TITLE: THE MYSTERY OF THE HIDDEN MANNA GIVEN BY THE FAITHFUL AND WISE SHEPHERD Dr. William Soto Santiago Saturday, August 9, 1997 (Fifth activity) Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico
**Scripture: Revelation 2:17** **EATING OF THE FRUIT OF THE NEW EARTH ** _Dr. William Soto Santiago _ _Monday, March 6, 2000 _ _(Second activity) _ _Tumbes, Peru_ The evidence of the new earth is the Son of Man; and the Son of Man shall come with His Angels, and then He shall reward every man according to his works; and the Son of Man shall send forth His Angels with a Great Voice of Trumpet, and they shall gather together His elect. We have seen that everything in this end time revolves around the Coming of the Son of Man with His Angels; because that is the mystery contained in the Seventh Seal, in the Coming of the Lord, the Coming of the Son of Man with His Angels, the Coming of the Lord with a New Name. And now, all that divine revelation that revolves around the Second Coming of Christ with His Angels, is spiritual food for our soul, in addition to the spiritual food of the First Coming of Christ and His Work of Redemption on Calvary’s Cross. And so it is that we eat of the fruit of the new earth, and say: “Truly the fruit was good, according to how God promised; and the land was good, and floweth with milk and honey: the spiritual food for our souls, which we need to be in good spiritual health and to live for all eternity being transformed in this end time, as He has promised.” Which will soon happen for those who will be eating of the fruit of the new earth, and will also be eating of the hidden Manna. All this is the revelation of Christ for this end time, the revelation of the Coming of the Son of Man with His Angels calling and gathering His elect with the Great Voice of Trumpet. [Rev. Jose B. Perez] Reverend William Branham tells us in the book of The Ages (the edited book), page 229 [p. 210 in Eng.], he says: “Yes, I can see that God is going to give a special reward to His messengers who have faithfully discharged the responsibility He has placed upon them. If they have received the revelation of the Word for that age and faithfully preached in their day, and lived what they preached, they will receive a great reward. (and there he writes: [WSS] «they will present their group to Christ», our brother William writes). Now with this thought in mind, look at the verse again. “I will give him the hidden manna.” We all know that the manna was angel food; it was what God sent down upon the grass for Israel at the time of their wanderings (he writes: [WSS] «pilgrimage»). It was perfect food. (so that you can see the little word pilgrimage there, where he writes the little part at the top there: [WSS] «pilgrimage»; that is, brother Branham says: ‘wanderings’ and brother William writes [WSS] «pilgrimage»). It was amazing how those little pellets of food kept them in perfect health. No one got sick. It was all they needed. When the ark was made they put some of that manna into it. Then the ark was put behind the veil and only the high priest would dare approach unto it and then he had to have the sacrificial blood. The Bread from heaven, symbolized by manna, one day came down from heaven and became Life for all who believe on Him. He said, ‘I am the bread of life. I am the living bread that came down from heaven, if any man shall eat of this bread he shall live forever.’ John 6:48-51
‘When He went away He left us His Word, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every Word that proceeds out of the mouth of God.’ Matthew 4:4
His Word was bread. It was the perfect manna, which, if a man live by, he shall never die. But right after the death of the fathers, no one seemed to know the exact truth and in a short while this manna seemed to have become hidden to the people. But in every age God began to give back by revelation that which was hidden until in this last day according to Revelation 10:7, a prophet will come and reveal all the mysteries and then the Lord will come. Now in each age, I say, the messengers received hidden truth. But they did not receive it for themselves only. But it is as it was when the disciples were asked to serve the multitudes loaves and fishes; Jesus gave them the broken food, but they in turn gave it to the people. God gives His hidden manna to the overcomer. It cannot be otherwise. He would not open His treasures to those who spurn what is already revealed (and he writes there: [WSS] «The Church has overcome and is receiving the rewards»; and further down he also writes there: [WSS] «The Hidden Manna = to the Revelation of Jesus Christ»).”[Rev. Jose B. Perez] And it says…, and in that little part down there, it says: “Now then, there is also the thought of the future partaking of the hidden manna. I think it will be the eternal partaking of the revelation of Jesus Christ in the eternal ages to come”.[Rev. Jose B. Perez] And he goes on to say here, in the next excerpt: **IN THE PRESENCE OF GOD ** _Dr. William Soto Santiago _ _Thursday, December 24, 1992 _ _Cayey, Puerto Rico_ He is visiting us. He has seen the affliction of the Latin Americans, He has seen the suffering of all of us: Latin American and Caribbean people; and He has descended and is with us visiting us in His last manifestation, before the great tribulation begins and then the Millennial Kingdom. [Rev. Jose Benjamin Perez] See how he writes it there: that before the tribulation there is only one last manifestation; it is the manifestation of the Angel of the Lord Jesus Christ, of the dispensational prophet messenger with the Message of the Gospel of the Kingdom; dispensational Message that contains the faith of transformation and rapture.There is no other dispensational messenger, there is no other messenger of age; with that messenger is that we enter the Millennium and eternity; the Marriage Supper of the Lamb, the Millennium and eternity. It is an eternal Messenger, with an eternal Message and with an eternal people. So in that we are very clear.Our brother Miguel this week, well, he emphasized everywhere he went, and he was speaking to us that after the messenger that God has sent in our time, our beloved brother and friend William Soto Santiago, there is no other messenger. And that is THUS SAYS THE LORD! That is so. That is according to the Word.In a message that I was reading from 1982 (and it tells us something there that I wanted to share with you; I was not going to read it, but I want to share it with you), in the message “THINGS THAT MUST HAPPEN SOON,” it tells us…, preached on February 7, 1982 here in Cayey, Puerto Rico:[WSS] Well, God bless you all, God keep you; and it will be until the next occasion that I will be with you again; and brother Bermudez will be the preacher next Sunday. He says that he does not preach, that he does not know; but you know that he does know what he is talking about, that he knows the Message well; and he is the most educated person, the most knowledgeable, of the Message of this hour (I say “Amen” to that); and he is the person that God has put by my side for all the work in Latin America, and also in other countries when it is necessary to work in other countries.So we appreciate him, we know the ministry that is in him; we appreciate him very much, we help him in everything: praying for him; and we also help him materially, so that he may continue with this ministry that God has put on his shoulders. (And all the ministers united with him, helping him in all these trips also, materially, praying for him also in all this work that the missionary Miguel Bermudez Marin is carrying out).And we know (says brother William) that someday they will confuse him with a prophet. Do you know that Aaron was also confused with a prophet? But the prophet was Moses. Aaron was Moses’ helper and he was Moses’ prophet, because he said what Moses said (brother Miguel is also like that, he says what the messenger says; and so are all the ministers; and it should be like that, and so should all the brothers). Well, we leave it there. That is why he will be confused with a prophet in many countries, in many places. But that is all right, that is not a problem.[Rev. Jose B. Perez] See? So they can also confuse another pastor, another minister, brother Miguel (as he says), me or someone else; they can confuse him with a prophet; but it is not so. We are aware that there is only one prophet; and the prophet is the Angel of the Lord Jesus Christ. He says there: [WSS] «But that is not a problem», see? Let’s not look for problems with those things. We better keep on searching, reviewing; because, as he said, our brother William, who left us there (which we put out on a bookmark): [WSS] «The Message has been given. Now it is up to you to review». So let’s make better use of the time in reviewing and continuing to review the Message that God has brought to us through the Angel of the Lord Jesus Christ, William Soto Santiago.And sometimes brother Miguel is blasted there with many things: “No, here they are saying this, here they are saying that.” Oh boy, let’s pray for brother Miguel! Stop bringing him things, and interpretations of one thing or another.Brother Miguel has a very important work, and we must take advantage of this ministry that God has given him for the benefit and help of all the ministers, of all the brethren. And we must not let the few hairs that are left on his…I remembered when on one occasion brother William told me: [WSS] “Benjie, do you know how brother Miguel knows if it’s…, if it is time to shave?” And brother William told me: [WSS] “You know we do like this, and we check there, we use all our fingers to see if…: Oh, it is time to shave.” But, brother Miguel, he told him there (I do not know if brother Miguel remembers this): [WSS] “Miguel, how is it that you check to see if you know that you are already… that it is time to shave?” And brother Miguel would do like this with his finger. Yes, because (brother William laughed), because he does not have that (let’s say) that difficulty of having to shave like us. At least he does not have a razor; he said that it lasted him a whole tour and watch out!1 (I think), or more! On the other hand, we have to change the razor every few days, because it gets dull.But we are not going to remove those few hairs he has in his beard with all these things, and try to…: “Look, brother Miguel, this over here.” Let’s rather help him, we are going to bring with him all the help possible so that he may be of…, continue being of help to the people; and the best thing we are going to do with him is to pray for him; not to blast him (as we say) with things: “They say here and they say there.”Better, that the time that he is taking out to visit the countries, to be with the congregations, be of spiritual growth and harmony and love; because that is what pleases the Lord: that His people, when He sees them, see them united in divine love. And we will always be praying for the missionary Miguel Bermudez Marin, so that God may keep him healthy and keep him strong.Well, we continue here. I wanted to share with you that little part of that excerpt. It says:[Continuing](…) and then the Millennial Kingdom. He in His infinite love is with us to enlighten His people, to shine in the Most Holy Place of His spiritual Temple, so that all those who are there —because they belong to that place— may receive the revelation of His Light, the revelation of His Coming to the Most Holy Place, as Lion of the tribe of Judah, as King of kings and Lord of lords, and Judge of all the Earth; and so they receive the faith to be transformed and then raptured; and may they also eat of the hidden Manna which He promised to give to the overcomers. * * *
