[Dr. Jose B. Perez] Good afternoon to all those who are connected through the Amazonas satellite and the Eutelsat 8 satellite; also there in Medellin, Colombia where Missionary Miguel Bermudez Marin is, in the congregation pastored by Reverend Alfonso Acero, all the brethren gathered there.
May God bless us greatly on this beautiful afternoon, and may He open our understanding, open the Scriptures to us, so that we understand the entire Program that God is carrying out at this end time.
Today, Friday, April 11 of this year, 2025, our subject is:
THE TRAJECTORY OF ELIJAH’S MINISTRY FIVE TIMES —Introduction— Dr. William Soto Santiago Friday, March 31, 2017 Cayey, Puerto Rico
Scripture: Matthew 17:1-13
[Dr. Jose B. Perez] This message is the message that he preached on a Friday, as an Introduction to Sunday’s Bible study; which, that Sunday’s Bible study, we’ve already had that message,* and today we will be seeing the Introduction, which was on a Friday, which has the same subject.
*[Message from Friday’s study, January 19, 2024: 2017-04-02 “The Trajectory of Elijah’s Ministry Five Times”]
For which, he read the Scripture of Matthew, chapter 17; and let’s turn to chapter 9 of Luke, of the Gospel according to Luke; chapter 9, verse 1 on, says:
Luke 9:1
1 Then he called his twelve disciples together, and gave them power and authority over all devils, and to cure diseases.
[JBP] And he draws a Star of David on the right.
Who gave the power and authority? The Lord, there in His First Coming, to His disciples.
2 And he sent them to preach the kingdom of God, and to heal the sick.
3 And he said unto them, Take nothing for your journey, neither staves, nor scrip, neither bread, neither money; neither have two coats apiece.
4 And whatsoever house ye enter into, there abide, and thence depart.
5 And whosoever will not receive you, when ye go out of that city, shake off the very dust from your feet for a testimony against them.
[JBP] And he draws on the right a Star of David.
6 And they departed, and went through the towns, preaching the gospel, and healing every where.
7 Now Herod the tetrarch heard of all that was done by him: and he was perplexed, because that it was said of some, that John was risen from the dead;
[JBP] He draws a Star of David on the left.
8 And of some, that Elias had appeared; and of others, that one of the old prophets was risen again.
9 And Herod said, John have I beheaded: but who is this, of whom I hear such things? And he desired to see him.
[Dr. Jose B. Perez] And a bit further, in verse 18, of this same 9th chapter, it says…, of Saint Luke:
Luke 9:18
18 And it came to pass, as he was alone praying, his disciples were with him: and he asked them, saying, Whom say the people that I am?
19 They answering said, John the Baptist; but some say, Elias; and others say, that one of the old prophets is risen again.
20 He said unto them, But whom say ye that I am? Peter answering said, The Christ of God.
21 And he straitly charged them, and commanded them to tell no man that thing;
22 Saying, The Son of man must suffer many things, and be rejected of the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be slain, and be raised the third day.
[JBP] He draws a Star of David on the right.
23 And he said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me.
24 For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: but whosoever will lose his life for my sake, the same shall save it.
25 For what is a man advantaged, if he gain the whole world, and lose himself, or be cast away?
26 For whosoever shall be ashamed of me and of my words, of him shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he shall come in his own glory, and in his Father’s, and of the holy angels.
[JBP] And on the right he draws a Star of David.
Now He will show him how the Son of Man would come, how the Son of Man was going to come.
27 But I tell you of a truth, there be some standing here, which shall not taste of death, till they see the kingdom of God.
28 And it came to pass about an eight days after these sayings, he took Peter and John and James, and went up into a mountain to pray.
29 And as he prayed, the fashion of his countenance was altered ([JBP] and he draws a Star of David on the right), and his raiment was white and glistering.
30 And, behold, there talked with him two men, which were Moses and Elias:
[JBP] And in the book of The Seals - in the book of The Seals, page 256 [p. 295 in Eng.], there he tells us how the Lord will come: [WMB] “But when our Lord appears here on Earth, He’ll be riding on white horse (there it is, which is the pure Word)..., He’ll be riding on a snow-white horse, and He’ll be completely, fully, the Emmanuel — the Word of God incarnate in a man.” There is that white garment, which is the pure Word.
30 And, behold, there talked with him two men, which were Moses and Elias:
[JBP] And he writes there: [WSS] «Moses and Elijah».
31 Who appeared in glory, and spake of his decease which he should accomplish at Jerusalem.
[JBP] And he draws a Star of David on the left.
32 But Peter and they that were with him were heavy with sleep: and when they were awake, they saw his glory, and the two men that stood with him.
[JBP] And he draws another Star of David on the left.
33 And it came to pass, as they departed from him, Peter said unto Jesus, Master, it is good for us to be here: and let us make three tabernacles; one for thee, and one for Moses, and one for Elias: not knowing what he said.
[JBP] Notice, that had not been revealed to Peter yet, the meaning of what he was seeing; he wasn’t… he didn’t know what he was saying there.
34 While he thus spake, there came a cloud, and overshadowed them: and they feared as they entered into the cloud.
35 And there came a voice out of the cloud, saying, This is my beloved Son: hear him.
[JBP] And he draws a Star of David on the left.
Therefore, in the Coming of the Son of Man only one Voice is heard. The rest don’t know what they are saying (they are represented in Peter there), they don’t know what they are talking about, they don’t know the mystery; because if they are saying something other than the fulfillment of the Coming of the Son of Man with his Angels, then they don’t know what they are saying.
That is why we must only hear one Voice. God sends one Voice, one messenger for each age and for each dispensation.
36 And when the voice was past, Jesus was found alone. And they kept it close, and told no man in those days any of those things which they had seen.
THE TRAJECTORY OF ELIJAH’S MINISTRY FIVE TIMES —Introduction—
[Dr. Jose B. Perez] In this Bible, he writes to us there, in the margin at the top, he writes there:
[WSS] «When the 1st Elijah was altered it was Elisha».
«When he was altered it was John Baptist».
«He was altered and it was W.M.B.» (William Marrion Branham).
«He is altered and it is the Angel of Jesus, the 5th Elijah».
And he also writes: [WSS] «Moses is altered and it is the Angel of Jesus».
«Jesus is altered and it is Jesus in His Angel. Rev. 7:2».
And below, in the Scripture of 9 - chapter 9, verse 30…, here it ends up at the bottom; and he writes there, where he wrote: [WSS] «Moses and Elijah», there he writes certain Scriptures, he writes: [WSS] «Rev. 10:1-11, 14:14-20, 19:11-21, 17:14, 1:16; Dan. 2:44-45».
[Dr. Jose B. Perez] Look, in this message titled “THE MYSTERIES REVEALED AT THE LAST DAY,” which was preached on October 11, 1997, in Fusagasuga, Colombia, Dr. William Soto Santiago tells us:
THE MYSTERIES REVEALED AT THE LAST DAY (Ministers’ Meeting) Dr. William Soto Santiago Saturday, October 11, 1997 Fusagasuga, Cundinamarca, Colombia
Now, let’s see what the forerunner of the Second Coming of Christ tells us. On page 475…
[JBP] And let’s have that page of the book of The Seals open there, the part that he reads there:
“335 ‘When will it be, Brother Branham?’ I cannot tell you. I do not know.
336 But, one of these days, if we never meet again on this earth, we’re going to meet yonder at the—at the Judgment Seat of Christ. And you’ll find out, that, in that room, the revelation coming from God, just like all the rest of them has, that Them…”
[JBP] Now notice, the Judgment Seat of Jesus Christ, that shows us that at this end time He would become incarnate in the Person of Jesus Christ; therefore, at that Throne, before that Throne, he would present himself, meaning, God’s sons and daughters would be meeting at the end of time.
[Dr. Jose B. Perez] Look, on 134 [The Seals] [P. 154 in Eng.]:
[302] And when this Holy Spirit that we have becomes incarnate to us, the One that’s in our midst now in the form of the Holy Ghost, becomes incarnate to us, in the Person of Jesus Christ…
[JBP] There we have the Judgment Throne, the Judgement Throne of Christ in His Second Coming.
[302]…we’ll crown Him King of kings [and Lord of lords].
[JBP] Now, he says: “But, one of these days…” I’m back on page 475 [p. 552 in Eng.] [The Seals]:
336 But, one of these days, if we never meet again on this earth, we’re going to meet yonder at the—at the Judgment Seat of Christ. And you’ll find out, that, in that room, the revelation coming from God, just like all the rest of them has, that Them…One of the mystery of that Seal, the reason It wasn’t revealed, It was Seven Thunders that uttered Their voices. And there It is, perfectly. Because, nothing knows anything about It. It wasn’t even written. So, we’re at the end time. We are here.
[JBP] And he writes there, on the left upwards, two sentences; he writes: [WSS] «Rev. 7».
But he also writes below there…, that is, upwards on the left side:
[WSS] «The Throne of Judgment = His Angel».
«The Throne of Mercy = Jesus».
[JBP] See? The Judgment Seat is the instrument in the manifestation of the Son of Man with His Angels, it is the Holy Spirit incarnate in that instrument; and there’s the Judgment Seat, which is the new Mercy Seat.
[Dr. Jose B. Perez] Now, he continues…, he says [(MM) “THE MYSTERIES REVEALED AT THE LAST DAY”]:
[WSS] (…) And now, on page 481…
[JBP] Let’s turn to 481 [p. 560 in Eng]; it says… our brother William reads there:
“391 Now, now, do you notice? On the opening of this Seventh Seal, it’s also in a threefold mystery. This one, I have…will speak and have spoke, that it is the mystery of the Seven Thunders. The Seven Thunders in Heaven will unfold this mystery. It’ll be right at the Coming of Christ, because Christ said no one knew when He would return.”
[JBP] And brother William says:
[WSS] Now, when would the mystery of the Seventh Seal be opened by the Seven Thunders? “Right at the Coming of the Lord.”
[JBP] In other words, in the fulfillment of the Coming of the Lord.
[Dr. Jose B. Perez] And he told us…, this was in ‘97; and in 2005, he says:
THE VOICE THAT WILL SHAKE THE HEAVENS AND THE EARTH (Ministers’ Meeting) Dr. William Soto Santiago Wednesday, May 4, 2005 (Third activity) Talcahuano, Biobio, Chile
[P. 38] Christ is still in Heaven, on His Throne of Intercession; the Second Coming of Christ has not taken place yet…
[JBP] Therefore, that mystery of the Seventh Seal couldn’t be opened, because the Second Coming of the Lord hadn’t been fulfilled yet; and that mystery wasn’t open, which contains the Seventh Seal, which is spoken by the Seven Thunders.
The Seven Thunders contain the mystery of the Seventh Seal. And because it hadn’t been fulfilled yet that year, it hadn’t been fulfilled yet; therefore, the Thunders had not been uttered in order to speak, to make known the mystery of the Second Coming of the Lord. See how simple everything is?
It says… this is from the message “THE VOICE THAT WILL SHAKE THE HEAVENS AND THE EARTH,” May 4, 2005:
[WSS] [P. 38] Christ is still in Heaven, on His Throne of Intercession; the Second Coming of Christ has not taken place yet; the Coming of the Mighty Angel has not taken place yet; because Christ is still on the Father’s Throne making intercession with His Blood.
[Dr. Jose B. Perez] And here he tells us, in the message that we’re reading: “THE MYSTERIES REVEALED AT THE LAST DAY”:
[WSS] Now, when would the mystery of the Seventh Seal be opened by the Seven Thunders? “Right at the Coming of the Lord.”
[JBP] And our brother William keeps saying:
[WSS] Christ has been coming from age to age, in the portion relevant to each age and manifestation relevant to each age, in the angel messenger of each age. He came to the first age in Saint Paul, He came to the second in Irenaeus, and so on; and He came to the seventh in William Branham.
And now, for the Last Day Christ has to come manifested in the Age of Cornerstone and Dispensation of the Kingdom; and for that there has to be the veil of flesh in which He manifests Himself in the Last Day. And that has to be a prophet, and it has to be the prophet of the Age of Cornerstone, and it has to be the prophet of the Dispensation of the Kingdom.
[Dr. Jose B. Perez] Do you see how simple everything is? On page 474 [p. 551 in Eng. (Seventh Seal)] he tells us… from the book of The Seals:
322 Now notice. So help me, by God, I tell the Truth, that These are spiritually discerned to me, discerned by the Holy Spirit. And, by every one of Them, has identified Its place in the Bible.
323 Now, what this great secret is that lays beneath this Seal, I do not know. I don’t know it ([JBP] There on the right he draws a Star of David). I couldn’t make it out. I couldn’t tell It, just what It—just what It said, but I know that It was them Seven Thunders uttering themselves right close together, just banging seven different times. And It unfolded into something else that I seen. Then, when I seen That, I looked for the interpretation. It flew across there, and I couldn’t make It out. That’s exactly right. See? The hour isn’t quite yet for It.
324 But, It’s moving into that cycle, see. It’s coming up close. So, the thing for you to do is to remember that I speak to you in the Name of the Lord. Be prepared, for you don’t know what time something can happen.
[JBP] And he writes there: [WSS] «The 2nd Coming of Christ».
And on the left he writes: [WSS] «Hour».
[JBP] In other words, the Second Coming of Christ is what would fulfill the opening of that Seventh Seal; and It would make known, through the Voice of those Seven Thunders, that mystery of the Seventh Seal.
[Dr. Jose B. Perez] Now look, in this message “THE WORD QUICKENED ON THIS LAST DAY,” which was preached on April 18, 1997, Dr. William Soto tells us:
THE QUICKENED WORD AT THIS LAST DAY (Ministers’ Meeting) Dr. William Soto Santiago Friday, April 18, 1997 (Second activity) Villahermosa, Tabasco, Mexico
And now, we can see that everything that was spoken that would happen is happening at this Last Day; and as it is happening: it is being interpreted by God, so that the fulfillment of what was promised can be the interpretation of those prophecies, of those promises that were made to us for the Last Day.
[Dr. Jose B. Perez] On page 57 from the book of Quotations, paragraph 495, it tells us:
[The Seventy Weeks Of Daniel - 61-0806 - “The Seventy Weeks Of Daniel,” p. 107, para. 172] [Study “The Jewish Age,” 2/Sep/2023 (Saturday), pp. 40-41 / Bible Study #387, 18-2/Feb/2024 (Sunday), pp. 50-51]
495 - “[172] Here He come, riding on a white horse; those followed Him, on white horses. Horse, ‘powers.’ Dressed in white; blood, or, vesture dipped in blood; wrote on Him, ‘The Word of God.’ He come as a mighty Conqueror, yes sir, to set up the Millennium, come into the Temple.”
[JBP] Into what? Into the Temple, which is His Church, in the stage relevant to this end time, which is the Age of the Cornerstone.
495 - “[172] Glory! There He meets that hundred and forty-four thousand.”
[JBP] And he writes there on the side: [WSS] «Moses and Elijah».
And on the left upwards he writes: [WSS] «Rev. 14:1».
And on top of that paragraph 495, he draws a Cornerstone and the ages.
And he writes two Scriptures on these two lines:
[WSS] «Isaiah 59:20, Romans 11:26».
(And on another line right there, on top of that paragraph):
«Revelation 19:11-21».
[JBP] We were seeing that in recent days*, what that military horse is, of that Indian chief, there in that dream which that brother had; which Scripturally shows us: Revelation 19, verse 11 on.

[Dr. Jose B. Perez] Now, our brother William goes on to say here [(MM) “THE WORD QUICKENED ON THIS LAST DAY”]:
[WSS] Now, we can see where we are and why He has placed us in Latin America and the Caribbean.
Notice Revelation 19 says that Heaven was opened and a white-horse Rider appeared, and His Name is called the Word of God.
Now, our brother Branham tells us in the message “God’s Only Provided Place Of Worship,” on page 2, he tells us… Notice, no one knows or no one knew from where, from which continent, [or] from which territory the fulfillment of Revelation, chapter 19, would come forth, this white horse Rider, and he says… he always said that he would ride this trail again.
[Dr. Jose B. Perez] This is in… Let’s look for it there on page 165 or 166… 166 from the book of Quotations, paragraph 1485, it says:
[65-1128M - “God’s Only Provided Place Of Worship,” p. 1, para. 6] [Bible Study #329, 30-2/July/2023, p. 35 / Bible Study #378, 19-2/Jan/2024 (Friday), p. 13]
1485 - “6 Now, there’s…I was…getting pretty old, and I thought, ‘Will I…Will there be another revival, I’ll see another time?’ And just remember, from the west will come a white horse rider. We’ll ride ([JBP] and he writes there): [WSS] «5th Elijah and 2nd Moses» this trail again. That’s right. Soon as we get ready. It’s a promise, you see.”
[JBP] And on the right, upwards he writes: [WSS] «The West: a white horse Rider will come».
And above there he also writes: [WSS] «We’ll ride this trail again».
[JBP] Now, remember that He comes with Moses; in other words, the Son of Man comes with HIs Angels; and he says Elijah calls Moses with him.
[Dr. Jose B. Perez] Now, he goes on to say here… That other portion is in the book of Quotations, where he says that [WMB] “He calls Moses with him”; which is in… let’s quickly look for it here, in the book of Quotations, where he shows us that he comes accompanied by - with Moses. Page 57, paragraph 494, it says [Quotations]:
[The Seventy Weeks Of Daniel - 61-0806 - “The Seventy Weeks Of Daniel,” p. 107, para. 171] [Bible Study #293, 26/Mar/2023 (Sunday), pp. 43-44 / Bible Study #310, 26-2/May/2023 (Friday), pp. 63-64 / Study “The Jewish Age,” 2/Sep/2023 (Saturday), pp. 39-40]
494 - “[171] The Spirit of Elijah, off of this Gentile Church, will just continue right on into that Jewish church, go right on in and call; Moses with him. You see it? And he…”
[JBP] And he writes - that is, and he circles it: “and he,” because in that instrument is where the Holy Spirit would be operating the ministry of Jesus, of Moses and of Elijah; because the Son of Man comes with His Angels.
494 - “[171] And he will preach the same Message of Pentecost, to those Jews [WSS] «Year of Jubilee. Lev. 25» ([JBP] he writes there above), that they rejected the Messiah. Amen! You see it? It’ll be the same Pentecostal Message, that these Jews will preach right over to them.”
[JBP] And you already know the writings that he placed there.*

[Dr. Jose B. Perez] Now notice, here our brother William goes on to say, in the message of “THE QUICKENED WORD AT THIS LAST DAY,” he goes on to say:
[WSS] And it was shown that path of the ministry of Elijah for the Last Day, it was shown or typified with our brother Branham on a big, strong white horse, a military horse; and our brother Branham dressed as an Indian chief, with all the feathers that Indian chiefs wear (what is that called? [Brethren: Penacho] Penacho; it’s called “penacho,” here in Mexico), and all that garment.
And what was God doing there when He gave this dream to a certain person? He was showing him the ministry of Elijah in his fifth manifestation; but since at that time the ministry of the fourth Elijah was in effect, well, He has to typify it [in] with the fourth Elijah.
Just as God also said to the prophet Elijah: “Go and anoint Hazael to be king over Syria, Jehu to be king over Israel, and Elisha to be prophet in your place,” [1 Kings 19:15-16] in other words, as your successor.
[JBP] Meaning, notice how in our brother Branham’s time, everything that was shown in dreams, in visions and everything that brother Branham was speaking, and was seemingly showing that it was him, was because, given that he was the messenger who was in effect at that time, well, God was reflecting it in him.
[Dr. Jose B. Perez] As he says it in the writing there from page 25 of the book of Quotations, where that portion speaks to us about the Tent Vision; and our brother William puts that word there; he says… Let’s read the - page 24, paragraph 211; it says [Quotations]:
[58-1001 - “Lifting Him Up Out Of History,” pp. 1-2, paras. 4-5, 8-9] [Study “The time of Redemption ended, says the Mighty Angel of Revelation 10:1-11,” 12/Nov/2022 (Saturday), pp. 37, 39-40 / Bible Study #345, 24-2/Sep/2023 (Sunday), pp. 19-20, 28-31 / Bible Study #387, 18-2/Feb/2024 (Sunday), pp. 56-59]
211 - “4 And it’s been told me, some time ago, by a vision that the Lord gave me, some year ago, I suppose, or maybe a little more. I have it wrote out in a book at home, of a changing of a ministry. (...)
5 And then some time ago, I was in a vision and I saw a large tent. Oh, it was a mammoth, big affair. And I had just been speaking, and many souls were at the altar, and were just kind of weeping with their hands up…”
[JBP] See that he says that he was preaching there? Anyone might read that and say: “No, brother Branham is going to come and he will preach; because that’s what he’s saying there: that he had just finished preaching, speaking.”
Well, if they are saying that… in this time they are saying that “it’s just that he will return, because he said: [WSS] ‘There you will see me again, when you see that prophet messenger fulfilling…’” Let’s read that part here, because this is very important, where he says this to us; which he left written for us… this was on August 13, 2017, he wrote*:

When you see that prophet messenger of the Seventh Seal, you will be seeing the Coming of the Lord with Moses and Elijah fulfilling the prophecies of the Third Pull in the Vision of The Great Tent Cathedral…
[JBP] Now, then, if they say that it has to be somebody who has said that he is carrying out that, well, look, the first one who said it was brother Branham; then they would have to say that brother Branham is the one who has to be there; because he said…, he says there: [WMB] “I had just been speaking.” Oh, then it was brother Branham. And he says here, our brother William:
…and there you will see me again. I love you very much. May God bless you.

[JBP] See how the prophetic revelation is given between the lines? And only the elect would understand that. Neither brother Branham nor brother William were preaching, speaking, in that Vision. As simple as that. Because God already took them both.
And notice how our brother William gives us this great revelation here, and he is telling you: [WSS] “When you see that prophet messenger (of what?) of the Seventh Seal”; in other words, the fulfillment of the Coming of the Son of Man with His Angels. When you see him fulfilling…, it says: [WSS] “You will be seeing the Coming of the Lord with Moses and Elijah.” Fulfilling what? Well, fulfilling the prophecies of the Third Pull in the Vision of The Great Tent Cathedral.
Notice what a great revelation, and it is so simple! But it is only understood by those who are waiting for His Coming, and by those who were waiting for the transformation. Therefore, only those who will be transformed would be seeing that prophet messenger, would be receiving him, believing the fulfillment of those prophecies; therefore, they will be transformed; therefore, they will be seeing those who will resurrect.
And how will we see him again? Well, because at the end of that ministry, when he carries out everything that pertains to the Third Pull, the resurrection will come; and therefore, our brother Branham will come, our brother William will come, all those of the sixth dimension will come; that is why we are going to see him there.
He will only be seen, and those who will resurrect will only be seen, by those who will be seeing that prophet messenger of the Seventh Seal fulfilling the prophecies of the Third Pull.
[Dr. Jose B. Perez] Now, he continues to say there [“LIFTING HIM UP OUT OF HISTORY”] [P. 1]:
211 - “[5] And I had just been speaking, and many souls were at the altar, and were just kind of weeping with their hands up, quietly and softly. A nice gentle-spoken man came out to the platform and said, ‘Now they will form the prayer line while Brother Branham is making ready.’”
[JBP] See? In that case they would have to say that it’s brother Branham.
And brother William, he writes there: [WSS] «Elijah reflecting himself».
[JBP] Therefore, in this writing that he left there too, well, brother William is reflecting himself, because that ministry was still here; and he has to reflect that messenger who would come to fulfill the prophecies of the Third Pull. As simple as that.
And he writes there: [WSS] «The Tent Vision», upwards.
It goes on to say:
211 - “[5] And I was standing that way, of course, the prayer line would been to my left. And I noticed a crowd of people that seemed to cover a city block or more, that was standing in line. There was a little building, a wooden building, inside of this tent. And there was a woman standing there, a man, one taking names…”
[JBP] Notice, in one place he says [WMB] “women”*; it caught his attention that there were two women helping there; but in this part he also says that there was “a man taking names.”

Meaning that all will be in a common way. There may be women at that moment, just like in another activity there may be a man helping. See? Everything will be established and will start being established by that instrument.
And they are trustworthy people, prudent people; like the ones Peter had back in the days of the apostles, where nothing was heard nor - nor did they say anything, rather, everything was spoken by Peter —that is, the Holy Spirit through Peter—; but the rest didn’t say anything, instead they acted, they carried out the relevant things.
And, for example, he would say: “Now, those who took your husband will come for you.” [Acts 5:1-11] They went, pfoom!, and they buried her. Meaning, they were working in those duties there, which were already established by the leader there, which was Peter; the Leader, which was the Holy Spirit in Peter.
211 - “[5] …a man, one taking names, and people were going in on crutches and stretchers, and coming out the other side, walking. Well, I wondered what all taken place in there. And then that Angel of the Lord, Whose picture you see here, It went from me, and went right over that little building…”
[JBP] Now he also writes there (before turning the page) he writes there: [WSS] «Miracles taking place (upwards on the right upwards) before brother Branham arrived».
[JBP] Before brother Branham arrived, the miracles were already taking place. And before Dr. William Soto Santiago arrives, the miracles are already taking place.
And the greatest miracle is the Word being brought; and also the physical miracles. Many people have been healed, and continue to be healed at this end time, in this stage of the Third Pull. Everything will move and is moving progressively.
This is the one where he also writes on the left side at the top: [WSS] «A nice gentle-spoken man – ?», with a question mark, which he puts there.
And he also writes here, this is where he writes: [WSS] «It was not in the denominational Pentecostal style. It was all quietly and gently, with great reverence. Reverently».
[JBP] Not that commotion of… applauding with a lot of… a big fuss. We read a few things there in Bucaramanga*, and in other messages as well.**

But notice how God continues to show the people, and everything continues to be set and everything continues to be established. And everything is being established by the Holy Spirit through that instrument. And the people continue learning everything, and everything continues to be established, to then reach those stages where everything must be in order.
Now, he goes on to say… There is a Bible study in which they put this paragraph; and in that Bible study he writes:
[WSS] «The new ministry of the 4th Elijah and [in] the 5th Elijah, is the 5th ministry of Elijah in another prophet, who will be one of the Two Olive Trees».
[JBP] That is why he said there: [WSS] “When you see that prophet messenger of the Seventh Seal, you will be seeing the Coming of the Lord with Moses and Elijah (Elijah in his fifth manifestation, see? Fulfilling what?), fulfilling the prophecies of the Third Pull in the Tent Vision - of the Great Tent.”
Now, he goes on to say there [Quotations]:
211 - “[5] …and went right over that little building, and stood there, then went down. And a Voice spoke, and said, ‘I’ll meet you in that place.’ Well, now, I’ve looked forward for that time. (…)
8 And I’m hoping and trusting to God, that sometime during this week, that I want to use this little room over here for a prayer room. And to take the sick and afflicted in, and see if He will meet me, and start at the tabernacle again, on the new ministry. I would sure love to see it done.”
[JBP] “I would sure love to see it done.” And the elect of God at this end time have received that fulfillment of the Coming of the Son of Man with His Angels; therefore, they have been loving and have loved to see that fulfillment in the phase that we are in now; and they will continue to love - they will continue to love the fulfillment of His Coming in each stage and in each phase in which the Seventh Seal is carrying out that fulfillment; in other words, the fulfillment of the Coming of the Son of Man with His Angels.
Fulfilling what? Meaning, [WSS] “fulfilling the prophecies of the Third Pull,” see?
In other words, they would love…, what brother branham says: [WMB] “I would sure love to see it done.” Well look, by you seeing the fulfillment and receiving Him, you are already loving, loving the fulfillment of those prophecies.
And there you can say: “I love the fulfillment of the prophecy that is being fulfilled today, that prophecy being made a reality! Meaning, I am loving that, because I am seeing it happen. What brother Branham desired to see in order to love it, I am already seeing it and loving it.” Look at how beautiful!
211 - “[8] I would sure love to see it done. I do not know what it is, my friends. I do not have any idea what it will be. But He Who listens now, I trust that it’ll be something more to help His poor, sick, suffering children of this day. (...)
[9] …when we go in the first time, if I could send my wife in there, and let her be with me when it comes down the first time, to see if it’ll be that way. If not, then, in bringing women through, we’ll bring them two at a time, two women at a time, coming through. So I’m not saying it’ll work either way; just so that you would know, because it’s already been said that we were looking for something new to take place, and we are. But now I don’t say that He told me it would take place. Where I seen in the vision was in a tent. But, course, it might take place anywhere, any time, so we’re looking forward to it.”
[JBP] He writes there: [WSS] «Here / “it would take place” because in the Vision it was a Tent».
And above he writes: [WSS] «The little room and the Name, and Meda or two women».
[WSS] «The new ministry», he also writes there.
All that at the top of the… here in the margin.
[JBP] Now, notice how… (where we were reading from our brother William), Elijah was reflecting what would be done by the second Elijah, which was Elisha. God was telling him: “You will do this, this and that.” But notice, he only did the last part: anoint Elisha; the other two parts were for Elisha to do.
[Dr. Jose B. Perez] Now, Dr. William Soto Santiago continues to say, here in the message “THE QUICKENED WORD AT THIS LAST DAY,” he continues to say:
[WSS] And when Elisha the Tishbite came down Mount Sinai (where he was there hearing the Voice of God), he went back the way he had come and who did he meet first? Elisha. He did not meet Hazael. Elisha. [And] What is fulfilled there? “The last (are what?) shall be first.” [Matthew 20:16]
So, Elisha was the last one - it seems that he was the last one (of whom God had spoken to him); and Elijah met the last one. First, he met the last one; well, by meeting the last one, who would be the successor of Elijah, everything was already solved; because the things that God had in store to fulfill through Elijah, but were not fulfilled through the prophet Elijah, He would fulfill them through Elisha, where Elijah’s ministry would be next or continue his ministry.
And the things that were not fulfilled through the prophet Elisha, would be fulfilled through the prophet John; and the ones that were not fulfilled through the prophet John, would be fulfilled through the prophet William Marrion Branham; and the ones that were not fulfilled through the prophet William Marrion Branham, would be fulfilled by the Angel of the Lord Jesus Christ, in the fifth manifestation of the ministry of Elijah.
[JBP] Did you see?
Now notice, on page 140 of the book of Quotations… Because notice that the things that are not fulfilled and are not carried out through a messenger, and that messenger reaches his last days and leaves, well, then God is going to fulfill them through another one.
It’s like one brother, he was telling me that his father is not a believer; he’s (let’s say) a sympathizer; and… uhh… it’s not that he hasn’t heard, but he doesn’t… he is not a believer; he is someone who doesn’t congregate or anything, but he is… he speaks well of the Message; that is, he’s a sympathizer of the Message.
And he said to him: “Oh, didn’t you say that the… William, Dr. Soto, had departed? (He says something like that). But that man… who is speaking?” —“No, he is the one who is there in the Tent.” And he tells him… or he had told him, that if he… that if he departed… uh… Dr. Soto, he says: “Well, then another must come. So, then this man, he must be the successor. He is the successor, right? (he tells him); because another must come.”
And there isn’t… when he told me, he says: “How that a person who is not a believer, who doesn’t have that revelation (let’s say; logically)..., or has knowledge of the Bible, says: ‘If God takes one, well He has to raise up another.’”
And within the Message there are still people who, because they are blind to the fulfillment of the prophecies; and also because of their pride and arrogance, and all that; they can’t see that God has always worked in each time. And let’s say that, if they see it, they choose to look the other way: “No, this time, well, God won’t fulfill it that way; it will only be my way. He has to return to fulfill what is left.” See?
But God always, in each age and in each dispensation, when He takes that messenger, He raises up another messenger. It has always been like that in the entire trajectory of the Divine Program.
Now, notice how the people from outside say: “Oh, if he already left, then there has to be another, another must come, who is his successor; and that man must be… that young man must be the successor,” he had told him. “Oh, well, no wonder, because there has to be another to continue that work,” he told him, uh… his dad; something like that.
We can get that testimony later on.* And surely many more people, due to… it’s logical for them, let’s say; and many times they know more or know more than those who are in the Message.

Now look, Dr. William Soto goes on to say, in this message that we are reading; he says [(MM) “THE QUICKENED WORD AT THIS LAST DAY”]:
[WSS] … and the ones that were not fulfilled through the prophet William Marrion Branham, would be fulfilled by the Angel of the Lord Jesus Christ, in the fifth manifestation of the ministry of Elijah.
[Dr. Jose B. Perez] And let’s read something here, on page 140 of the book of Quotations, paragraph 1258, there it says:
[65-0117 - “A Paradox,” pp. 5-6, paras. 34-41] [Bible Study #278, 3/Feb/2023 (Friday), pp. 14-19 / Bible Study #471, 8-3/Dec/2024 (Sunday), pp. 41-44]
1258 - “34 But when I opened the Bible, the first little ribbon in the Bible was a very strange thing, where it was. Was when Solomon dedicated the temple of God, and the Glory of God was so great, the Shekinah glory in the building, till the priests couldn’t even minister.
35 And then the next string was laying where Ezra returned and dedicated the temple.
36 And the third little marker, that my wife had gotten me and put in the Bible, not knowing, with my name on it ([JBP] on the right he draws a Star of David. And he writes upwards): [WSS] «the Name upon it» , and so forth, was laying to Mark 11:22. She just stuck it in the Bible, and that’s where it was at, that, ‘If you say to this mountain, “be moved.”’ ([JBP] on the left he had written and upwards also): [WSS] «The Pillar of Fire» ([JBP] and): [WSS] «Saint Mark 11» And all of you know when that Scripture was in my mind, you tape people, that’s when those squirrels come right in, into the...That’s exactly.
37 And then the strange thing of it was, my favorite bird, robin, picture was on the marker, the little bird with the red breast. (...)
38 And then my first meeting, Message I’m to preach in here, is at Phoenix, Arizona. Phoenix is something that can raise up out of nothing. That’s what God does. He takes nothing, raises up something out of it.”
[JBP] On the right he writes: [WSS] «The squirrels».
1258 - “39 And my Message this afternoon, is titled, for the next thirty or forty minutes, ‘Paradox.’ And I want to read from a Scripture that…
40 Few years ago, that, I would take a Bible, and let you hand me the Bible, when I first started my ministry; and just take your Bible, and many of you have seen me do it, just hold it open like that, and say, ‘Lord, where is the Message to me?’ It opened to Joshua, the 1st chapter, any Bible that you would hand me.
41 Until one night a vision came, which you are familiar, and I seen that Bible come down from Heaven, and a hand with a collar on a cuff, like this went down the first nine verses of Joshua.”
[JBP] And he draws a Star of David on the right.
And he writes: [WSS] «A collar on a cuff».
Above he also writes: [WSS] «A collar», there.
And he draws a collar; a collar there… uh… with a lot of circles like that, making a collar.
[Dr. Jose B. Perez] Now notice, Dr. William Soto continues saying here [(MM) “THE QUICKENED WORD AT THIS LAST DAY”]:
[WSS] So, all the things that were not seen fulfilled under the ministry of our brother Branham, and that were prophesied to be fulfilled, it is because they are relevant to the fifth manifestation of the prophet Elijah or of the ministry of the prophet Elijah, who is one of the Two Olive Trees; and the things that are not relevant to that ministry, well, they are relevant to the ministry of Moses; and the ones that are not relevant to the ministry of Moses, well, they are relevant to the ministry of Jesus. Those are the three great ministries that are promised to be manifested on Earth in the Coming of the Son of Man.
Therefore, we can see the things that are promised to take place at the Last Day, under the ministries of Jesus for the second time, Elijah for the fifth time and Moses for the second time.
A dispensation cannot come, a new dispensation cannot be opened without a dispensational messenger being on Earth first ([JBP] See? A new dispensation cannot open if that messenger of that new dispensation isn’t present). And that is why He sends His Angel Messenger at the Last Day, to manifest those ministries on Earth and to open a new dispensation.
[JBP] It is the ministry of Jesus, of Moses and of Elijah at this end time, opening that new dispensation; it closed the dispensation that passed, and opens that new dispensation.
