And may the Lord also receive these praises as a sweet odor before His presence, and thus we are prepared to receive His Word.We open our Bibles in **First Corinthians**, **chapter 13**, **verse 8** and on; the Holy Spirit says by the mouth of the apostle Paul:*8* \_Charity never faileth: but whether there be prophecies, they shall fail; whether there be tongues, they shall cease; whether there be knowledge, it shall vanish away.\_ *9* \_For we know in part, and we prophesy in part.\_ *10* \_But when that which is perfect is come…\_ \[JBP\] And he draws a Pyramid and the arrow towards the Cornerstone; and the ages. That is, **“that which is perfect is to come”**: The Age of the Cornerstone.*10* \_But when that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part shall be done away.\_ *11* \_When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things.\_ *12* \_For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.\_ *13* \_And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity.\_ **SEEING GOD FACE TO FACE** \[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] We will be studying part of this message (very important). Our brother William tells us:**THE RELATION THAT LIES BETWEEN ONE AGE AND ANOTHER AGE** **(Ministers Meeting)** *Dr. William Soto Santiago* *Saturday, September 8, 2001* *Bogota, Colombia*The relation that exists between one age and another age is the same relation that exists between one step and another step of a ladder; and the same relation that exists between one chain link and the next link that follows it; and the same relation that there is in a race of many stretches (let’s say of 8 stretches), where for each stretch there is a runner; and since it is a race of stretches, a runner runs a part and another runner runs another part.\[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] This is what we have been talking about in several Studies, what that relay race is in these races that are carried out; which, here he shows us something very important in the spiritual realm. On page 376 \[p. 334 in Eng.\] of the edited book of ***The Ages***, it says: *“He is the True Witness.”* Now this word, *true*, is the same word we saw back there in Revelation 3:7. You recall that it does not mean “true” as in contrast with “false.” It has a richer, deeper meaning by far. It expresses perfect realization in contrast to partial realization. Now back in the Philadelphian Age, the coming of the Lord was drawing nigh. What great love that age manifested for Him. It reminds me of those beautiful words of I Peter 1:8, *“Whom having not seen, ye love; in Whom, though now ye see Him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory.”* With them we rejoice also. We haven’t seen Him, but we have felt Him. We know Him now as much as our limiting senses can let us. But one day it will be face to face. That is for this age. He is coming at the end of this age *\[WSS\] «with Moses and Elijah»**.* Partial realization will be made PERFECT REALIZATION, COMPLETED REALIZATION.\[JBP\] At the end of the seventh age, of Laodicea, where he says that in 1977 the Laodicean Age ended and it was the introduction to the Millennium.Now, that breach was missing for the chosen ones of the Age of the Cornerstone to be called and gathered, and be placed in the Mystical Body of believers in the Age of the Cornerstone.But in 2018 he told us that the Door of the Dispensation of Grace was about to end, that Door was about to close. In other words, in the spiritual realm we were placed in that Dispensation of the Kingdom and Age of the Cornerstone.And here it tells us that after the end of that seventh age, it speaks of that part of the seventh age of Laodicea, but also of the seventh stage of the Age of the Cornerstone, where at the closing of the Dispensation of Grace that ministry would have to appear, at the end of that age; look \[***The Ages***\]:Partial realization will be made PERFECT REALIZATION, COMPLETED REALIZATION. Hallelujah! We have been looking through a glass darkly, but soon it will be face to face. We have been going from glory to glory *\[WSS\] «messenger and age to another»*, but soon it will be right in the glory; and in HIS GLORY **WE’LL SHINE** (\[JBP\] and there he writes): *\[WSS\] «The Pillar of Fire, the Shekinah in the Most Holy Place»*. WE SHALL **BE LIKE HIM**…\[JBP\] There in “we’ll shine” he writes: *\[WSS\] «Isaiah 60:1»*. And in “be like Him” he writes: *\[WSS\] «like the Sun – transformed»*. …WONDROUSLY LIKE HIM, JESUS OUR SAVIOUR DIVINE! Isn’t that wonderful? We are complete in Him. That is true. He would not lie to us about that. But one day we will be changed in the atoms. We will put on immortality. We will be all swallowed up in life. Then we will REALIZE REALIZATION.*“He is the Faithful and True Witness.”* Now we think of that word, “witness.” Well, that word is the one we get the word ‘martyr’ from. The Bible speaks of Stephen and Antipas and others as martyrs. They were martyrs; they were also witnesses. Jesus was a faithful martyr. The Holy Ghost is the witness to that. The Spirit bears record of that. The world hated Jesus. It killed Him. But God loved Him and He went to the Father. The proof that He went to the Father is that the Holy Ghost came. If Jesus had not been received of the Father, the \[Holy\] Spirit would not have come. Read it in John 16:7-11, *“Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send Him unto you. And when He is come, He will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment:…*\[JBP\] There he lists them 1, 2, 3.*\[WSS\] «1»* *of sin, because they believe not on Me:**\[WSS\] «2»* *of righteousness, because I go to My Father, and ye see Me no more;**\[WSS\] «3»* *of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged.”*The presence of the Holy Spirit in this world instead of Jesus being here, proves that Jesus was righteous and went to the Father. But it also says in John 14:18, \_“I will not leave you COMFORTLESS: I will come to you.”\_ He sent the Comforter. He WAS THE COMFORTER. \[JBP\] There he wrote several quotes from the book of *The Seals*, which you can write down there and then look them up; in:*\[WSS\] «The Seals* (the pages): *57, 131, 134, 256»*.[1](#sdfootnote1sym)He sent the Comforter. He WAS THE COMFORTER. He came back in SPIRIT upon the true church. He is the faithful and true WITNESS in the midst of the church. But one day He is going to come back in flesh again *\[WSS\] «with Elijah and Moses»*. He will prove then Who is the only wise potentate, — it is He, Jesus Christ the Lord of Glory.Faithful and True Witness, Creator and Sustainer, Perfect Realization, the Amen of God.\[JBP\] And he writes there: *\[WSS\] «Rev. 19:11-16»*. And he also writes: *\[WSS\] «The Amen, God in flesh. The Lion»*. \[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] Our brother William continues to say here \[**“THE RELATION THAT LIES BETWEEN ONE AGE AND ANOTHER AGE”**\]:\[WSS\] But, how do those stretches intertwine and how does one runner intertwine with the other? By the testimony that is passed from one to the other.And now, we can see that there is a very important relation between one age and another age, and between the messenger of one age and the messenger of the other age. The messenger of the age passes the testimony of the Word to the other messenger, and the other messenger continues the race.(…) And now, see the relation there is between one age and another age: it is that Christ is in each age, the Holy Spirit, veiled and revealed in the messenger of each age. And He has placed the Testimony, the Scepter, in each messenger; He has placed the Word, the Sword, in each messenger, and when that messenger departs He passes it on to another messenger.And now, that Word passes from one messenger to another. Whether the messenger wants it or not, it is Christ who passes it through that messenger. Maybe Paul could… if he came to know that mystery of the ages and that it passed from one messenger to another, he could have said (\[JBP\] that is, Paul could say): “Well, I have a nephew, I will pass the Scepter to him.” But if that one had not been chosen to be as messenger representing his age, no matter what things Paul said about his nephew, and say, “I am going to leave him after I go; he is going to take my place.” Well, no. God’s chosen one for that other stretch would remain in Paul’s place for the other stretch.No person, no messenger can say: “I am going to leave my nephew, or my son, I am going to give the scepter to my son for him to continue.” He can give him the entire revelation, but if he is not the one chosen to be the messenger, even still, he will not be the messenger.But to whom God passes the Scepter (which He passes it from one messenger to the other messenger), to whom God passes the revelation for a new age: that is the one who carries the Scepter, that is the one who carries the Testimony, that is the messenger.\[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] Now let’s turn to the book of *Quotations*, where brother Branham shows us the occasion where the Lord showed him that he would have a son. On page 164, see how he…Let’s read a little bit more here, what our brother William says; he says \[**“THE RELATION THAT LIES BETWEEN ONE AGE AND ANOTHER AGE”**\]:\[WSS\] But an angel messenger can represent that new messenger in one of his relatives, he can represent him without any problem, and he is not doing anything wrong; and more so because parents always want the best for their children or for their nephews, if they serve God, then they would want a relative of theirs to remain in their place. But the one who remains in the place of that other messenger for a new age is the one whom God since before the foundation of the world chose.\[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] Now look at what brother Branham says: here on page 164, paragraph 1462, it says \[***Quotations***\]:[2](#sdfootnote2sym) *1462 - “**\[239\]* *I remember that up here in ‘Twin City,’ I think Brother Brown and them was with me; and I was taking the life of Joseph, in the Bible. And I read that Bible, there was a man there was nothing against! Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and all of them, had something against them, but not Joseph. What a man, a perfect man, a perfect type of Christ!**\[240\]* *I said, ‘God, I want to thank You for a man like Joseph’ \[...\]**243* *And right then the Holy Spirit revealed to me, said, ‘You’ll have a son, and you’ll call his name ‘Joseph.’’ I got up from there and thanked the Lord. \[...\]**\[256\]* *And I remember, four years later, my wife…**257* *We knew we was going to have a baby. \[...\]**259* *When it was born, it was Sarah. \[...\]**267* *Four years passed, finally she was going to be mother again. \[...\]**277* *I went up, the mill, to pray. And I started there. There stood that Light hang between two trees, said, ‘Go back to your, were, to the Book.’ I went back to the—the Bible, and while it, and been laying in my car, and when it did, the wind had blowed it over to where Nathan was setting, and David, said, ‘Go tell My servant David, I took him from that sheepcote, from feeding those few sheep of his father’s, and I made him a great name like the great men.’ (Not all the—the greatest name, but just like great men; never made him a Billy Graham, but a… give him a name, you know.) Said, ‘I done that, but,’ said, ‘I can’t let him build the temple, but his son…’**278* *And just as soon as It said, ‘His sons,’ oh, my, there it was.**279* *I said, ‘Joseph?’ That’s right. \[...\]**\[280\]* *I run, throwed my arms around her, and I said, ‘**Honey!*** *\[WSS\] «Meda = Bride»* ***Joseph*** *\[WSS\] «Jesus»* *is coming. Joseph is on his road.’”*\[JBP\] And there he draws a Cornerstone and the ages, and an arrow towards the Cornerstone.And there on paragraph 1462, at the top, he writes:*\[WSS\] «Construction of the Temple.**David and his son Solomon»*.Joseph is coming (Beloved) = Christ for 2nd time»*.Meda = The Church-Bride will have a Son, the one of the promise»*.\[JBP\] See how our brother Branham reflected there in his son the Second Coming of the Lord, and as our brother William says there: \[WSS\] “And there is no problem with that; that he has represented a messenger, in some of his relatives, that messenger that would come.”\[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] Our brother William goes on to say \[**“THE RELATION THAT LIES BETWEEN ONE AGE AND ANOTHER AGE”**\]:\[WSS\] They are already there; notice, in the seven lamps of fire they are already there; the only thing God has to do is to send that theophanic Spirit in human flesh in a man; and that will be the messenger with the Scepter, with the Testimony, for a new age.Now, notice how those stages, those ages, have been intertwined throughout these two thousand years that have passed.And now, throughout history… which is contained in the history books; and was taken by Reverend William Branham, and he opened the mystery of the Work that Christ fulfilled in each age and who was the messenger of each age.And now through the history already opened by Reverend William Branham, to whom Christ revealed who was the messenger of each age; now through the book of *The Ages* and the book of *The Seals* we know the history of each age, the history of each stretch, and who was the messenger with the Scepter, with the Testimony in each age.But the question that remains is: And who is the messenger with the Testimony of Jesus Christ, with the Scepter of Jesus Christ, with the Sword of the Word for the final stretch? Because that was not opened because it would interrupt that whole stretch.Now, in *The Ages*, page 43, it says…\[JBP\] **Page 43** \[p. 48 in Eng.\] of the book of ***The Ages***, it says… Our brother William is reading there from that page:*THE VOICE LIKE A TRUMPET* *“Revelation 1:10, ‘And heard behind me a great voice, as of a trumpet.’ John was in the Spirit, and when he was, he saw the great and wonderful day of the Lord Jesus and all His holy power. The future was about to unfold for God was about to teach him. John did not say it was a trumpet. It was like a trumpet. Now when a trumpet is blown it has an urgency about it. It is like the herald, the king’s messenger, coming to the people.*\[JBP\] And there he writes: *\[WSS\] «The Messenger of the King»*. *He blows on a trumpet. It is an urgent call. The people gather to listen. (Israel was always assembled by the sounding of a trumpet.) Something important is at hand. ‘Listen to it.’ So this voice had the same urgency of appeal as did the trumpet. Clear and strong it was, startling and awakening. Oh, that we might hear the voice of God as a trumpet this day, for it is the ‘Gospel Trumpet’ sounding forth the ‘Word of Prophecy’ to make us aware of, and prepared for, what is coming upon the earth.* (that is, he comes testifying of all the things that will happen).*”*\[JBP\] And he writes there, in this other book he writes:*\[WSS\] «The Herald of the King with the Scepter (the Word) of King»*.\[JBP\] Our brother William continues to say here:\[WSS\] In the message… Reverend William Branham spoke of this same thing in the message “Recognizing the your and Its Message,” page 39 to 40; and he said that the messenger of the king, a little cockney (something like that), being in time of war…; and the king had to send a message to his army, to his people, because (in relation to the enemy), because the enemy was going to attack; and then he saw that little one, that little person, he says: “Go, deliver this message.”It is this same thing here (\[JBP\] that is, of *The Ages*), but it is spoken in that message “Recognizing your day and Its Message,” page 39 to 40. And he says to him: “Command such and such a thing to be done”; in other words, he gives him orders and tells him that he should command.\[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] And on page 41 and 42 of the message **“RECOGNIZING YOUR DAY AND ITS MESSAGE,”****[3](#sdfootnote3sym)** which was the one he refers to there. He says:*204* *I remember, one time, a story of a little cockney in England. He was just an ordinary man. And they said that the—the—the king, one of the kings in the early days was going into his—his palace. And, this, he had no one… He had a message he had to get forth, an urgent message, because of the enemy. And so he—he—he said to this little fellow standing there, he said, “Here, take this message, take this message! Hurry to a certain—certain place, and command this to be done.” And he said, “Take my scepter in your hand. That’ll vindicate you, that I’m… you’re sent from me.”**205* *And he stuck it under his robe, and away he went. The guards everywhere stopping him, everybody else. Yelling, “Get away! I have the message of the king.” Amen. “I’m the king’s messenger,” a vindicated* *\[WSS\] «fulfilled»* *word.**206* *I thought, “Satan, get out of my way! I have the King’s Message. I must go.”*\[JBP\] And he writes: *\[WSS\] «The Messenger of the King = the vindicated Word (made flesh)»*. *207* *One time when they killed the Prince of Peace, and put Him in the grave, and sealed up the tomb, and death held Him for three days and nights. But on Easter morning He had the scepter in His hand, and hollered, “Get away, death! Get away, grave! Open up! I am the King’s Message. I must come forth to prove this resurrection. I am the resurrection and Life.” Hallelujah! I feel real good now.**It’s the King’s Message. Let’s recognize It, friends, for we are called to gather together for the sounding of the Trumpet. “For the Trumpet of the Lord shall sound, then time shall be no more.”**208* *He’s gathered Israel.*\[JBP\] And he writes: *\[WSS\] «The Trumpet and the gathering»*. \[JBP\] And he also writes here: *\[WSS\] «The Message of the King and the Scepter»*. \[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] And also in this same message, a little further on, on page 45 it says, halfway down the page \[P. 39\]:*\[222\]* *How the Holy Spirit spoke through it, this humble, unworthy vessel that just happened to be standing present in the age that the great King said, “Here is My sepulcher, My Word.” (“Here is My Scepter,” rather.) “Take My Scepter, and go forth, and bring the Message.”**223* *I know the denominations tried to stop It, and turn It out, and run It out, and kick It out, and everything. But, by the grace of God, I’m on my road, screaming from nation to nation, from place to place, from church to church, “Come out of it!” It’s unpopular, but It’s the Truth.**224* *Will you receive It in the—in the—the Spirit that It’s wrote in? Will you receive It in the Spirit that It’s been given in?*\[JBP\] And he writes: *\[WSS\] «receive It in the Spirit in *\[which\] *It is given»*. And he also writes here:*\[WSS\] «The Scepter = the Word»*.The Messenger of the King. The Scepter of the King»*.\[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] Now, our brother William continues saying here, telling us about this anecdote, about this passage that we read here \[**“THE RELATION THAT LIES BETWEEN ONE AGE AND ANOTHER AGE”**\]:\[WSS\] …in other words, he gives him orders and tells him to give orders.But who is going to listen to a small person, who was not a military man, and who was not an important person? But if an unimportant person goes, if the enemy sees him, he does not give him importance; if a general goes (hum!), already in his general’s garments, the enemy says: “There goes a general, we have to finish him off.”Now, that little man could say: “But they are not going to listen to me. The generals and the army, how are they going to listen to a person who is neither a general nor a military man?” So the king, then, says to him: “Here; go, command this. Take my scepter, hide it, carry it hidden inside your clothes, inside your body; and give the message and say let it be done, command such and such a thing to be done; and show that you have the scepter, show them the scepter.”And the scepter is the Word; the scepter or testimony that the runners have and pass from one to another.\[JBP\] And all of that there was carried out in that little moment there that we were, and: \[JBP\] “How am I going to go?” \[WSS\] “With the Scepter, with the Word.” In other words, there goes the instructions, there goes everything. He goes with some orders. He doesn’t go for the sake of going, but he goes with THUS SAITH THE LORD.\[**“THE RELATION THAT LIES BETWEEN ONE AGE AND ANOTHER AGE”**\]\[WSS\] Now, you see, at the Last Day, when the antichrist, the man of sin, the beast, is going to launch an attack against all the sons and daughters of God, and against the Hebrew people, notice: there will be a little (a little what?) cockney with the Scepter there in his heart.And now, by him showing the Scepter, the Word, he would be commanding everything to be done for that battle; just as every messenger in his age was the one who commanded everything to obtain the victory of his stage.\[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] In the message **“THE IS A MAN HERE THAT CAN TURN ON THE LIGHT,”****[4](#sdfootnote4sym)** on page 54, it says:*258* *And, today, when we’re talking about Methodist, Baptist, and Presbyterian. The Chief Mechanic is here; the Designer of His Word, the Man Who created the heavens and earth, and designed His Church! Does He know more about what it takes for the Rapture, or does the Methodist or Baptist church know more about what it takes? He is the Designer. He knows what it takes. He is well dressed in the Power of His resurrection. Hallelujah! He is walking among us, today, in the Power of His resurrection.**He knows what it takes* *\[WSS\] «the Thunders»* *to put a Church in Rapture order. He designed It, and put the parts together here in the Bible. Amen! Just let the Current flow through It, now watch It operate. Let faith, in His promised Word of today, flow through, you’ll see how It operates. Why? He designed the thing. He designed His Church by the Word. That’s what He puts together. Not by Methodist, or Baptist, or Presbyterian, or Pentecostal organization; but by His Word. “Man shall live not by bread alone, but by every Word that proceeds from the mouth of God.” Yes, sir.**259* *Get out of them glares…*\[JBP\] And he writes: *\[WSS\] «the glares»*. And he also writes: *\[WSS\] «God in flesh resurrected»*.Rapturing Faith»*. \[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] Our brother William continues to say \[**“THE RELATION THAT LIES BETWEEN ONE AGE AND ANOTHER AGE”**\]:\[WSS\] Now, the king’s representative was the one with (what?) the scepter. Therefore, the king, remember he is the chief, commanding general of the army; because the first commander of the nation is the chief of all the armed forces: the air forces, the land forces and the water forces, the marine forces.And now, that little cockney was the king’s representative ordering what had to be done.And so it will be for this final stretch: the one who will have the Scepter, the Word, is the one who is represented in that messenger with the scepter of the king; with the Great Voice of Trumpet; that Great Voice of Trumpet that John heard in the Lord’s Day.And now, that is the messenger of the King, of Christ, the King of kings and Lord of lords, the Lion - of the Lion of the tribe of Judah; therefore, he will be representing Him on Earth. That little cockney will be the one who will represent Him on Earth and will have the Message of the great King: of Jesus Christ our Savior, to obtain the Great Victory in Divine Love.\[JBP\] And in the book of *Quotations* brother Branham tells us that the Great Victory in Divine Love will be in a Great Tent. And he also writes: *\[WSS\] «in the little wooden room»*.\[WSS\] On page 479 \[p. 571 in Eng.\], Reverend William Branham says, who had the Word, who had the Scepter…; just as Paul had it, the Scepter, the Testimony, in this race which is in stretches: in ages.Now, remember that the Third Pull is the Word; it is the manifestation of the Word, of the Scepter.\[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] Now look, in the book of **Luke**, in **chapter 4**, **verse 14**, it says:*14* \_And Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit into Galilee: and there went out a fame of him through all the region round about.\_ *15* \_And he taught in their synagogues, being glorified of all.\_ *16* \_And he came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up: and, as his custom was, he went into the synagogue on the sabbath day, and stood up for to read.\_ \[JBP\] See, because it is always, and it will always be: scriptural.*17* \_And there was delivered unto him the book of the prophet Esaias. And when he had opened the book, he found the place where it was written,\_ *18* \_The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised,\_ *19* \_To preach the acceptable year of the Lord.\_ \[JBP\] And there He stopped, because the other part corresponds to the Second Coming of the Lord to preach. That is: **“...and the day of vengeance of our God.”***20* \_And he closed the book, and he gave it again to the minister, and sat down. And the eyes of all them that were in the synagogue were fastened on him.\_ *21* \_And he began to say unto them, This day is this scripture fulfilled in your ears.\_ \[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] See, and so it has been in every stage of the Church, in every stretch; it has been the messenger fulfilling the part that corresponds to him, of the Scriptures.And now, here brother Branham, already speaking there at the end in the book of ***The Seals***; he says, **page 479** \[p. 571 in Eng. (Seventh Seal)\]… Let’s read it directly from here to read the writings. He says, in a part here of the prayer, which is the one he reads there, he says:*\[372\]* Sanctify us to Thy Word. Grant it, Lord.*373* Then, Lord, I pray that You’ll help me. I—I—I’m beginning to fade away, Lord. I know my days can’t be too many more. And I pray that You’ll help me, to let me be true, Lord, and honest and sincere, that I might be able to bear the Message as far as it’s ordained for me to bear. And when it comes to the time that I must lay down, and I get down to the River, and the waves begin to come in, O God, may I be able to hand this old Sword over to somebody else *\[WSS\] «Moses and Elijah»* that’ll be honest with It, Lord, and will pack the Truth *\[WSS\] «the Angel of Jesus»*.\[JBP\] And also in the other book he writes:*\[WSS\] «The Word to Moses and Elijah, the Angel of Jesus»*.\[JBP\] And in *this* other one as well, let’s see there… In that part there he writes:*\[WSS\] «The Word, the Sword, hand it to another:**To the 5th Elijah and 2nd Moses. Rev. 11:3»*.\[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] And in the message “TRYING TO DO A SERVICE TO GOD OUT OF HIS WILL,” on page 11 he says, speaking of this Sword that fell into his hand (that he had spoken in that same “SEVENTH SEAL,” on page 470), and him narrating that occasion… Here he is already in the month before departing, on November 27 of ‘65, where he is narrating that.Now, look here, let’s read here from ***The Seals***, page 470 \[p. 560 in Eng. (Seventh Seal)\] says:*\[284\]* And I had my hands out. And, all at once, something hit my hand.*285* I don’t know. I can’t say. Did I go to sleep? I don’t know. Or did I go into a trance? I don’t know. Was it a vision? I can’t tell you. Only thing I can say is what I… Just the same thing like them Angels was (\[JBP\] he writes): *\[WSS\] «the Third Pull»*!*286* And it struck my hand. And I looked, and it was a sword. And it had pearl handles, real pretty; and had a guard over it, with gold. And the blade looked like something like a chrome, like silver, only it was real shiny. And it was so feather-edged sharp, oh, my! And I thought, “Isn’t that the prettiest thing!” Just fit my hand! I thought, “That’s awful pretty. But,” I said, “hey, I’m always afraid of them things, a sword.” I thought, “What will I do with that?”\[JBP\] And he writes there: *\[WSS\] «The Sword of the King»*. *«Hand it to another»*. *287* And just then a Voice shook down through there, that rocked the rocks. Said, “It’s the Sword of the King!” And then I come out of it.*288* “The Sword of the King.” Now, if It said, “A sword of a king…” But It said, “The Sword of the King.” And there is only one “the King,” and that’s God. And He has one Sword, that’s His Word, what I’ve lived by. That, so help me, God; standing over His holy desk here, with this holy Word laying here! It’s the Word!\[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] Now, in this message, already in the month before he departed, he narrates to us something of that event that happened. He says (page 11) \[**“TRYING TO DO GOD A SERVICE WITHOUT IT BEING GOD’S WILL”**\][5](#sdfootnote5sym):*48* *And one morning the Lord said, “**Go up in the top** of Sabino Canyon.”**49* *And I was up there holding up my hands, praying. I felt something strike my hand. It was a sword.*\[JBP\] And he writes: *\[WSS\] «The Sword of the King = the Word*\_».\_ \[JBP\] On “Go up in the top” he draws a Pyramid and the ages, and an arrow towards the Cornerstone.\[JBP\] And he also writes there: *\[WSS\] «the mountain in the West, USA»*, in the West of the United States.*\[49\]* *It was a sword. Now, you can just imagine how you’d feel, standing there by yourself and here’s a knife in your hand about that long. I pulled it down and looked at it.*\[JBP\] It was like *this**[6](#sdfootnote6sym)* and he pulled it down to look at it.*\[49\]* *It was just a knife, one of them… and I’m scared of a knife, anyhow. And it had a—it had a—a metal, something like one of these knifes, like pot metal or something, real sharp and narrow. Had a sheath around it here, where the dueler’s used to, to keep from cutting one another’s hands* (\[JBP\] that is, it had a protection *here*; there is the handle, but it had the protection *here**[7](#sdfootnote7sym)*)*, and—and it had a pearl in the handle here. Just fit my hand exactly. Well, I rubbed my face and looked back.**Right on that same spot, the other day, I saw a little, white dove come down. I’ll tell you about that later.**50* *And I was holding that in my hand, I thought, “That’s strange. Now, Lord, I… am I losing my mind? There’s no one here. I’m miles from anybody and here is a sword. I had my hand up, and where did it come from?” And I thought, “That’s the strangest thing. Now looky here, it’s a sword.” See, hit it, and it was a sword. And I said, “There’s nobody here standing here. I’m up on top of these rocks* (\[JBP\] and he draws a Cornerstone and an arrow towards the Cornerstone; and the ages)*, plumb on top of the mountain.” And you couldn’t even see Tucson from there, it was so far down.**51* *I thought, “Now, that’s a strange thing. Now, it’s got to be in this vicinity somewhere, Somebody that could create and make a sword and put it in my hand.” I said, “It could only be the very God that created a ram for Abraham, could create those squirrels,” that you’ve heard. And I said, “Here is the material, three different kinds of material in it, and I’m holding it in my hand just as real as anything else I could hold in my hand.”*\[JBP\] And he writes: *\[WSS\] «The Sword of gold, pearl and silver»*. *52* *And I heard a Voice, said, “That’s the King’s Sword!”**53* *And I thought, “Now, where did That come from? Was right along there in them rocks somewhere.” And I held it in my hand like* that*, and I said, “A king’s sword.” And I looked around, and the sword was gone. And I said, “A king’s sword.” That’s to… they knight with—with a sword, I think that’s right, the army or some way, they knight with it, you know. And I said, “Well, that’s what that was probably for. It means that maybe I’m to lay hands upon ministers, or something like, that, to make them ministers.” And then I…**54* *A Voice spoke back again, said, “*The *King’s Sword!” Not* a *king;* the *King’s Sword! See?**55* *I thought, “Now, I’m either beside myself, my mind has slipped, or there’s something taking place, there’s somebody standing around here by me.”*\[JBP\] And he writes: *\[WSS\] «brother Branham thought that his mind had become unhinged»*. And he draws a Star of David.*56* *And brethren, these things are true. I don’t—I don’t know how to tell you, you’ve always seen it always happen that way. And it’s… I couldn’t understand it. So… It’s the strangest feeling.*\[JBP\] And he draws a Star of David. *57* *And I stood there. I thought, “Now, ever Who that is that’s talked to me all my life, since a little, bitty baby boy, is standing right here, and I can’t see Him at all.” I said, “*The *King’s Sword?” That would be… God is* the King*. “And what is this sword?”**58* *“The Word, It’s been placed in your hand.” Said, “Don’t fear of death, it’s your ministry.”**59* *Oh, my! Down off that mountain I went, crying, screaming, top of my voice, jumping over rocks. I went down, told my wife, I said, “I’m not going to die, see, it’s—it’s—it’s my ministry.”*\[JBP\] And he writes: *\[WSS\] «I am not going to die*\_».\_ \[JBP\] That is, the ministry that was in him.*\[59\]* *(I told her to get with Billy Paul here, and take the children. I said, “Now, I don’t have anything, but the church will see that you all don’t go hungry and things, and I’ll—I’ll meet you across the border.”) And—and she… I said, “No, I’m not going to die, it’s something about my ministry.”*\[JBP\] And he writes: *\[WSS\] «Across the border»*. And he writes in question mark: *\[WSS\] «Which border?»*. \[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] Now, our brother William goes on to say \[**“THE RELATION THAT LIES BETWEEN ONE AGE AND ANOTHER AGE”**\]:\[WSS\] (...) Therefore, the Sword, the Scepter, the Testimony, is ordained by God that it would pass from one messenger to another; and when it is in the seventh messenger, and his life here finishes, and he finishes his run here, in the stretch that corresponds to him, for it has to pass on to another person.And that other person will be the small cockney, which receives the Word and places it inside in his heart (he places it there); and then he has the THUS SAITH THE LORD for his stretch, for his age; to put everything in order for this important confrontation that will take place between Christ and the antichrist.\[JBP\] Notice what that last stretch is also for; where, besides giving the Rapturing Faith to the chosen ones, it is also to put everything in order for that important confrontation that will take place between Christ and the antichrist, the beast.\[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] Now see, in this message **“PERFECT FAITH,”****[8](#sdfootnote8sym)** it says on page 13. It says… Now, pay attention to all this:*74* *For the Word identified, identified Himself, what He was; and the same Word identifies us. See? “If a man loves Me, he keeps My commandment. And if he says he loves Me, and keeps not My commandments (that’s all of them), he’s a liar, and the Truth’s not even in him.”*\[JBP\] And notice, he writes beside it: *\[WSS\] «A Church like the apostolic one is coming»*. *75* *You say, “Well, I don’t believe all…” Well then, that… you’re just an unbeliever, that’s all. If the Bible said so, that makes it right, that settles it Eternally. What the Bible said, is the Truth.**76* *Notice where He said to us, “If ye abide in Me, and My Word in you.” Saint John 15, **“If ye abide in Me,…”** See, **have faith in Him**. “Ye abide in Me, and My Word abides in you, then you ask what you will.”*\[JBP\] And he writes: *\[WSS\] «If you abide in me = have faith in Him»*. *77* *Now, see, He knew who He was, therefore He had faith* (\[JBP\] and he writes): *\[WSS\] «know who He is in order to have faith»* (\[JBP\] our brother William writes there)*. **Faith could produce when He knowed what He was.** Now, “If ye abide in Me, and My Word in you,” then you know who you are. “Ask what you will, it’ll be given to you.”**78* *Wouldn’t that be wonderful, tonight, if everybody come in that prayer line, say, “I am a Christian. I have no condemnation. I—I know that my heart condemn me not. Something tells me that tonight’s the end of my suffering”? That, you’re going to do. You’ll go away here with something. No matter how much you come in emotion, how much you do, it won’t work until that Perfect Faith has manifested and identified itself in you, as a substance. And when it’s there, then nothing’s going to shake you from it.*\[JBP\] And he also writes: *\[WSS\] «Faith was able to work when He knew what he was»*. \[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] There is a part in the edited book of ***The Ages*** (if you can find it, I didn’t have it here at hand), where he says that He is committed to His Word… It is good to find that one, because it gives us a little more light. Let’s read this little part; page 38 \[p. 44 in Eng.\] says:They don’t see it. If they saw it, by getting in the Spirit, they would know that if they want to receive the Holy Spirit, they need to repent and be baptized in the Name of the Lord Jesus and then God would be duty bound to fulfill His Word by filling them with the Holy Ghost. They never get in His Spirit or it would happen to them exactly as the Word says.\[JBP\] It is another place, that he talks about… (we will find it), that he wrote that \[WSS\] “He is bound or committed to that Word, and whatever you speak…”\[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] Our brother Branham continues saying here in the message **“PERFECT FAITH,”** where we paused, he says \[P. 12\]:*79* *If—if you had cancer, and the doctor told you yesterday that you’d be dead before Monday morning, (all your heart, your respiration’s gone, the cancer’s eat you up, your bloodstream’s become completely cancer, whatever it is); and Something come with this substance of this genuine faith, Perfect Faith was made a substance in you, you’d laugh in that doctor’s face.*\[JBP\] Now see, when one has an ailment or some condition, as we always see it also in the life of brother Branham… And also our brother William always recommended us \[WSS\] “What does the doctor tells you?,” or “go to the doctor,” or “listen to the doctor”; in other words, listen to everything the doctor recommends.Because look, when the doctor was going to operate on brother Branham’s wife because of that tumor she had, she could say: “Well, since I have seen how my husband (brother Branham) speaks, and people have been healed; then, I am not going to go to the doctor. And I am going to wait for him to speak the Word and I am going to be healed.”Now, notice that she was somewhere else; and, surely, to get to be on a stretcher for a surgery, that entails making an appointment, that entails that they had a common agreement: “In case of emergency, call So-and-so, So-and-so”; and all the protocol for an operation. See? And she went, let’s say, to the limit, already when the doctor was going to intervene.And there then, when apparently there was no more backtracking, brother Branham right there says: \[WMB\] “Before the doctor puts his hand on her, may the tumor disappear.”See, all the conditions have to be in place, all of them, in order, to then God work. You cannot remain with your arms crossed, but you go as far as you have to go; always putting yourself in God’s hands, and with the faith that you will be healed from that ailment; and when you can no longer do anything else, you will see how God works and moves on the scene.At other times you don’t even have to go to the doctor, because on the way: *“Wait a minute! But I had a pain, and I don’t have it anymore.”* See? But you always have to take the step.They knew that Jesus was present there; they knew that, by the Word of Jesus, Lazarus was going to come out of the tomb; but look, He said: “Take away the stone.” There was always a human movement; and with that they showed that they believed in Jesus.Because the same one who resurrected him could take away the stone; but He had to test their faith. “(Let’s see if they really believe that I am the Resurrection and the Life): Take away the stone!” And they took it away. And Jesus spoke the Word and Lazarus came out. But there was an action of faith from the people there. *\[79\]* *…you’d laugh in that doctor’s face.**80* *You’d be like old Elijah, when he walked up-and-down before the idol, and said, “Won’t you call a little louder? And maybe he’s pursuing.” He knowed what he was going to do, because God had told him what was going to happen. He said, “Let the god that answers by fire, be God.”*\[JBP\] That was the challenge on Mount Carmel.And he writes: *\[WSS\] «Elijah laughed at the false ones»*. *81* *They say, “We’ll take that proposition.” And they poured water upon the altars. And they—they cut themselves, and they done everything, and called, “O Baal! O Baal! Answer!”**82* *Elijah was just as calm as he could be. He said, “Call a little louder,” said—said, “maybe he’s pursuing. Maybe—maybe he’s on a fishing trip. Maybe he’s doing something else, you see. He’s out somewhere.” They just… Just made fun of them, because he knew it’s going to happen.*\[JBP\] And brother William writes there: *\[WSS\] «Adoption»*. *83* *Oh, watch when he got everything in order. He walked out there and said, “Lord God of Abraham, Isaac, and of Israel!” He never called him now his name Jacob, “shyster.” He called him Israel, “prince with God.”**84* *“Lord God of Abraham, Isaac, and of that Prince (Jacob), let it be known today that I am Your servant; and I have done this, not at my desire, not at my make up, but at Your command I have did this; Your will, You told me what to do. You showed me these things would be here. Now, I’ve poured the water upon the altar. I’ve done all these things according to Your command. Now, let it be known!”*\[JBP\] And he writes: *\[WSS\] «Elijah placed everything according to the order»*. *\[84\]* *And when he said that, fire fell from the heavens. He was just as confident it was going to fall, because he had the substance. Why? The Word said so.*\[JBP\] And he writes: *\[WSS\] «confident, thus said the Word»*. *85* *Now, this same Bible is the same God’s Word. And when you can receive the substance (that’s Perfect Faith); substance that this promise that God made is yours.*\[JBP\] And he writes: *\[WSS\] «When you believe that the promise is yours»*. *86* *“How do you feel, Brother Branham, when you stand there and you see people coming in different languages and things? Are you afraid?” No, sir. No, sir. He said so! Never been afraid yet, ’cause He told me so, and I believe that it’s Truth.**87* *If He told me tonight, to go to the presidential graveyard and raise up George Washington tomorrow morning, I’d invite the whole world, “Come and see it done.” I’d say, “Bring every…get—get every critic you can and stand them around, you’re going to see the Glory of God. Set that chair over here where you can set down and rest a little while; he’ll be here just in a moment, soon as I call.”*\[JBP\] Now, see what security that prophet had: because he had the substance; in other words, he had the Word, he had the Sword.And he writes there: *\[WSS\] «invite everyone to see a resurrection»*. *88* *That night when that little boy in Finland, that day, rather; laying there dead, been laying there for a half hour* (\[JBP\] he writes): *\[WSS\] «½ hour»**, mashed up, blood running out of eyes, nose and ears; his little legs broke up, in his little stockings; and his feet out through the end of his stockings, his shoes gone. I looked, and I thought, “That ought to be that boy.” I said, “Say, let’s look in the back of that Bible, Brother Moore.”*\[JBP\] And he writes: *\[WSS\] «What is written on the back of the Bible»*. *89* *We got Brother Lindsay, Brother Moore looked back there: “‘And it shall come to pass,’ SAITH THE LORD,” (Oh, my!) “‘there will be a—a land where’s a lot of evergreen growing. Rocks will be lapped together. A little boy with a cropped haircut, little pantywaist buttoned up here, and his feet…his stockings pulled up high. He’ll have brown eyes, they’ll be turned back* (\[JBP\] that is, he had already died)*. He’ll be killed in an automobile accident. But you lay your hands upon him, and he’ll come back to life.’”**90* *There It was, wrote on there. There he laid, amen, just waiting the Word.* *I said, “If this boy isn’t alive in a couple minutes from now, then I’m a false prophet, run me out of Finland. But if he is alive, fall on your faces and repent!”**91* *I said, “Death, you can’t hold him.” I called for his spirit according to the Word of God, “In the Name of Jesus Christ,” up he jumped. Right! See? Oh, my! Faith, see, took a hold. God said so, there it is!*\[JBP\] And he writes: *\[WSS\] «resurrection of a dead boy»*. And on page 16 it says:*92* *Now, that’s—that’s God speaking in this day through vision. But this: if that vision was contrary to This, that would be wrong; This is more than the vision. If any vision’s contrary to the Word, leave it alone; it ain’t of God, God don’t contradict His Own Word.**So, if this Word told you something, then you can have the same confidence then what’s going to happen. There’s nothing,… If It says, “They shall lay hands upon the sick and they shall recover”; well, brother, if faith, that Perfect Faith, got a hold of that, you’d… when you passed by this prayer line, you’d be jumping and shouting till you… when you left here, “It’s over!” It’s over! It’s all over, it’s finished! If you had a request in your heart and believe that when that prayer was made for that, it was going to be answered, there isn’t nothing you discuss, that’s what’s going to happen; like the woman with the blood issue.*\[JBP\] And he writes: *\[WSS\] «vision of the Word»*. And he also writes: *\[WSS\] «if the Word says so, it happens»*. *93* *Jesus had Perfect Faith. He—He had it, and it come because He was the Word. And you become the Word; you become the Word, as you receive the Word. “If ye abide in Me, and My Words in you. My Words which…” (this Word) “abides in you, then ask what you will, and it’ll be done for you.” See? “If ye say to this mountain, ‘Be moved,’ and don’t doubt, but believe in what you’ve said, then you shall have what you said. When you pray, believe that you receive what you ask for, and ye shall have it; it’ll be given to you.” Time, space, nothing else will ever change it. You know it’s done. It’s already—it’s already over with.* (\[JBP\] And he writes): *\[WSS\] «the spoken Word»*.*94* *Now, watch! Now, and He said to us, “If ye abide in Me, and My Word in you,” Saint John, here, “you can ask what you will, it’ll be done.” Then, **recognize your position** in the Scripture, as a believer. See, you’ve got to recognize your position, as He recognized His position.*\[JBP\] And he writes: *\[WSS\] «recognize our position»*. And he draws a Star of David and a Cornerstone; and an arrow towards the Cornerstone.\[JBP\] Let’s go a little further down there. I am on page 16 \[P. 15\]: *\[95\]* *He said to Cleopas and them that morning, “Isn’t it written in the Scriptures that they’ll have to… that He must suffer and then be killed and raised the third day?” Said, “Why are you so slow of understanding?”**96* *And they thought, “My, this man speaks a little different from other men.” Come to find out, when they got into the inn, it was Him. See, their eyes was withholden from Him. See, they knowed that He kept laying to that Scripture, and they knowed It was Him.**97* *Now, you must believe what you ask for. If you are a believer, recognize yourself as a believer.*\[JBP\] And he writes: *\[WSS\] «Recognize your position. Recognize that these things are for you»*. *\[97\]* *Recognize that these things are for you.**98* *If there’s condemnation in your life, straighten that first.*\[JBP\] And he writes there: *\[WSS\] «straighten our life with God first»*. \[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] Our brother William continues to say here, in the message we are reading; he says \[**“THE RELATION THAT LIES BETWEEN ONE AGE AND ANOTHER AGE”**\]:\[WSS\] Therefore, that will be the one who will be with the Holy Spirit in front of this stretch, and —therefore— the group of that final stretch, because in him will be represented all the elect of the final stretch.And the other messengers being alive did not receive the incorruptible crown of the physical eternal life: they died physically; although they were and are living, and they went to live in the angelic theophanic body, but physically their bodies died.But for the Last Day the promise is[9](#sdfootnote9sym): *“To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of Life.”*Now, we can see that just as we have eaten of the Tree of Life (by receiving Christ as our Savior, washing our sins in His Blood, being baptized in His Name and receiving His Holy Spirit), and have obtained eternal life; we lack physical eternal life.And now, the Overcomer of the Last Day as messenger will obtain the victory; and will eat of the Tree of Life and will live eternally (and the Tree of Life is Jesus Christ our Savior), to obtain immortality; he will obtain the adoption, the transformation, the redemption of the body.And since in him are represented all the elect of the Last Day, when he is adopted, the elect of the Last Day will also be adopted, those who remain until that time.\[JBP\] They can’t wait for a glorified body to come in the resurrection, to adopt that body, and then we are adopted. They are placing, as brother Branham says: “The cow eating on top (that is, the example he gives), on top of the tree eating”[10](#sdfootnote10sym) It has to be as it was on Mount Transfiguration with Jesus.\[WSS\] Therefore, the victory that he will obtain will be the victory of Christ in him; and therefore, the victory that will be obtained will be for all of us. It is the Great Victory in Divine Love.Now, in the relation that there is between one age and another age, we have seen the relation that there is between the Age of the Cornerstone and the seventh Church age, and that breach between the seventh age and the Age of the Cornerstone.\[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] There is a message that tells us…, on page 11 of **“THE MIGHTY GOD UNVEILED BEFORE US,”****[11](#sdfootnote11sym)** page 10 and 11, it says:*88* *Now, the traditions has made a veil. They say that the days of miracles is passed. A man spoke to me, a fine, cultured gentleman in Tucson, Arizona, where I live. I had a meeting at the Ramada. And we been speaking at the Business Men’s Convention where the Lord Jesus had come present and done great things. And this Christian gentleman came to me, and he said… A minister of the church, fine man, and he said, “Brother Branham, you are trying to project to the people an apostolic age,” he said, “and when the apostolic age has ceased.”**89* *And I said, “I pray thee, my brother, show me when the apostolic age ceased, in the Scripture.” I said, “The apostolic age began on the Day of Pentecost, and it has…Peter said, on the Day of Pentecost, ‘The promise is unto you, and to your children, and to them that are far off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call.’ When did it cease? If God is still calling, then the apostolic age still is in session.”*\[JBP\] And he writes: *\[WSS\] «The Apostolic Age»*. *90* *And so that is where the people try to blindfold so many people, by their traditions of the elders, as it was then. And you fail to see why that the people are so elated and so enthused. And—and these conventions are such an oddball, such a strange thing, to other people, is because that they see they broke through those barriers. They broke through those veils, into the Presence of God, where they see the manifested promise of this hour made manifest before the people. They see what God promised.**91* *In Joel 2:28, He promised, that, “In this last days there would be a latter rain poured out upon the people, in the last days.” I think the Greek word there is kenos, which means that He “emptied” Hisself out. Not in the way that we would say, like something was inside of somebody, that He emptied out. But, He poured Himself out.**92* *He changed; His en morphe. He—He changed, from what He was, to what He is. He never changes His nature.*\[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] Now, our brother William goes on to say \[**“THE RELATION THAT LIES BETWEEN ONE AGE AND ANOTHER AGE”**\]:\[WSS\] And we have seen that, in the relation that there is, there is a direct relation between one messenger and the other messenger. Because there is a direct relation of one age with the other age: the first age with the second age, the second age with the third, the third with the fourth, the fourth with the fifth, the fifth with the sixth, the sixth with the seventh, and the seventh with the Age of the Cornerstone; and they are thus intertwining one age with the other age; as in a chain, one link is intertwined with the other link, and as in a ladder one step is intertwined with the other step.\[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] In the message that we read a few minutes ago, **“TRYING TO DO GOD A SERVICE WITHOUT IT BEING GOD’S WILL,”****[12](#sdfootnote12sym)** on page 34, it says:*123* *I said, “It won’t work, sir.” I said, “A revival will never come until God, the sovereign God, sends it; and then He might take up a little nitwit that can’t even sign his name, and do it with it, that knows not even good English let alone the Greek.”**124* *That’s what He done in the time when Peter preached at Pentecost, you know, he couldn’t even sign his name, ignorant and unlearned. But God does things in such strange way to our intellectual thinking.*\[JBP\] And he writes: *\[WSS\] «There is an order for each revival, and it is by a prophet in an age or dispensation with a Message. So it is today»*. \[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] Our brother William goes on to say \[**“THE RELATION THAT LIES BETWEEN ONE AGE AND ANOTHER AGE”**\]:\[WSS\] And now… And as in a race, a stretch is intertwined with the other stretch, and a runner with the other runner. You can see that the runner who starts, then, when he arrives at a certain place, the runner who is going to follow is waiting for him, but he waits for him before the place where the race begins to count for him; and the runner who is coming, gives the scepter to that one; and both of them are running, you see them both running at the same time, but one is finishing his race and the other one is starting.And when he takes the scepter: it is no longer being counted to the other runner but to the new runner, because the race counts for the one who carries the scepter. For the one who no longer carries it: he has already finished his race and what counts in his race. That is why God calls him to rest; because if he stays on Earth they can interrupt the race of the other runner, or not want to let go of the scepter and say: “No, I still have strength, I can continue the other stretch”; but it is not his turn for the other stretch.Look at John the Baptist: he finished his stretch and had to leave. Already in prison, you see, he sends to ask Jesus, he says to two of his disciples: “Go and ask Jesus if He is the one who was to come or we will wait for another.”[13](#sdfootnote13sym) See? And he could cast doubt on his disciples (\[JBP\] that is, John could cast doubt on his disciples).But he announced that He was, that Jesus was; who is related to him according to the flesh, because Elisabeth and Mary are relatives, family. And now…, and now he himself doubts whether He is or is not; and that doubt, well, he can pass it on to his disciples.Notice, it is not known if that was one of the reasons why John’s disciples (many of them) did not follow Jesus later. Because Jesus did not tell them that He was. He said: “Go and tell John what you have seen: the blind see, the lame walk, the dead are resurrected, the Gospel is preached to the poor. Go and tell that to John, what you saw.”Because John being a prophet had to know what it was promised that the Messiah would do; and it was promised that the Messiah (in Isaiah, chapter 61) would open the eyes of the blind, and so on. Therefore, John had to compare what John’s disciples saw, compare it with what was promised the Messiah would do at His First Coming.Then what John said, whether it was or was not, is not there. When they gave the information to John, the report, it does not say what John said (at least it was not written down); but someday we will know when we meet him and John’s disciples.Now, he announced One that would come after him. And those who would follow Him would be those who would be baptized with the Holy Spirit and Fire: they would be baptized with the Water of the Holy Spirit, the Water of eternal life; and thus they would obtain the new birth and would obtain the angelical body.The forerunner always prepares the people for the one who comes after him; but the disciples of the forerunner almost always want to stay with the forerunner, and want to ignore the one who comes after him.\[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] In the message **“THE MIGHTY GOD UNVEILED BEFORE US,”** it says on a small part here on page 9, before the one we read just now, it says \[P. 12\]:*81* *You know, in the Old Testament, to enter behind that skin was death. Now to stay from behind it is death. Then to enter into His Glory was death. Now to stay away from His Glory is death.*\[JBP\] And he writes: *\[WSS\] «Most Holy Place»*. And a Cornerstone and the ages.And he also writes: *\[WSS\] «The throne, the veil and the door = Christ»*. \[JBP\] And *Christ*, remember, that it is ‘the Anointed One’.*\[81\]* *That happened, of course, at the renting of the veil at Calvary, when the veil was rent, the old veil. Now to stay out of His Presence is death.Then to enter His Presence was death. See? It changes back and forth, and you must find the Scripture to see what day we’re living in.*\[JBP\] Notice, from one age to another age, from one dispensation to another dispensation.\[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] Now, our brother William goes on to say here \[**“THE RELATION THAT LIES BETWEEN ONE AGE AND ANOTHER AGE”**\]:\[WSS\] Well look, for those who ignored the one who came after John (even though they could be disciples of John): they were left without receiving the baptism of the Holy Spirit on the Day of Pentecost; and to receive it they had to receive Christ as their Savior, they had to recognize and believe in the one who would come after John, and recognize that it was Jesus.For the Last Day we find that the one who will come after the forerunner will be the one who will bring and in whom will come the blessing for our transformation; and it will be the white horse Rider of Revelation 19; and it will be the Word made flesh. That is what the forerunner said.Therefore, the Word, the promise for the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ —which will be vindicated, confirmed, fulfilled in this end time—, is none other than the one that has been given in the Old Testament, in the New Testament, and by Reverend William Branham.And that Word being confirmed to the Church at the Last Day is the one that the elect will be believing with all their soul. Although it looks simple, that will be the Word promised for the Last Day made flesh.As was the Word promised to the Hebrew people in Egypt: Moses. In him was the Word made flesh at that time; therefore, he had to come in the midst of the Hebrew people bringing the Word of God.The Pillar of Fire was in Moses, and Moses was the Word made flesh for the people; and Moses was the only one who could interpret the Word of God for the people.He was the promised Word; and therefore, the whole Program of God for the exodus, for the deliverance of the Hebrew people was in Moses. Without Moses the exodus would not be carried out, because God was in Moses to carry out the exodus.God always works through man, through human beings. “For the Lord God will do nothing, unless He first reveals His secrets to His servants, His prophets.”\[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] Now, in the book of ***Quotations***,[14](#sdfootnote14sym) on page 27… there is a place here… Or let’s just read a few, because there are many places where he speaks of human beings as God’s agents, His ambassadors, His instruments. Now look on page 27, paragraph 220, it says: *220 - “**\[54\]* *And in all ages, in all times, God has always dwelt in man. Man is God’s agent* (\[JBP\] he draws a Star of David there on the side)*. In every generation, God speaks to His people through human lips. He always chooses someone or something that He can use.”*\[JBP\] And he writes: *\[WSS\] «God has always used a man as His agent»*. And he draws a Pyramid.\[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] And also on page 118, paragraph 1045, it says \[***Quotations***\]:[15](#sdfootnote15sym) *1045 - “**\[74\]* *God does nothing outside of a man. He always works through a man because He had to use a man. A man is what He had to use to display His attribute of Saviour. \[...\] So being that He had to do that, He turns back around and makes the man a partner to Him, and does nothing except He does it through a man!”*\[JBP\] And he writes there: *\[WSS\] «God does everything through the prophet, who is His partner»*. \[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] And right here, look, on page 119, paragraph 1059, it says \[***Quotations***\]:[16](#sdfootnote16sym) *1059 - “**\[333\]* *…now, I am just your brother. I sure you understand that. I am a man; He is God. But God only can work, and always has worked, and only worked, through man.”*\[JBP\] And he writes: *\[WSS\] «God always works through man»*. \[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] Look on page 113 as well, paragraph 995 \[***Quotations***\]:[17](#sdfootnote17sym) *995 - “**131* *He uses men. That’s true. He does nothing outside of what He does by men. We realize that. He, that’s His—that’s His agent. That’s what He chose.”*\[JBP\] And he writes: *\[WSS\] «God uses man, they are His ambassadors»*. And there are countless more quotes we could read.\[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] Our brother William continues saying here \[**“THE RELATION THAT LIES BETWEEN ONE AGE AND ANOTHER AGE”**\]:\[WSS\] (…) Now, all that is in a mystery; and we can only know that mystery through the Seven Thunders of Revelation; and those Seven Thunders will be speaking to the Church this mystery.And being that the Seven Thunders is the Voice of Christ, it is the Scepter of Christ, the Sword of the King, therefore, that mystery will only be known by the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ as she is hearing the Voice of Christ crying out as when a lion roars. And He will be doing that through the one who in the Last Day will have the Scepter of the King, who will be the messenger of the Last Day for the eighth stretch, which is the stretch of the Age of the Cornerstone.\[JBP\] If He is roaring as a lion, to make known the Thunders, He couldn’t be at the same time speaking as a Lamb to receive salvation and give the opportunity to obtain the theophanic body by believing in the First Coming of the Lord as the Lamb of God.During the Dispensation of Grace, the Gospel of Grace would be preached and spoken, giving people the opportunity to receive Christ as their Savior. And there we do not see the Lamb as a Lion; that is, speaking as a Lamb and at the same time speaking as a Lion.It is in a new dispensation that we see the one that John saw and he saw a Lamb, and the old man says: “Behold the Lion of the tribe of Judah”; because that change from Lamb to Lion had already occurred. And there he would be roaring like a lion and seven thunders uttering their voices (Revelation 10), which would bring and thus give the Rapturing Faith.\[**“THE RELATION THAT LIES BETWEEN ONE AGE AND ANOTHER AGE”**\]:\[WSS\] (…) And now the blessing of the Last Day has fallen upon us, the blessing of the last stretch: the blessing of the stretch of the Age of the Cornerstone. Therefore, let us be reverent in our time, and let us be aware that we are living in the most glorious time of all times.And remember: take care of your congregations, and yourselves, so that you will not place a man as your leader. Our Leader is Christ in Holy Spirit, who from age to age has been the Leader of His Church in the manifestation corresponding to each age.\[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] On page 167 it says something there, in paragraph 1488; it says \[***Quotations***\]:[18](#sdfootnote18sym) *1488 - “**148* *Now, have you noticed, every three years after a—a great meeting, what takes place? A denomination. This is twenty years and no denomination.”*\[JBP\] He writes at the top: *\[WSS\] «A revival lasts 3 years»*. \[JBP\] And keep that in mind, because… Look, all the stages are intertwined, and there comes a moment when that runner starts running fully; because he comes a little behind, as our brother William was telling us there: he goes a little behind, he starts running with the one who is running, and the two always run that last stretch; but there comes a point when he gives him the scepter; and it starts counting, when that line starts, but he already has the scepter. And the other one is also running, but when he reaches that line and passes it: he no longer has the scepter, although he takes some steps within that part and that stage that corresponds to that other one.That revival has begun in the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ in this end time, which is giving the Rapturing Faith. As he says there: “As simple as that.”Now, he says there that “it has been 20 years and no denomination.”And it is in the Age of the Cornerstone that is not going to be denominationalized, because Christ, the Angel of the Covenant, has left His Spirit, and has left the ministries of Moses and Elijah; therefore, the Age of the Cornerstone will not be denominationalized. *1488 - “**\[148\]* *Dear dying Lamb, may it never do that. If I go in this generation, may the people who believe this Message never stand still for a denomination! God will… You’ll die right in your track! Remember that! The very hour that you mention denomination among you, I don’t care how sincere you are, take man for your leader instead of the Holy Spirit to confirm this Word, that’s the hour you die!”*\[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] Now, our brother William goes on to say \[**“THE RELATION THAT LIES BETWEEN ONE AGE AND ANOTHER AGE”**\]:\[WSS\] When the people of Paul’s time followed Paul, they were not following Paul but the Holy Spirit in Saint Paul; and so each group, when they followed the messenger, they followed the Holy Spirit in the messenger of their age.\[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] In the message **“WHY IT HAD TO BE SHEPHERD,”****[19](#sdfootnote19sym)** on page 38, look here:*181* *When the Great Shepherd was smitten, the Great Sheep-Prophet, when He was smitten back there, He said, “It is finished!” And that minute, as soon as this Shepherd was smitten, it was over. Sin is settled, there was no more sin. They were clean, the penalty was paid. The believers whose names were written in the Book of Life* (\[JBP\] he writes): *\[WSS\] «the Book of Life»**, predestinated from the foundation of the world, it was finished that very minute that Jesus said it was finished. He, that Great Shepherd, had come for His sheep. It was finished, God’s right hand was pulled from His bosom, smitten. Then on Easter He returned it (amen), raised it up again to His bosom, and extended it down to you and I, in the form of His Word, to redeem us…*\[JBP\] And he writes: *\[WSS\] «God’s right hand is Christ / Rev. 5:1-9, 10:2, 10:8-11»*. He writes those Scriptures.*\[181\]* *…to redeem us back to the original garden from which sin took us from. The hidden secret of His great heart was revealed by a Prophet-Shepherd. It was revealed by a Shepherd, Prophet-Shepherd.**182* *No wonder the mountains jumped and shouted on that day. No wonder the sun hid its face and screamed for joy. No wonder all nature broke loose; the wind shook the trees until they shook and shook, and joyed, and jumped. They seen the Prophet-Shepherd, on the mountain, redeem every name on the Book of Life. And they seen that their own nature was redeemed! They screamed, and jumped. And the world went into an earthquake.*\[JBP\] He writes: *\[WSS\] «earthquake in the redemption»*. The same will happen at the Resurrection at this Last Day.*\[182\]* *And the mountains rent, and the rocks fell out. And the sun went down. And—and everything taken place. Like any meeting, when the Shepherd reveals to you that “it’s finished!” There…**183* *I’ve seen jumping spells, and joy spells, but there was nobody hurt. The mountains rung out, and they… the sun went down, and everything took place, but there was nobody hurt. And I’ve seen meetings where the power of God was revealed to the people that they “were free from the world and the things of the world,” and the joy of the Lord filled the congregation. They stood and screamed, and cried, and shouted to the top of their voice, for the glory of God. I never did see anything disorderly, they was always right in order; because they had recognized that, their name that had been written on the Lamb’s Book of Life before the foundation of the world.* (\[JBP\] He writes): *\[WSS\] «the Lamb’s Book of Life»**. The great Prophet-Shepherd had brought them the Message, and they were delivered, the Prophet-Shepherd. No matter what the other ecclesiastical realms said about It, they knew what had happened. Just as them shepherds did back there, they knowed what took place.**184* *No man has a right to enter the sacred desk to preach the Word until he has did as Moses did, meet God, himself, upon grounds where that there’s no theologian can explain It away. Moses was there!*\[JBP\] When he was in front of the bush.*\[184\]* *Moses was there!*\[JBP\] I was there.*\[184\]* *No matter how Israel’s messengers said, “oh, it was a nonsense, you just imagined you saw this; it’s nonsense,” you couldn’t take That away from him, he knowed!*\[JBP\] I remember… I think it was Julian, who took me; and I got in the pickup truck, and I think the words were: \[JBP\] “Wow!” Or: “What I saw was a tremendous thing!” Or something like that. (That is good that he doesn’t forget, to write it down). And that is not nonsense as they say… here brother Branham.*\[184\]* *He was there!*\[JBP\] He says:*\[184\]* *…you just imagined you saw this;...!*\[JBP\] He is speaking about Moses there in front of the bush. *\[184\]* *“…it’s nonsense,” you couldn’t take That away from him, he knowed! He was there! He was the one it happened to! And no man by a—a theological degree or some doctor’s degree has a right behind the pulpit, to claim the Message of Jesus Christ, until he’s first met God face to face in the Pillar of Fire. He has no right to call himself a messenger* (\[JBP\] that is, he has no right if he hasn’t seen God face to face)*, ’cause all the theologians in the world couldn’t explain That away from you. It happened to you! You were there, you know about It. Care what anybody else says, or how much they can say, “the days is gone, it isn’t so,” you… it happened to you, and it’s according to the Word.**185* *Yes, that’s the reason Moses knew this Voice had spoke to him, was a Word Voice. He knowed that God had told Abraham, “Your seed shall sojourn for four hundred years, but I will deliver them.” And he knowed the four hundred years was up and he was called to do it.*\[JBP\] And he writes there:*\[WSS\] «The Shepherd, the* (Holy Spirit) *H.S.»*. *\[WSS\] «God called Moses according to the promise for that time»*. *«Moses heard the Word Voice»*.\[JBP\] Notice, each messenger has always had an experience with the Lord.\[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] Now, our brother William goes on to say \[**“THE RELATION THAT LIES BETWEEN ONE AGE AND ANOTHER AGE”**\]:\[WSS\] Now, we can see that the messenger is the one who had, who has always had the revelation for his age; he is the one who knows how to do things in that age, how to order the people in that age.They couldn’t come, for example in Paul’s time, the Judaizers couldn’t come to say in Paul’s age, and to the gentiles, to whom Paul had taken the Message to and had established them, they couldn’t go and say: “You have to circumcise yourselves.” Paul said to them: “Circumcision and uncircumcision is nothing. The circumcision that counts is the circumcision of the heart. The circumcision that counts is the new birth, the new creature.”[20](#sdfootnote20sym) In other words, he cast them out.But see, in the church of Galatians, where there was the great conflict, where the Judaizers got involved, who wanted to establish the things of the Dispensation of the Law (circumcision, Sabbath, feast days and so on, and countless other things), Paul told them that this was not so; it was not so for a new dispensation, and for that new age it was not so.Therefore, Paul was the one who had the Scepter in that stretch of the first age. He was the Voice of Christ through whom Christ was identified and speaking with that Voice of Trumpet to the elect of that first age.Blessed were those who remained with Paul among the gentiles; and also among the Hebrews, those who were with Paul arm in arm, they were blessed. Those are the elect of that age.Thus the chosen ones of each age are identified: they are those who stay with the Message of their age; and stay arm in arm with the messenger of their age, they are linked to that messenger. But, what? Those who are living in other nations? Well, someone gave them the Message, and they are connected with the Message of that messenger, and with the revival that Christ is giving through that messenger in each corresponding age. Thus the elect of each age are identified.But those who said: “No, we walk on our own. We do not receive revelation from any person. We ourselves look up in the Bible and the concordance, and the history and everything, and the books of the apostles, and the books of the angel messengers; and we will come to our own conclusion”: those people are not counted as part of that age group; they are counted as from the foolish virgins group; and therefore, counted as the denominational group.\[JBP\] As simple as that. All who are outside the fulfillment of what was prophesied by Reverend William Branham, and also by the messages of our beloved brother William Soto Santiago, and are on their own, are called foolish virgins, that is, denominations.\[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] In the message **“REVELATION, CHAPTER FOUR #2,”****[21](#sdfootnote21sym)** see what it says there:*236* *You remember, recently, the—the papers give in Chicago about four years ago, when the old believer… old unbeliever, rather, used to say that God made a mistake through Solomon when He said, “As a man thinketh in his heart.” Said, “There’s no mental faculties in the heart to think with. How could he think with his heart? He has to… He meant his head.”**237* *If God would have meant his head, He would have said, “his head.”**238* *Like Moses, what if Moses… God would have said, “Moses, take off your shoes, you’re on Holy ground”; he said, “Well, why don’t I just take off my hat, that’s just as good”? He said, “shoes.” He didn’t say, “hat,” he said, “shoes.”**239* *And when He said, “Repent, and be baptized in the Name of Jesus Christ,” He didn’t mean “Father, Son, and Holy Ghost.” He meant just what He said.**240* *When He said, “You* must *be born again,” He didn’t say, “You* ought *to be.”**241* *He said, “These signs shall follow them that believe,” He never said, “*Maybe *they will.”**242* *He says what He means! And He’s God and He can’t take It back. He knows what’s perfect so He makes It that way, and that’s the way He—He intends It to be. And you have to come up to That. Not Him come down to your idea, you got to come up to His Idea. That’s the difference.*\[JBP\] And he draws a Star of David, and he writes:*\[WSS\] «You have to ascend to the Idea of God; and not Him descend to your idea»*.\[JBP\] What many are trying to do: for God to descend to the idea of the person.But we, the chosen ones, are ascending to the Age of God! To what He has told us in His Word. Because there is the fulfillment of what He promised, of what He said.And as He said so, so it must be! It cannot be otherwise.See, but they make in their heart… Look at the Scripture, that Zechariah speaks there, Zechariah 7 is it? That they made their heart like an adamant stone; it says they even covered their ears, I think it is; they were even irreverent: they covered their ears.**Zechariah 7**, **verse 11**, it says:*11* \_But they refused to hearken, and pulled away the shoulder, and stopped their ears, that they should not hear.\_ *12* \_Yea, they made their hearts as an adamant stone, lest they should hear the law, and the words which the Lord of hosts hath sent in his spirit by the former prophets: therefore came a great wrath from the Lord of hosts.\_ \[JBP\] See, God became angry at them. It was the Spirit of Christ, of God, that was in the prophets.\[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] Our brother William goes on to say \[**“THE RELATION THAT LIES BETWEEN ONE AGE AND ANOTHER AGE”**\]:\[WSS\] But the chosen ones who stay with the Word of their age: are counted as the chosen ones of that age with the messenger of that age; therefore, they will not be trying to invent, but they will be following the Message and the way of working for that age given to the messenger of that age.Because in the messenger for each age is sealed the whole Program of God for that age, and he is the one who opens it anointed with the Holy Spirit; not by human wisdom but by the Holy Spirit in him; it opens, and he opens that Program, and carries out that Program corresponding to that age.\[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] On page 76, look there, of the book of ***Quotations***,[22](#sdfootnote22sym) paragraph 652 says: *652 - “**\[65\]* *You’ve got to stay in your calling, where God called you to.**66* *Now, as long as he remained king* (\[JBP\] he is speaking of Saul)*, and he was a blessing to the people, being a king. But when he thought he was a minister, then… he thought, because God had blessed him, he could be anything he wanted to be. But he was a blessing to the people, as a king; but not a blessing, he become a curse upon them as he tried to take the minister’s place. And we have a lot of that. Everybody wants to pack the ball. See?**67* *When you’re playing a ball game, as it’s football season, the thing we want to do, is not everybody try to take the ball away from the man that’s got it. He is trying to guard that man, protect him, let him get through. We’re trying to make a goal. See? \[...\]**\[71\]* *The thing to do is protect this Message, the way It’s going. Stay right with It, and knock everything away from It, if we’re ever going to cross the goal line. \[...\]**\[72\]* *Do everything you can for the Kingdom, but don’t never inject your own ideas.”*\[JBP\] And above he writes: *\[WSS\] «pack the ball / never inject your own ideas»*. *652 -* *“\[72\]* *Just say what the Message says, and keep going on, see, and then maybe you have some influence. But don’t try to preach now until God, you know, calls you. Just stay right with that, your testimony. Because, if you don’t, you’ll get off in the wrong category, and then you’ll mess up everything. That’s it. And it doesn’t please God, at all.”*\[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] Our brother William goes on to say here \[**“THE RELATION THAT LIES BETWEEN ONE AGE AND ANOTHER AGE”**\]:\[WSS\] (...) Now, the messenger in every age is sympathetic to his age, and the ministers of his age and the members of that age; and he has to be watching to protect his age, to protect the Mystical Body of Christ of that age, and to protect the ministers of that age.He will not be fighting with them, but making known to them the truth for their age and the things that must come to pass; and alerting them so that they do not die spiritually. And how would they die? By forming a denomination.Therefore, we all want to meet at the Marriage Supper of the Lamb with eternal bodies; therefore, we have to take care of ourselves as Mystical Body of believers and as ministers, and take care of ourselves in the whole Divine Program, so that our work in the Lord will not be in vain. Because what good is it for us to obtain many successes and not be founded in the Word of God for our time? It would be of no use to us.To be found outside the Word of God for our age and dispensation, walking on our own, is a tragedy for any person and any minister; but walking within the Program of God…, even if sometimes it becomes a little bit difficult to walk in it, but the important thing is to be walking in it. Christ said: “If any man will follow after me (what did he say?), let him take up his cross and follow me.”[23](#sdfootnote23sym)(…) So, we leave the denomination out and walk in our age; and we also leave the things of the denominations and walk in the things corresponding to our time.Now, we have seen the relation between one age and the other age. Those ages are already over; the chosen ones of those ages are over, they are gone.And although of the seventh age or of the breach between the seventh age there are some left, but they are like the disciples of John; but someday God will wake them up. That is why we do not criticize them, we leave them alone; even if they attack us, we pray for them; they are very good people, we love them very much; and we leave them alone, we do not argue with them; and we hope that someday God will call them.They are going to wake up. If John’s disciples started waking up afterwards, then the disciples of the forerunner of the Second Coming of Christ have to wake up; and the Thunders will wake them up, because that is what wakes up human beings.(…) So in the relation between one age and another, we have seen the relation between our age and the past age. And the past age has already died, and now our age remains.\[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] There is a part where he tells us about another climax. We quoted it in one of the Studies, I think it was… I have it marked here, but let’s see another one that goes together with that one, so that you have both together… Look, on **page 77**, **paragraph 668**, it says \[***Quotations***\][24](#sdfootnote24sym): *668 - “**\[288\]* *Day before yesterday morning (...) I had a vision. (...)**290* *And I thought that I was the happiest person I ever seen. I was standing in the sun, s-u-n, and was—and was preaching the Gospel to a large, mammoth congregation.”*\[JBP\] He draws a Pyramid and the ages. And in the Pyramid many rays, and he writes: *\[WSS\] «Sun»*. \[JBP\] And he writes: *\[WSS\] «preaching in the sun: Elijah»*. *668 - “**\[292\]* *…and they were setting in a forest. And streaks of the sun was shining down on them, just here and there, getting It, getting the Word.”*\[JBP\] And I remember when he would tell me: \[WSS\] “Benjie, the Tent has that translucent aspect, that is, the canvas is translucent,” and he would quote to me all those Scriptures; even before the canvas was in place; and he was talking about the river, and he was talking about a forest, with trees. And he says to me: \[WSS\] “All those Scriptures, prophetic portions that Reverend William Branham spoke, will be fulfilled in this end time, all those details.”When he says that \[WMB\] “the river,” that he compares it like when John was baptizing, and he was very upset because they had made it a… they had turned it into something for pigs, and he was telling me: \[WSS\] “Up there are *‘las lechoneras,’**[25](#sdfootnote25sym)* and all that stuff that they pollute by loitering there into the river, and they have polluted that river. Look how all of that is also fulfilled.”[26](#sdfootnote26sym)See, so he says he was standing there talking to a large audience and the sun was shining. So we weren’t completely covered, there is some light coming through. Look how simply God is giving those tips (let’s say)! So it couldn’t be something closed, because then how are the sun rays going to get through? You would have to go outside. *668 - “**\[292\]* *…and they were setting in a forest. And streaks of the sun was shining down on them, just here and there, getting It, getting the Word* (\[JBP\] see? Speaking The Word)*.**293* *And I’m, as usual, always too long…”*\[JBP\] And he writes there below: *\[WSS\] «In the 4th Elijah was reflected the 5th Elijah, 3rd Moses and 3rd Jesus»*. *668 - “**293* *And I’m, as usual, always too long too late, preach too long. And I preached so long, until the congregation become hungry for physical food. And they, some of them, got tired. So they just got up, went out to get them some food, started going out. I said, ‘Don’t. Don’t.’**294* *I had two climaxes I wanted to meet, I wanted to meet, in my sermon. And the Lord had give it to me.”*\[JBP\] And he writes:*\[WSS\] «4th Elijah – The 1st climax in the afternoon»*.5th Elijah – The 2nd climax in the evening»*.\[JBP\] Now look: *668 - “**\[294\]* *I wanted to meet, in my sermon. And the Lord had give it to me. And any preacher knows, when you really know it’s God has give it to you, you just burning to tell the people* (\[JBP\] and he writes): *\[WSS\] «burning**».* (\[JBP\] and he draws a Star of David)*.**295* *And I was just preaching, Charlie, just as hard as I could preach, just laying it on, you know, and say, ‘All these great things, this what God is doing. Look at this. He discerns the thoughts of the heart. What is It? The Word.’ And go like that. And, oh, I wish I could remember what I would say and what my text was. I can’t think of it. See? But I was just preaching away.**296* *And I was watching myself do it. And then when I was standing there, looking, and watching myself preach It.**297* *And I was just preaching, to-who-wouldn’t-have-it. And after a bit, I raised up, you know, and I thought, ‘Glory to God!’ I said, ‘Look at these wonderful things, and this, that!’**298* *Directly, I noticed the people begin to get like they was physically hungry. And so they had enough spiritual, so they started walking away. And some of them \[Brother Branham yawns—Ed.\] started walking away* (\[JBP\] that is, yawning)*. I thought, ‘What’s the matter with everybody?’**299* *And—and I looked, and here some young couples going along, to my side. I thought… I said, ‘Just a minute, friend! Just a minute! You’ll be back again when the evening shadows fall.’ See? I said, ‘You’ll be back again. But let me give you this first climax. Where does all these things come from, that I’ve showed you? Where are they from?’ I said, ‘Here they are. They are in the Word of God. They are THUS SAITH THE LORD, His promise. Cause,’ I said, ‘all of you bear me record, witness this, that my commission is, ‘Stay with the Word.’ I said, ‘What’s the matter with all of you? Can’t you understand the Word? You must understand It.’”*\[JBP\] And there he draws a Star of David. And he writes: *\[WSS\] «You have to understand the Word»*. And he draws another Star of David *here*.\[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] Now let’s turn for a moment to **page 7-B**. See, it says, **paragraph 72** \[***Quotations***\][27](#sdfootnote27sym): *72 - “**\[29\]* *I had a vision not long ago, a few weeks ago, that I was preaching from the sun, and I had a great audience. And it will come to pass.”*\[JBP\] Now, I want to read this part so I don’t go forward here, and go along with it, because this is the same story. But here are some things that he sheds more light on. Look: *72 - “**\[29\]* *And I was preaching, and my audience was a—a—a cathedral in the forest. And the sun that I was standing in was shining down on many places. I had two climaxes to make* *\[WSS\] «4th Elijah and 5th Elijah»**, and I was showing them about Divine healing, about visions, and how that God had promised, and everything. And they was rejoicing.”*\[JBP\] Are you not rejoicing this morning? Glory to God!Look, and he writes there:*\[WSS\] «The two climaxes of Elijah.**The Tent in the forest and the sun».* *72 - “**30* *But then, when I got down to make my first climax* *\[WSS\] «4th Elijah»* *was to tell them that all these things was the Word.”*\[JBP\] Now, he writes down here, on page 7-B, he writes:*\[WSS\] «The evening Sun — Elijah.**The morning Sun — Moses and Elijah, the 2nd Coming»*.\[JBP\] And there he had told us that the second climax of Elijah was in the evening. In other words, there were three climaxes: one in the afternoon, one in the evening, and one in the morning. And already in the morning he places Elijah with Moses.\[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] Page 8-B, continues \[***Quotations***\]: *72 - “**\[30\]* *And when I got to say that, everybody got hungry. I do preach awful long. But they got hungry, wanted to go get something to eat, and they started going away.**31* *I said, ‘Wait a minute. You haven’t heard. See, I want to tell you where it comes from. It’s the Word, the Word.’ And when I started to say it, talk it back about the Word, and how it was done by the Word, everybody left. Well, that’s the way it’s happened. Hmm. When I stand there, the Scriptures come to me, in the vision setting in a chair, about nine o’clock one morning at my home.**32* *And then, you know, our Lord, when He was, His young ministry, when He was healing the sick and everything, that young Rabbi from Galilee, He was a great fellow. But one day He begin to get down on the Word. And when He got on the Word, the people walked away. The seventy left Him. And then He turned and said to the twelve, ‘Will you go also?’ Hmm?**33* *And then I happened to think in my vision, ‘Yes, that’s right. See, I got another climax* *\[WSS\] «5th Elijah»**, a great climax I’ve got to make. See? But the sun’s shining bright now* *\[WSS\] «4th Elijah»**. But the evening shadows will be falling after while. They’ll all be coming back again. Then I’ll make this other climax* *\[WSS\] «5th Elijah»**.’ I raised up my hand, said, ‘Glory to God. I won’t have to study no more, because my commission in the beginning was stay with the Word, and I’ll stay with that. And then when I start again* *\[WSS\] «5th Elijah»**, I’ll just background what I’ve said, and then wait for this climax.’ And I thought, ‘I mustn’t forget it.’ And I come out of the vision. I don’t know what—what text I had. But there’s another climax coming, um-hum, just as sure.”* *\[WSS\] «In Moses and Elijah**».*\[JBP\] And also here he writes above on the side: *\[WSS\] «I will ride one more time»*. And he also writes there: *\[WSS\] «Another climax is coming. The sun goes down and night comes*\_».\_ \[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] Now look in the message… Is that… Let’s see in the message **“THE REPROACH FOR THE CAUSE OF THE WORD,”****[28](#sdfootnote28sym)** on page 11, see what it says there:*173* *So is it today. You separate yourself from everything but you and God. It’s not what the church does. It’s what you do with God. See? It’s you, as an individual. Yes.**174* *But look what God gave him. When Jesus Himself come, Zacharias was gone, Elisabeth, too. But when their son came in the wilderness, with THUS SAITH THE LORD, Jesus said, “There never was a man born of a woman as great as he is.” Amen. What? She suffered the reproach of barrenness. She stayed on the Word, and delivered such a son.**175* *Like Sarah of old, like Abraham of old, the old couples held onto It. Look, most that was ever born, “like the sands of the sea,” there’s not a race of people in the world as many as the Jews. “Like the sands of the seas or the stars of the sky.” What had happened? It happened in the minority, one child.**176* *Now you see where I’m going. One child, that’s all it took. It took one child to shake the nations and point to the Messiah. Took one, obedient. That’s right. God just needs one man. That’s all He needs, somewhere He can have a voice. That’s all He wants, to get one man in His control. Oh, how He loves to get one man!*\[JBP\] And he writes: *\[WSS\] «Tent Vision*\_».\_ *177* *He got a Noah, one time. He got a—He got a Moses, one time. He got a—a Jeremiah. He got a—a Elijah. He got an Elisha. He got a John. He—He gets…He got a Samson. As long as He can get one man in His control, that’s His Voice. He can speak through it. He can condemn the world. Oh, my!**178* *How He hungers and climbs, to get a man in His control, “That I can speak through him. I can let My Voice be known* (\[JBP\] and he writes): *\[WSS\] «the little room»**. Though he’ll stand a reproach, but I’ll make My Voice known.” See? Oh, yes.*\[JBP\] Look at how he places there the **Tent Vision** and the **little wooden room**.\[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] Now, in the message **“SHALOM,”****[29](#sdfootnote29sym)** look… page 25, it says… This one was preached on January 19, ‘64 (the other one I think was on January 12, but this one is of the 19th). Says:*143* *How would you know what’s right? The manifestation of the spoken Word of God being made manifest, Light of the hour* (\[JBP\] and he draws a Pyramid and the ages; and rays on the Pyramid; and an arrow towards the Age of the Cornerstone)*. Certainly. There is what the evidence of the Holy Spirit is, believing the Word of God when It’s manifested. He was the Word, manifested. And some of them denied It, laughed at It, made fun of Him and called Him a—a fortuneteller, some evil spirit; there is evidence, speaking in tongues, there is evidence of the fruits. The only evidence there is, is when man believe the written Word. When It’s vindicated, walk in the Light of It. Jesus was the Light of the hour because He was the promised Word of the hour, and tried to tell them so, but they were too—too much in darkness to understand It. So is it, today, now.*\[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] Now, it goes on to say here, on page 78, of that **paragraph 668**, it says \[***Quotations***\][30](#sdfootnote30sym): *668 - “**300* *And some of them said, ‘Man, I’d like to have some biscuits,’ and so like that.**301* *Well, I just thought, ‘Well, glory to God! If they want biscuits, let them go get them.’**302* *So I—I turned around. I thought, ‘Oh, but, you know what? The shadows is going to fall, after while, right away.’ I said, ‘Then, tonight, when that congregation gathers in again, I’ll put the climax to them, and told them that the things that they have seen me do is found in the Word of God, not in some mythical book or some organization. It’s found in the Word. See? Every bit of it, in the Word, ’cause I’m commissioned to That* (\[JBP\] he draws a Star of David)*.’**303* *I thought, ‘You know, they’ll, every one, be back tonight, so here is what I’ll do. I’ll background, kind of background.’ You know the way I do it on these church ages and things, say what I said before. ‘I’ll background it, on the Word, and then this great, marvelous climax.’ I said, ‘What a time it’ll be! Praise be to God!’ And I seen myself getting real little, and heard that, ‘Praise be to God.’ I seen myself fading up like that* (\[JBP\] there he draws a Star of David) *And here I was, standing there.**304* *Now, here is the interpretation thereof. See? The first thing that I have done, the things that’s been done, has been mystical to the people, most of them. I don’t mean the Full Gospel and saints of God, but, I mean, in most the people. \[...\]**309* *And this first Message, when they’d see It, everybody rallied for It, said, ‘Oh, glory to God! Oh, if I could see this, that, and the other.’ And they go right away, the same way they come in. See?**\[310\]* *Brethren set down and say, ‘Well, what would I do if I…?’ See there? They won’t stop long enough to recognize It’s the Word that God promised, being manifested. See? And they walked away.**311* *But, don’t worry, the shadows are close at hand, see, when I return to the field.**312* *You remember, the other night, of the Message that He give me back there when I was laying the cornerstone? Just exactly. Said, ‘Do the work…’ Said, ‘When you come out of this vision, read Second Timothy 4.’ \[...\]**314* *But, remember, then, the other night, when I never did read the rest of it. The thirty-something years that I’ve preached in this tabernacle, never one time did I ever go any farther than that, and I don’t know why.**315* *I often wonder, till, one day, I seen where Jesus picked up the Scroll and begin to read, and read half of the prophecy, and stopped, and said, there in Capernaum, He said, ‘And this day, this prophecy is fulfilled.’ Why didn’t He read the rest of it? It pertains to His second Coming.**\[316\]* *Paul said, ‘I… All men has turned against me. There’s no man with me. Demas has forsaken me; loving this present world. \[...\]**319* *But, Paul, poor little Paul. What was it? God always let’s a ministry get like that, and then crowns it. \[...\]**321* ***It always gets that spot where it seems like it’s real, real weak, just about gone, then God crowns it.******[31](#sdfootnote31sym)*** *O Lord, let it happen. Let it happen, Lord.”*\[JBP\] And there he writes: *\[WSS\] «When the ministry comes to seem weak, then God crowns»*. And here he also writes below: *\[WSS\] «the crowning of a weak ministry»*. \[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] Our brother William continues to say here \[**“THE RELATION THAT LIES BETWEEN ONE AGE AND ANOTHER AGE”**\]:\[WSS\] As in the races of stretches: when a runner finishes his stretch, that stretch is over, it has already died; the one that is alive is the stage that is in effect in which the runner is carrying out his race.And now, the other stretches of the seven ages have finished, and the stretch that is in effect is the stretch of the Age of the Cornerstone.And now, the Holy Spirit in the Messenger runs through each one of those stretches. And now, for the Last Day, the Holy Spirit will be with the Scepter, His Word, in the Messenger of the Last Day. And since in each messenger is represented each minister of each age and the elect of each age, the Mystical Body of Christ of each age: in the final stretch the elect of the Last Day are represented in the messenger of the Last Day, who will be running that final stretch; and therefore, everyone will be running that final stretch represented in the messenger.\[JBP\] Where are the chosen ones who are running that stretch with the messenger of the Last Day?Here we are!We are all running that final stretch, the stretch that will take us to our heavenly Father’s House, to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb.It has been a great privilege for me to be able to speak these words under this topic: **“SEEING GOD FACE TO FACE.”**And there we saw how our brother William showed us, in this message, how it has been from age to age and from dispensation to dispensation; and we have seen it in the messages of brother Branham, and in the writings of our brother William, how he showed us how to see God face to face.And today we are seeing Him. Because to see the manifestation of God in every age through the messenger was to see God face to face.And if we have to go on there…, because the Bible says that no one has ever seen God.[32](#sdfootnote32sym) But it is God in His theophanic body manifested, the Angel of the Covenant, in Holy Spirit in the midst of human beings in every age and in every dispensation.And to be able to see Him is because we are looking behind the veil.Whoever looked behind the veil before: was dead; now whoever is outside of there: it is death (we read it).Thank God that we are inside the Most Holy Place. Therefore, automatically: We will not see death. We will be transformed. It is a promise, and He is going to fulfill it.You keep, as He said in an excerpt: \[WMB\] “Keep pressing on, pressing on,”[33](#sdfootnote33sym) believing that promise; that God is not going to let us down. He is going to transform us! And He is going to give us that eternal, glorified body; and we are going to share a few days here on Earth, 30 to 40 days, when they come.But something very glorious will come first, which we have to be prepared to receive it.Everything is being fulfilled in a simple way; and we are well, but well ahead in the Divine Program.Well, we leave our beloved brother, Reverend William Perez, so that he may finish the part with a song; and then be dismissed in prayer, grateful to Him for so much Word, so much Manna that He had reserved for us in this end time; and in a simple way.
