And to stand against that part of the Scripture that is being fulfilled is to stand against God. Not to believe what is being fulfilled according to Bible prophecy, is unbelief; and God is not pleased with unbelievers. \*\*THE SPIRIT OF GOD MOVING FOR A RESURRECTION \*\* \_Dr. William Soto Santiago \_ \_Sunday, February 24, 1991 \_ \_(Second activity) \_ \_Medellin, Colombia\_ In Puerto Rico, the Caribbean and Latin America, a new generation with eternal life will be born, will be resurrected. And for that the Spirit of God is in Latin America carrying out all the steps for the resurrection and creation of a New Creation in the image and likeness of the Lord Jesus Christ. (...) And Latin America with the Caribbean will be the Bethlehem of the end of the world. And it will be said: “They are born in Bethlehem updated —every child of God—, in the image and likeness of the Lord Jesus Christ, with eternal life!” \[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] In the message **“WHY LITTLE BETHLEHEM?”**^{**[¹](#sdfootnote1sym)**} there he tells us, a little part there, on page 4: *“*^*\[9\]**We Have Seen His Star In The East And Have Come To Worship Him.”*\[JBP\] And on the side he writes: *\[WSS\] «Yesterday: Israel.**Today: West, America, the Angel with the 7th Seal».*And he continues saying \[Bible study\]:Oh, little Bethlehem! Oh, little Latin America! But in you will be born the sons and daughters of God in eternal bodies; a generation will be resurrected with eternal life: the elect of God. We are living in the updated Bethlehem; and soon we will see that this shadow that the Spirit of God has made, to beget or create by divine creation in the His Bride’s womb, the Bride of the Lamb, we will see that it has been multiplying cell upon cell, Word upon Word, for years; and that Word has been becoming flesh in our flesh, Word upon Word, cell upon cell, creative Word, for the creation of that body of believers of that new generation with eternal life, and also for the new body that we are to obtain in this end time, in the birth in an eternal body of each child of God. \[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] There is a part in the Scripture that..., where he speaks in Exodus, and he writes something there that we can place it there, so that it remains in this study. Because brother William writes something there, that “that eternal body,” but let’s read it in the book of **Exodus**, **chapter 34**. It says:^*28* \_And he was there with the Lord forty days and forty nights; he did neither eat bread, nor drink water. And he wrote upon the tables the words of the covenant, the ten commandments.\_ ^*29* \_And it came to pass, when Moses came down from mount Sinai with the two tables of testimony in Moses’ hand, when he came down from the mount, that Moses wist not that the skin of his face shone while he talked with him.\_ ^*30* \_And when Aaron and all the children of Israel saw Moses, behold, the skin of his face shone; and they were afraid to come nigh him.\_ \[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] And he writes next to it: *\[WSS\] «Twice he ascends and descends Mount Sinai / Moses - 1st coming of Moses, 2nd coming of Moses».*And he then writes in between: *\[WSS\] «the transformation»**.* And the Scriptures that are placed there: *\[WSS\] «Revelation 11:3-7, 7:2»**.*And here beside it says: *\[WSS\] «Type of the transformation in the Last Day. The face of Moses shines»*\_.\_ And up here, look at how he writes there. Let’s read the Scripture part. That same chapter 34, verse 33, goes on to say:^*33* \_And till Moses had done speaking with them, he put a vail on his face.\_ ^*34* \_But when Moses went in before the Lord to speak with him, he took the vail off, until he came out. And he came out, and spake unto the children of Israel that which he was commanded.\_ ^*35* \_And the children of Israel saw the face of Moses, that the skin of Moses’ face shone: and Moses put the vail upon his face again, until he went in to speak with him.\_ \[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] And he writes: *\[WSS\] «The face of Moses»**.*But above he writes something there, he says: *\[WSS\] «Christ are His face as the sun will give them the New Covenant, He will confirm it to the Hebrew people through His Angel in a glorified body»**.*See? Already, it is in an eternal body, He will confirm that Covenant in a glorified body. That is already adoption.It goes on to say here... in \[Repeats the last part of the last paragraph –Ed\]:…creative Word, for the creation of that body of believers of that new generation with eternal life, and also for the new body that we are to obtain in this end time, in the birth in an eternal body of each child of God. \*\*WALKING ON THE WATERS WITH JESUS \*\* \_Dr. William Soto Santiago \_ \_Thursday, May 25, 2000 \_ \_Panama City, Panama\_ What identifies that end of the world of which Christ spoke, is the Coming of the Angels of the Son of Man, which are the ministries of the Two Olive Trees, the ministries of Moses and Elijah, being manifested, being operated, by the Holy Spirit in the Angel Messenger of Jesus Christ; which is sent to His Church, to the Church of Jesus Christ, to give testimony of all these things that must happen soon. And although the world may not know or understand these things; to the Church of Jesus Christ, Jesus Christ sends His Angel Messenger. It is in the Church of Jesus Christ, in the Mystical Body of Christ, where all these things will be revealed, made known, by the Angel of the Lord Jesus Christ. And now, we can see this mystery of how to know all these things that must happen soon. Perhaps some people will say: “I have my religion; and I have the minister of my religion, to whom I listen.” That is very good. Others may say: “I listen to the preacher so-and-so or theologian so-and-so.” That is all very good. But Jesus Christ says: \_“I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches.”\_ \[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] And in the message **“WHAT SHALL I DO WITH JESUS, CALLED THE CHRIST?”**^{**[²](#sdfootnote2sym)**} it says page 38 (let’s read from the top): *“*^*146* *A Message approved of God among you, by signs and wonders of the hour* (\[JBP\] And above he writes): *\[WSS\] «A Message approved by God. The 8 angels»**. A Message that Jesus Christ is not dead, but living just the same as He ever was, and sending forth. And it exactly fulfills Malachi 4 and all the other Scriptures that Jesus said would be in the last days, is totally fulfilled, both scientifically, by the world. And the magazines packed big pictures of circles of Light, that was predicted here. The Angels of God, which has come down, that they know nothing about. And all over, everywhere, it’s proven, world-over!*^*147* *Next is crucifixion, and we’re facing it.”*\[JBP\] Next to it he writes: *\[WSS\] «Next= crucifixion»**.*He continues to say \[Bible study\]:And whoever wants to hear these things that must happen soon, well, he has the promise and the blessing that Jesus says He sends His Angel Messenger. Now, what do you want to hear and what do you want to know? If you want to know the things that must happen soon, then listen to what Jesus Christ says: \_“I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches.”\_ \[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] And remember that the Message and the messenger are the same.^{[³](#sdfootnote3sym)} \*\*THE BEGINNING AND END OF \*\*\*\*THE SEVENTH SEAL \*\* \_Dr. William Soto Santiago \_ \_Tuesday, March 3, 1998 \_ \_(Second activity) \_ \_Quintero, Chile\_ God said through the messenger of the seventh age of the gentile Church, Reverend William Branham, that if we don’t watch, His Coming will bypass us. Page 472 of the book of \_The Seals\_ in Spanish, it says:^{[⁴](#sdfootnote4sym)}\_“\_^*\[304\]*\_Notice now, for the end-of-time Message, this Seal\_ (that is, the Seventh Seal)\_. After all, He—He has revealed all the six Seals, but He don’t say nothing about the Seventh. And the end-time Seal, when It starts, will be absolutely a total secret, according to the Bible…”\_ When what begins? The end-time Seal, that is, the Seventh Seal; and the Seventh Seal is His Coming. It is the Coming of the Mighty Angel descending from Heaven and the white horse Rider of Revelation 19. \_“...before knowing That. And remember, Revelation 10:1-7, 1 to 7, chapter 10:1 to 7, “At the end of the seventh angel’s Message, all the mysteries of God would be known.” We’re at the end time, the opening of the Seventh Seal.\_ ^*305* \_Now, how did I know? The other day, last Sunday, a week ago today, when I was preaching on “Be humble! Be humble! Remember, God deals in little things.” I didn’t realize what it really was talking about. And now I see it. It is in such a humble way! You would think that something like that would be revealed to the Vatican or…But It comes just like John the Baptist. It comes like the birth of our Lord, in a stable. Glory to God! So help me, the hour is at hand! Amen! We’re here. Oh, my!\_ ^*306* \_Now do you see it, the Truth of God’s vision, the seven Angels bringing me from the west? They were coming from the west,\_ (\[JBP\] And he would be eight) \_coming back east, bringing here for this Message tonight. \[Brother Branham knocks on pulpit two times—Ed.\] Oh, my!\_ ^*307* \_Now, the Voice of that great thunder, and the mission that was brought here, has been revealed, that It…and proven that It was of God. Just think now. I knew not these Seals, and they been revealed this week. Did anybody think of that, of those seven Angels being This, being the Message that was coming forth, them Angels bringing me back here for That? See?\_ ^*308* \_Remember, the seventh Messenger was…The seven Messengers was…The noted One to me, the seventh Angel, It seemed more to me than any. Now, see, they were standing like this. Now, we just want you to notice. And I was standing here, and I was watching those other…”\_ \[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] See? There he places them, they were standing like this in the shape of a pyramid, the 7, and he was standing *here*, that is, there were 7, and him, 8.And there he says: “I saw it differently”... I have to look with a little magnifying glass there, let’s see. I remembered that he wrote it there on page 469 \[page 558 in Eng.\] (later we will put that little part there). I think I saw *\[WSS\] «different»**.* See if you can figure it out, that little part there.We’re in this Bible study, so... in this Word talk. See if they... there they put it, because he writes on the side there *\[WSS\] «different»,* a… he writes a ‘C’, ‘H’, ‘O’ – ‘E’ (or something there)..., but he was referring to that Angel that was different from the rest.In the other book also, surely, he could have written something there next to it, see? “I saw it” or “I believe”... there we see how… In the other one it must have been written, maybe more clearly, in the other book; surely in that little part he must have written it too.He goes on saying \[Bible study\]:Now, you see this mystery, which was shown in heaven, for the things that God will do on Earth He shows in heaven. The sign of the Son of Man in heaven is the sign of the Coming of the Son of Man to Earth; and that sign was seen on February 28, 1963 in heaven, for Christ to be fulfilling on Earth His Coming according to the prophecies of His Coming relevant to this end time; and thus to begin the Seventh Seal being fulfilled on Earth, and to carry out the Work of the Seventh Seal, the Work of His Coming as the Lion of the tribe of Judah, as King of kings and Lord of lords, and also as Judge of all the Earth; to carry out His Work from beginning to end. (\[JBP\] See? Beginning and end of the Seventh Seal). \*\*“THE BEGINNING AND END OF THE SEVENTH SEAL.”\*\* That is the beginning and end of His Second Coming, where He would be making known to us through His Angel Messenger all these things that must happen soon, in this end time. \*\*“THE BEGINNING AND END OF THE SEVENTH SEAL.”\*\* \[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] That is there, on page 465 \[page 554 in Eng.\] of ***The Seals***, that he compares it to a rocket that is launched, five stars come out, one of them explodes, five more stars come out, and so it vanishes: *“*^*235* *That’s, what, the Seventh Seal. It just ends the time for the world. It ends the time for this. It ends the time for that. It ends the time for this. It ends the time. Everything just ended up on that Seventh Seal.*^*236* *Now, how is He going to do it? That’s what we don’t know. Isn’t it? We don’t know.*^*237* *It’s even the time for all these things, and the ushering in of the Millennium.”*\[Continues reading study\]:That is the beginning and the end of the Coming of the Mighty Angel that descends from Heaven, and also the white horse Rider of Revelation 19, which is the same person, it is the same Jesus Christ, the same Angel of the Covenant coming veiled in human flesh in this end time. \[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] There is an annotation that he wrote there on one occasion, and it says:*\[WSS\] «He came in a cloud to the temple or tabernacle that Moses built and Solomon built and dedicated.**And now we saw that He came in the form of a dove to His human Temple Jesus, when John B. baptized Him and said: “This is My beloved Son…”**And also on Mount Transfiguration God came in a cloud and spoke: “This is my beloved Son… Hear ye Him.”*(\[JBP\] And he writes those Scriptures)* Matt. 17:1-7, Luke 9:26-35, Mark 13:1».**\[WSS\] «And for the Last Day He has promised that He will come in a cloud of glory (theophany)...».*\[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] See? The Scripture that we read from the Gospel according to John, chapter 17 \[verse 22\], where he writes there, next to *“The glory,”* he writes there: *\[WSS\] «theophany»*^{*[⁵](#sdfootnote5sym)*}; and there he goes back and makes that parenthesis.*\[WSS\] «...to His Church, to His spiritual Temple, at the dedication of that Temple which He has been building, and which finished its construction on the Last Day, and is dedicated to God.**He comes and enters His Temple in that Cloud, the Pillar of Fire…».*This part here, now reading it again, I hadn’t grasped it; and maybe you saw it now too:*\[WSS\] «...in the dedication of that Temple that He has been building, and which finished its construction on the Last Day, and is dedicated to God».*What is missing is for us to be ready, to be prepared for what? Look at what is coming next:*\[WSS\] «He comes and enters His Temple in that Cloud, the Pillar of Fire…».*Where did we see the Pillar of Fire descend? In the Vision that was shown to Reverend William Branham, that Pillar of Fire descended to the little wooden room; in other words, the Church was ready there, the Church was ready; because she has to be ready for the Pillar of Fire to descend.*\[WSS\] «He comes and enters His Temple in that Cloud, the Pillar of Fire, to dwell in the Most Holy Place in the midst of the Two Olive Trees».*And he continues here, to finish up \[Bible study\]:And that will be the Word incarnated in a man of this end time, who is the Angel of the Lord Jesus Christ sent to bear witness of these things in the Churches; and he is also the prophet messenger of the Dispensation of the Kingdom and prophet messenger of the Age of the Cornerstone, and prophet messenger for the Hebrew people, where the ministries of Moses for the second time, of Elijah for the fifth time and of Jesus for the second time, in the Coming of the Son of Man with His Angels, will be manifested. \[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] And there in the Bible we read that it will be in a glorified body.\* \* \*
