnesses of Revelation 11 appear to the Jews, to send them to Jesus, while the Church is being taken up ([JBP] and there he draws a Cornerstone). All of them, prophets! ”
JBP1149 - “[266] *All of them, prophets! Amen! The Word of the Lord cannot be broken. **It won’t be a denomination! *([JBP] And he writes there): [WSS] «Moses and Elijah». [Brother Branham touches the pulpit several times –Ed.] Do you see it?
267 Read in your Book here and see if that between the Sixth and Seventh Trumpet isn’t injected in there, let the Jews being called out between the Sixth and Seventh Plague, we come over to that hundred and forty-four thousand (you remember that?), which was between that. Do you remember? Between the—the—the Sixth, the Fifth Seal and the Sixth Seal… Between the Sixth Seal and the Seventh Seal, there was a calling out of the hundred and forty-four thousand. You remember that? Now there is where these trumpets come in right there, see…”
JBPThere, where he says at the bottom left, where we began to read the paragraph, which says “it won’t be a denomination,” he writes: «Moses and Elijah», there on the left, he draws a Star of David and he writes: [WSS] «It won’t be a denomination».
*Dr. Jose B. Perez*[45] It wasn’t a denomination; it was in a great big forest.
*Dr. Jose B. Perez*723 - “[29] I had a vision not long ago, a few weeks ago, that I [WSS] «Elijah» was preaching from the sun, and I had a great audience. And it will come to pass. And I was preaching, and my audience was a—a—a cathedral in the forest.”
JBP72 - “[29]…a cathedral in the forest. And the sun that I was standing in was shining down on many places. I had two climaxes to make [WSS] «4th Elijah and 5th Elijah», and I was showing them about Divine healing, about visions, and how that God had promised, and everything. And they was rejoicing.”
JBPThere he writes above:
[WSS] «The two climaxes of Elijah».
[WSS] «The Tent in the forest and the Sun».
JBPDo you see how simple it all is? And how the Scriptures have multiple fulfillments, and the time comes when it has the total fulfillment of what was reflected in types and figures and shadows, and it is totally fulfilled.

5 And I remember that morning when I had wakened up, and laying in the room, in the upstairs right here on Seventh Street. Something said, ‘Rise up to your feet’ [WSS] «upon». And I got up. And I saw, as it was, a great place, and it was like a—a—a place where they would… a river run in the valley [WSS] «A river / a valley». And I got down there to the river [WSS] «river» and I understood it was a place where John [WSS] «Elijah» the Baptist had been baptizing the people, and they had turned it into a hog lot. And I was very critical of it, just saying that it should not be done.
6 And while I was there, there was a—a Voice spoke to me and took me up ([JBP] there he draws a Cornerstone, and the ages, and the arrow towards the Cornerstone), and I noticed this tabernacle in just about the state it’s in right now. But there were so many people till they were just packed all in, in the tabernacle, in this condition, about the state it’s at now. And I— I was happy, standing behind the pulpit, saying, ‘God, how good You are to give me a tabernacle.’
7 And, at that time, the Angel of the Lord spake to me, and said, ‘But this is not your tabernacle.’”
JBP[WSS] «A valley, a river and a tabernacle».
«“This is not your tabernacle.” Whose is it?».
JBPNow, notice how God there was showing him everything that manifestation would be: in a valley, in a forest, where there would be a Great Tent Cathedral; of which, Adam was showing Eve there.
*Dr. Jose B. Perez*[45] And they went up and knelt down as the sun was going down. And the Father ([JBP] didn’t brother Branham see the Pillar of Fire descend upon him in a little wooden room?5) came down. The lightnings flashed, the thunders roared…
JBP[45] …the thunders roared, and a beautiful majestic Light sailed over the bushes, and it come down.
JBPLook at how he shows us that complete picture. In that paragraph he has described all that God is doing today.

Perez*[WSS] And it will have all the advantages ([JBP] he was speaking of The Great Tent Cathedral) because if we are in times of earthquakes, earth tremors and things like that: made of concrete: it breaks and falls on people; but made of the material… of that type of material that was seen, well, there is no problem; and reinforced with steel. See? So, there is also a flexibility made with the specifications to resist earthquakes and also to resist strong winds.
[JBP] And we already proved that with Hurricane Maria: that The Great Tent Cathedral is well built. And he goes on to say:
[WSS] In other words, God took into account the conditions of the planet Earth and the territory where that Tent Cathedral would be; well, there will be the Third Pull, that third climax, where all that power that we saw manifested throughout the ages in Christ, also in prophets, in Christ, in the apostles and [in] the different messengers of Christianity, in Reverend William Branham, and all that power and that manifestation that we saw in all of them and that was temporary, will be in all His fullness.
That was the sample of what we saw in Reverend William Branham; but they already…, they say that for a sample with a button is enough: with what was shown to us we know that what is coming from God is great. And we ask ourselves: What are we doing for that Third Pull, that full manifestation of God to take place? First of all: working for a Tent to appear on the scene as it was seen many years ago by Reverend William Branham, who was transported to the future and saw what would be happening, he was present there.
That Tent Cathedral and the work that will be carried out there, will be for the benefit of the people, so that God’s love will be expressed there without limitations, it will be a very important season.
*Dr. Jose B. Perez*4646 - “[150] This, in itself, is that (Big parentheses around it.) which will give, and make come to pass, the tremendous victory in the Love Divine.
151 I don’t know what that means, ‘this will make come to pass.’ Perhaps in the little tent…”
JBPAnd on “little tent” he writes:
[WSS] «12x20».
464 - “[151] Perhaps in the little tent one of these days, sitting back yonder, He’ll make it known.”
JBPAbove also he writes:
[WSS] «God’s Way».
[WSS] «Little Tent = Divine Love».
*Dr. Jose B. Perez*[WSS] And all congregations, churches, no matter what religious group they belong to, and also the synagogues of Judaism and mosques, will be able to have their antenna installed to receive the transmission, because there will be no limitations.
[JBP] In other words, notice, even the synagogues will also place antennas; and that is already interlacing around there; and also the mosques, see.
[WSS] And any other religious group or other religion will also have the same opportunities, and also the homes that install an antenna, too, because the signal is free, because it’s for the benefit of all.
Therefore, with our eyes focused on the completion that is promised to be carried out in a Tent Cathedral, but from there it will be extended by television, satellites and internet to all nations, you see, with our eyes focused on the completion of God’s Program, we work wholeheartedly in the whole Program or divine project for that Tent to appear, and we also pray for the ministries that will operate there to appear, and for the Pillar of Fire to appear and for the Angel of the Covenant to appear there.
*Dr. Jose B. Perez*Look, here on page 16 of the message “THE MASTERPIECE,”7 it tells us…, we can start a little above halfway, in paragraph 68 of this booklet, it says:
67 Finally, as He started way back in the days of Moses and come down through the prophets, to each one. And, finally, building up the body, coming closer all the time. And the greatest of all of them was John. The Bible said so. Jesus said it. “There is not a man, ever born of a woman, as great as John the Baptist,” for he was the one that could introduce the Word.
68 And then come, finally, the great Head, the Head of all of it. The rest of the body just spoke of It.
JBP[68] The foundation was laid by the patriarch [WSS] «apostles»; but the body was built by the Word, which was the prophets; and here comes the Head of all of it…
JBP[WSS] «The patriarchs = the apostles – the foundation».
«The prophets = the 7 messengers – the body».
JBPThere we are going to see something that I am writing down here, but I will talk about it later; when I have another place where he talks about…, I think it’s in the message “TRYING TO DO GOD A SERVICE,” there we can look for something that goes with this that here… we have received here something… Well, let’s continue here, he says:
[68] The foundation was laid by the patriarch; but the body was built by the Word, which was the prophets [WSS] «The 7 messengers»; and here comes the Head of all of it…
JBP[WSS] «The patriarchs = the apostles – the foundation».
«The prophets = the 7 messengers – the Body».
And on the left there, he draws a Cornerstone, the ages.
And below he writes: [WSS] «Patriarchs».
In the center he writes: [WSS] «Prophets».
[68] … Jesus came on the scene. There, when this Head piece was put upon it, we find in Him the entire handiwork of God. We find in Him the perfect reflection of the Word, for He was the Word, the fullness of the Word. Now, again, God has the perfect Masterpiece again.
As Isaiah said, “Behold My Servant, My Masterpiece, that I have portrayed through all the ages of this perfect One coming. And here He stands right before Me, a perfect!” There, in His Own image, reflecting God! For He said, in Saint John 14, “When you see Me, you see the Father.”
69 And, then, “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God,” and the Word was hewed out and reflected what the Word was at the beginning. Him, the Word, reflected in the Masterpiece in His Own likeness, God back again in His Own likeness, the Word form being reflected in the image of a man, the Masterpiece.
70 All the prophets had flaws; all the ones [WSS] «Them» was a portion. But here, at last, coming up through that, finally comes the Masterpiece, the perfect One, no fault in Him at all, so perfect reflected of the Builder Himself…
JBP[70] …His Own image was reflected in His work. “God and Christ were One,” insomuch until He put His Own Spirit into Him, and then even the image and the Builder became One. God and His sculpture work, His Masterpiece! Where Mose—Moses was, in the work of Saint Angelo, was a…or Michelangelo, rather; was a—a sculpture work that was dead, because it been made out of stone [WSS] «The Cornerstone». But here, the Master Builder, when He got His handiwork perfected, He stepped into It.
JBP71 So perfected a Redeemer of man, so perfect, so godly; yet, there was no beauty we should desire Him. When this virgin-born Son of the living God become so perfect, and humble, and in the image of God, until the great Master Who had brought His Life up through the prophets…And He was the fulfilling of all the prophets. He was so perfect, until, God seeing this, He smote Him and has cried out, “Speak!” as Michelangelo did. “Speak!”
You say, “Is that so?”
72 Saint Mark 9:7, we find, upon the Mount Transfiguration, when there stood Moses, the law, there stood Elijah, the prophets. All the way back from the patriarchs, the fathers, the law, the prophets, and all of them standing there. We hear a Voice coming down from the cloud, and said, “This is My beloved Son; hear ye Him!” And if they’re going to hear, He’s got to speak. It was just a few days before He was smitten.
JBPJBPLet’s finish here, he says:
[72] “This is My Son, Who I’m pleased to dwell in. I have molded Him. I’ve been four thousand years bringing Him to this. And now, He is so perfect, I’ve got to smite Him so He can speak. Hear ye Him! He is the perfected One. He, He is the Masterpiece.”
*Dr. Jose B. Perez*3458 – “227 Matthew 17, all right:
…after six days Jesus take Peter, James, and John…in a high mountain apart,
And was transfigured before them: and his face did shine as the sun, and his raiment was white as the light.
228 He was transformed. What did He do? Passed Hisself into transformation, over into His coming day. (...)
[229] They taken Jesus up on the mountain… or He taken them up, and He was transfigured before them, transformed. His raiment shined like the sun in the middle of its strength, and there appeared unto Him Moses and Elijah. What form is the Son of man coming in now? And first, will appear, will be Moses and Elijah.
230 Now, notice, before Jesus returns to the earth… Now, this is a little ahead of time, but the Spirit of Elijah will return back to the earth and turn the hearts of the children back to the father9. The Bible said so. Jesus saw him here, the apostles saw him here, the order of the coming of the Son of man glorified. He’s to be glorified and coming back. The first thing, before they saw Him, was what? Elijah. Then what? Moses; Israel returning yonder, the law-keepers. And then the glorified Son of man. Hallelujah! Do you see the order of His coming?”
JBP[WSS] «Moses and Elijah = the Coming of the Kingdom».
[WSS] «Adoption».
There are several writings there that we already have.
To the right as well, upwards, he writes: [WSS] «The Coming of the Son of Man glorified».
*Dr. Jose B. Perez*[WSS] … and we also pray that the ministries that will operate there will appear…
[JBP] Well, if we have to pray for them to appear, it is because they were not in brother William, the ministries that were going to be operating in the Tent were not there.
And notice, the people did pray. The people who love His Coming and long to go in the rapture, of course they prayed! Why? Because God has fulfilled what He promised. And those prayers were heard by God, and God answered that prayer. It was a Program, but notice, prayer is required. And look at the request of a prophet, when he speaks:
[WSS] … and we also pray for the ministries that will operate there to appear, and for the Pillar of Fire to appear and for the Angel of the Covenant to appear there.
[JBP] Notice how God has fulfilled all of that.
[WSS] That will be the last Visitation for the Church before being transformed and raptured…
[JBP] If it is a Visitation, how does God visit the people in every age and in every dispensation? Through a prophet. Well, for that visitation is where those ministries would be that he said: [WSS] “We are going to pray for those ministries to appear.” And if those ministries appear, then there has to be an instrument where the Holy Spirit has to operate and can operate those ministries; and the one who operates the ministries is the Holy Spirit.
[WSS] That will be the last visitation for the Church before being transformed and raptured, taken by Christ to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb.
And that will have a worldwide character…
*Dr. Jose B. Perez*[191] See, this is the other side, this is when Israel received the Message of the kingdom, by the two prophets of Revelation 11 ([JBP] there are the ministries). Remember, Israel is a nation, God’s servant, nation. And when—when—when Israel is brought in, it’ll be a—a national affair.
192 Israel, the kingdom age, is where David… the Son of David, sits on the throne. That’s the reason that woman cried, “Thou Son of David!” And David is to…Son of David! God swore by Him, to David, that He would raise up His Son that would take his throne. It would be an everlasting throne. See? It’d have no end. Solomon give it, in a type, in the temple. And Jesus just told them here, that’s, “There won’t be a rock left on one of them.” But He is trying to tell them here, what’s…He is coming back.
JBP*Dr. Jose B. Perez*[WSS] … even if it is operated from one place, as we have the facilities of radio, press and television and internet, there will be no limitations of distance or time; and what will be happening there will be repeated in many nations, because they will be seeing everything and there will be no limitations to receive the same benefit that the people who will be present there will be receiving.
*Dr. Jose B. Perez*209 Don’t let anybody wait too long, Lord. Looks awful close. The harvest is truly ripe. The great combine of God will sweep through the land one of these days…
JBPThere are several excerpts that it talks about in the book of Quotations, that… that word “sweep” and “will sweep.”11
[209] …straws will fly every way; but the Wheat shall be gathered to the garner…
JBPAnd he writes: [WSS] «The Harvest».
[209] …but the Wheat shall be gathered to the garner, taken up, for in It is Life.
JBP[WSS] «The Coming of God with Moses and Elijah (he writes) will sweep the Earth».
[WSS] «Rev. 11: and 19: Moses and Elijah».
[WSS] «The Coming of God with Moses and Elijah will sweep the Earth».
JBP*Dr. Jose B. Perez*[WSS] This is the most important time of all times, that’s why God has allowed all these discoveries in the field of electronics and other fields, so that there will be the facilities required for that great manifestation of God through Christ, the Angel of the Covenant, in which God will be there working; the Angel of the Covenant that appeared to Moses in that Pillar of Fire.
Well, you already know the specifications, you have also seen pictures of the model of a Great Tent Cathedral that is being built in Puerto Rico. And I support that project, because it has a biblical prophetic basis pertaining to this end time. And in order to be fulfilled in this end time, it has to appear somewhere; and even, if later on, afterward, it would appear in other places, well, they are also good.
There will be many places, and perhaps stadiums in other nations, that will be full, to watch the broadcasts.
[JBP] In other words, in the places where they don’t have big auditoriums: the government there, the city, they always make stadiums and all that. See, it’s already prophesied, because it says:
[WSS] Doesn’t that happen when there is a fight of some famous boxers? Doesn’t that happen when there is also a broadcast of an important soccer game?
So, all of that is already possible, and there can be no greater thing that has happened in sports or in politics or in science or in the arts or in the religious world, than what is promised to happen and that will be worldwide.
[JBP] Remember that everything starts in a progressive way until you reach that moment.
*Dr. Jose B. Perez*46 And in this little camp that they had there, of Peter, James, and John; and Jesus, Moses, and Elias.
JBP[46] And in their camp they seen the Heavenly host of the shadow, or the Pillar of Light hanging in this cloud that transfigured the Lord Jesus. And when they were ready to make a denomination, one for the law [WSS] «Moses», and one for the prophets [WSS] «Elijah», and so forth, the Voice said, “This is My beloved Son; hear ye Him.” Then, of what they was commissioned, was just exactly like it was in Eden, “Stay with the Word!” That’s God’s camp for His people.
JBPAnd he draws a Star of David at the beginning of the paragraph, and a Star of David below; that is, there are two.
47 It seems, today, to be a day of when people are going beyond the camp. In everything, they’re going beyond.
48 You know, I was told, some time ago, that they had a jet plane now that can…makes them noises we hear around here, that shakes the windows. It’s when the plane has got so fast that it crosses its own sound, called sound barrier. And when it goes beyond its own sound barrier, it’s almost unlimited to what it’ll do.
And I think, in there, that we get a lesson ([JBP] he writes above): [WSS] «The sound barrier». When we go beyond our own sound barrier, into the Word of God, then it’s unlimited what God can do with a man that’s ready to go beyond the camp, the camp of man, that is. Now, we see that, going beyond the camp, going beyond this.
*Dr. Jose B. Perez*[WSS] Therefore, that’s also going to connect with the Two Olive Trees, it’s going to connect with many other things that are promised.
*Dr. Jose B. Perez*[204] I’m with them living epistles I spoke of, vindicated, God veiled in human form, in men and women. Oh!
205 God in His en morphe again, unveiled Himself and make Hisself known to His people. The great King Who laid aside His Glory ([JBP] and he writes to the right): [WSS] «from glory to glory». “Yet a little while and the world won’t see Me no more. I’ll be veiled to them. But ye shall see Me, for I’ll be with you, even in you, all the way to the consummation, changing from Luther to Wesley, to on and on, from Glory unto Glory. I’m still the same God that lived, and going back to the original Glory.” Hallelujah!
JBP206 He has broken every denominational veil, every sound barrier. That sound that says, “Oh, that’s fanaticism,” He broke right through that. The sound that come out of there, said, “Oh, them people are crazy,” He broke right through that veil. Yes, He did. “Oh, you can’t do it. You’re nothing but a bunch of fanatics.” He broke right through that. “No such a thing as Divine healing.” He broke right through that, oh, my, for His Word said He would. You can’t conquer the Word of God.
207 And there He stands, yet, tonight, the mighty Conqueror, since He broke every Methodist, Baptist, Presbyterian, every other kind of a veil. He still stands among His people, tonight, unconquered by traditions. Let people say what they want to, do what they want to, anything they want to. God comes, breaking right through that sound barrier.
