TITLE: THE MYSTERY OF THE FULFILLMENT OF THE PROPHECY Dr. William Soto Santiago Tuesday, August 12, 1997 Gomez Farias, Tamaulipas, Mexico
**Scripture: 2 Peter 1:15-21** **LIVING IN THE TIME OF THE FULFILLMENT OF THE PROPHECY ** _Dr. William Soto Santiago _ _Sunday, December 26, 1999 _ _Cayey, Puerto Rico_ And as time goes by and God is fulfilling His promises relevant to this time, the history of the Seventh Seal is being made; just as the history of each age and of the messenger of each age, and of the group of each age was made. And now the history of the group of the Age of the Cornerstone, and the history of the messenger of the Age of the Cornerstone, and the history of each one of you, is being carried out, it is being done in this end time; in other words, we are making history in this end time, biblical history, where the promises of this end time are being fulfilled; just as history was made in each age, as God sent the messenger of each age and the elect of each age were called. With our lives consecrated to Christ our history will be a history pleasing to God. Remember that you are making history in the Divine Program, history in the fulfillment of the prophecy of this end time, of the Last Day. We are all making history, and it is biblical history that we are making in this end time. **THE POSITIVE SUPER MIND ** **(Ministers Meeting) ** _Dr. William Soto Santiago _ _Tuesday, December 10, 2002 _ _Cartagena, Colombia_ Therefore, after the seven ages, where God sent His seven angel messengers, and in whom the Holy Spirit was revealing in each age what corresponds to each age. For this end time, what corresponds to this end time, will be revealed by the Holy Spirit through the Angel of the Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, no person will be able to obtain the knowledge, the divine revelation of the things that must come to pass soon, in this end time, except those who will be listening to the Voice of Christ, the Voice of the Holy Spirit, through His Angel Messenger. There will still be people who will rise up against the Voice of God, and that is against the Holy Spirit who will be speaking and revealing these things in the Last Day. Those people will have serious problems before God, to such an extent that their names can’t be written in the Lamb’s Book of Life, but in the other section, and they can be erased at any time. Therefore, as it was in every age, all those who rose up against the angel messenger of every age and the Program that he was carrying out, and those who were collaborators arm in arm with him… As in the case of Paul, Timothy was one of the closest to Saint Paul. Now, all the things that Saint Paul made known to Titus to establish in his church, and the way of working in the Work of God, both in the local church where Timothy was (Titus also, but where Timothy was), and also the way in which the apostle Saint Paul told Timothy to work in the Work of evangelism…; we find that all the people who had risen up against Timothy in the way – by the way he used to work in the Work of Christ, they were rising up —consequently— against Paul, who was the one who taught Timothy how to work, how to do that Work. Therefore, the Work that Timothy was doing was an extension of Paul’s Work, because he was one of the collaborators that God had placed arm in arm with Saint Paul. Now, we find that there were even people believers in Jesus Christ who rose up against Paul himself; those people have serious problems; the first thing is that they weren’t written in Heaven, in the Lamb’s Book of Life; because seed doesn’t persecute seed. It is the same thing that has happened from age to age: some have risen up against a messenger and against the main people that God has placed with the messenger in each age. And almost always the messenger has one (a helper), who is the chief of them; but he has more in addition. Now, we find that to rise up against one of these helpers, and even more against the chief helper of the messenger, was to rise up against the messenger himself, and consequently against Christ, the one who sent him. Those people then had serious problems, and even their names (of many) were removed from the Book of Life; for they couldn’t be in the Lamb’s Book of Life, because seed doesn’t persecute seed, much less the messenger of that age. Now, that is something that we have to see throughout the Scriptures and throughout history, so that no one in the end time will rise up, neither against the messenger that God has: The Angel of the Lord Jesus Christ, nor against the main helpers that the messenger has and that has told them how to work in the Work. Anyone who rises up against, well, he already knows that he will be identified as one that is not written in the Lamb’s Book of Life, and as one that can be removed from the Book of Life, from the other section; and he will be identified before Christ as one similar, parallel, to Dathan and Korah; because those rose up against Moses and against Aaron, who was the chief helper of Moses. Now, always, well, throughout the history of the Church, the Biblical history, we can see that there were certain difficulties of that kind, which shouldn’t exist in our time and in our age. And anyone who appears trying to do those contrary things, the other ministers should realize that someone is trying to harm the whole Church and all the ministers, and to harm the fellowship and unity of all the ministers. Therefore, all ministers must remain united, and remain arm in arm united; and if they can help that other person, with love: help him; but if he doesn’t allow himself to be helped, then he will have serious problems before God, he may even have his name erased from the Book of Life; because such a person can’t belong, he can’t be written in the Lamb’s Book of Life. Therefore, we can’t be persons, problematic ministers in the Work of Christ, because we would affect the Work of the Lord. The Scripture says that whoever destroys the Temple of God, God will destroy him. Therefore, people who rise up like that, trying to do those things, are trying to destroy the Temple of God; in other words, the devil is using them, an evil spirit has taken them and is using them, even though they don’t realize it. And that evil spirit, what is it trying to do? To make them as if they are, as if they were heroes, as if they were ministers who are trying to put order and as if they know everything; but they don’t realize that they are being used by the enemy of God to try to affect the spiritual Temple of Christ, trying to affect the union of the ministers and trying to affect the ministry of the Holy Spirit through the messenger of the time in which we are living. **THE LORD JESUS CHRIST CHANGING FROM LAMB TO LION OF THE TRIBE OF JUDAH ** **(Ministers Meeting) ** _Dr. William Soto Santiago _ _Saturday, September 13, 2014 _ _Cali, Colombia_ So the important thing now is that when history is fully opened for all, you can find yourself in history supporting and working in the Program that is making history in this end time; and say: “I am a witness of that history, I am a witness that this is so, and that I was supporting, working in those projects.” When the Lord Jesus Christ changes from Lamb to Lion, from High Priest to King and Judge of all the Earth, the calling of the elect who will have completed the Church will be finished; and another glorious stage that we all are waiting for will come ([JBP] See? There is a time lapse), that stage of the fulfillment of the Third Pull, where the elect will receive the faith to be transformed and taken with Christ to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb… [Rev. Jose B. Perez] This is the stage where we are at now; it is the stage to receive that faith of transformation and rapture. And I want to read to you, leave you this excerpt from the message “PERFECT FAITH,” which was preached on August 25, 63, Reverend William Branham says on page 7, it says:1 “37 Now, faith being the substance, and in there we find out (in Hebrews) what faith was, and what those did who had faith. See, there’s many times that people have faith today, and tomorrow they haven’t got it; the next day there’s something, and something else. But when God once anchors it, and you see it, there’s nothing ever going to make you move from it. You’re just poking, reaching, presuming. And presume is to ‘venture without authority’; you’re just trying this, and you’re trying this, and going this way, and run here, and run there. You haven’t got the Faith yet! But when… that is what we call ‘Faith (and above he writes: [WSS] «To presume = venture without authority»_).’_ (...) 39 I—I want you to get this now. We… the Church has got to lift Itself in the power of God. How? We are too close to the end, now; and I believe the Church is in condition where we can teach It a little deeper things, and rub some of this make-believe out, see, and get into something real (this is already above, in the Age of the Cornerstone, where we are; this is where the messenger has brought us all this glorious Message)_. See? It’s got to be something that you know!”_ ([WSS] «The Church must rise in the power of God», writes our brother William there. And further down [WSS] «You have to know», know what? That Word).[Rev. Jose B. Perez] And further down it says: “[39] ‘My sight has always declared to me that that was light.’ See?40 And that’s the reason I believe those visions, ’cause it’s always declared to me the truth, ’cause it comes from the Word. See? Then if He says it, that settles it. Now, when it’s declared like that, there’s no more guess work, it’s going to be. Then you hear it ‘THUS SAITH THE LORD,’ see, because it’s—it’s beyond the human thinking. It’s up into the realms of the Lord’s thinking. But you’re standing here, just as the Vine...just as a branch producing the fruit that’s in the Vine. See? God uses man, and man only. God doesn’t use machinery. God doesn’t use groups of men. God doesn’t use organizations. God uses individuals, always!”[Rev. Jose B. Perez] And on page 11 [p. 10 in Eng.] it says: “62 This boy could not be healed, because… The disciples had power…”[Rev. Jose B. Perez] We have the Word, we have the Message of the Age of the Cornerstone; but that stage, there where brother William says:…and another glorious stage that we all are waiting for will come, that stage of the fulfillment of the Third Pull, where the elect will receive the faith to be transformed and taken with Christ to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb… [Rev. Jose B. Perez] And notice that he says here: _“_[62] ...Jesus gave them power to heal all manner of sickness, to cast out devils, to cleanse the lepers, and to raise the dead. He gave them power, but they didn’t have faith to operate the power that they had. And then they questioned Jesus and said, ‘Well, now, why couldn’t we do it?’63 Now, remember, they had the Word; and the Word was Flesh then. And the Word told them, ‘I give you power.’ Amen! ‘I give you power.’ And they had the power, but they didn’t have faith to operate the Word that was in them. See what I mean? But, Jesus had it, He was the Word, and He had faith that what He said would happen. He said, ‘Oh, bring him here. How long will I suffer you?’64_ He had faith, with His power_ (and there brother William writes beside [WSS] «They had no faith to make the Word they had work»)_.”_ [Rev. Jose B. Perez] Later I will send you that picture, to also place it in today’s study; we hope that all these portions and all these details that our brother William writes there, will help us to continue receiving at this time everything we need through the Message, through the Word, that the Angel of the Lord Jesus Christ has brought us, the fulfillment of the Second Coming of the Lord in our beloved brother and friend William Soto Santiago.* * *
