It took me by surprise, because today I was talking with brother Miguel about…, possibly one Saturday a month… It could be next Saturday, that falls on April 2nd, that we could… he had told me about recording it, recording it in the morning with the people that can meet here; and then he, we would be connected also during the day, watching the activity that he always has on Saturdays, which (as he was telling us) is an activity that all Latin America, Spain, Africa, and in many places are connected, and it is an activity that has been a great blessing and help and spiritual growth.And I told him that I didn’t want to interfere with that activity, on the contrary: I wanted to give him all the time he always has that day. And while talking with him during the week we had agreed that I would record the words here, and then he would play them at the time he saw fit; because sometimes (as it is live there) it can be in the morning, it can be after noon, after the break…, it can be that way. Afterwards, I will talk with you, brother Miguel, and we will see how it is more convenient and more beneficial for the Lord’s Church; because what we all seek is the benefit of the people.So, if we see that tomorrow we can then —as always— give a little greeting, after the activity is over; and next Saturday, as you had recommended me that the first Saturday of each month we can have some intervention here from Puerto Rico; but we can record it, as you recommended me, that we record it and then send it to you; and then you are more relaxed and you can place it during the day in that activity, where all Latin America is connected.We will come together in agreement between tonight and tomorrow, brother Miguel; but I think that as you had indicated to me during the week it is very good to do it. **TITLE: THE MYSTERY OF THE FAITHFUL VOICE OF JESUS CHRIST IN HUMAN FLESH** *Dr. William Soto Santiago Tuesday, August 12, 1997 (Third activity) Gomez Farias, Tamaulipas, Mexico* \*\*Scripture: Hebrews 1:1-2\*\* \*\*THE SEVEN DIVINE CYCLES \*\* \_Dr. William Soto Santiago \_ \_Sunday, September 12, 1982 \_ \_Santa Cruz, Bolivia\_ And so it happens to many children of God: They hear the Voice of God, they hear the Message of God, and they say: “It is not Him, it can’t be”; but sooner or later, when it becomes clear to him, when it becomes clear, when it dawns for him, then he will say: “But it was the Voice of the Lord, the Message of the Lord! And I said it wasn’t! But now I know it was Him, I know it was the Voice of the Lord, I know it was what I was waiting for; and I was rejecting it.” The same thing happened to Saul of Tarsus; so you are not the first one to have that happen to you. The same thing happened to Saul of Tarsus: he persecuted the Way of God; but in the long run he came to discover that he was persecuting the Way of God, and then he entered the Way he was pursuing. And he said: “The Way they call heresy”... he also called it “heresy,” but then he discovered that it was the Way of God. “And according to that Way (he said), according to that Way I serve the God of my fathers.”[1](#sdfootnote1sym)So we have to understand all these things; lest a year, two years have passed, and then the person comes, and then comes with doubts, saying: “But I believe that I am not a child of God, because I rejected the Message, the Word, in the previous years.” Look, he was always a child of God, what happened is that he hadn’t understood; and until one understands, he can’t act. And you can’t coerce[2](#sdfootnote2sym) the Word, the things of God, but people have free will; and free will is given to them, it is given to them to choose if they want or do not want to receive the Word of God. \[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] In the message **“PROVING HIS WORD,”****[3](#sdfootnote3sym)** preached on August 16, 1964, it says, on page 15 he says: *“**64* *Now, there is also an old proverb that says, ‘Prove it, and I’ll believe it.’ Now, they got one of our state, one of our states in the nation, they have a slogan, ‘I’m from Missouri, show me.’ See, in other words, ‘Prove it to me, I’m from Missouri.’ But this doesn’t work always, because God has, in every age, fulfilled and proved the work that He has set out for that age, and spoke it in His Word. And every time that God’s Word has been proven in the age, the majority has turned It down. So, ‘Prove it, and I’ll believe it,’ is not so.”*And back there he writes: *\[WSS\] «‘seeing is believing’ and ‘prove it and I’ll believe it’: that doesn’t work»*.\[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] And on page 16, it says:*67* *Now we see another one, then you, no doubt, have heard them say, ‘Seeing is believing.’ That’s another old proverb we have here, but that doesn’t work either. It doesn’t work, ’cause man can sit and look right straight at anything and they’ll not see it. The word ‘see,’ the English word ‘see’ has so many different meanings to it. Sea might mean ‘a body of water.’ And see might mean ‘to understand.’ See might mean ‘to look at it.’ And, oh, there’s just all kinds of words you can use. But when you say, ‘seeing is believing,’ you’re mistaken.**68* *When you understand it, you believe it.”*And he continues saying here… He goes on:Our job is to preach, to make known the Word of God, and to wait for God to work with each person there in his heart; sooner or later, the one who is of God will hear the Voice of God and follow it. So some come first, and others come later. The one who comes first, well, he has the opportunity to be aware of everything that has come from the beginning; but the one who comes later, has a lot of food stored up to eat a lot of food at the same time; but he has to take it with understanding, lest he gets indigestion, as we say, it is going to be harmful to him; lest you get a little legalistic or fanatic, and they try to attack other people’s things too, no; if you had to wait so long, also understand that the other people, until they understand, until they see, they can’t receive anything. What good is it to a person who says: “I am going to receive that, but I don’t understand anything or believe anything”? What good is it to him? It is of no use to him; he is a hypocrite; because if he neither believes nor understands anything, then what is he going to receive? He is not receiving anything. He only comes, he only is, he only attends, but he is nothing yet; until that seed of a child of God awakens in him. Until he awakens as a child of God to the reality and to God’s Plan, to God’s cycle for the time in which he is living, even then he is still asleep. \*\*THE NEW PRIESTLY ORDER \*\* \_Dr. William Soto Santiago \_ \_Saturday, June 28, 1997 \_ \_Cali, Colombia\_ You see, just as many nations have the official religion of the State, look now: The Government of Jesus Christ, the Kingdom of Jesus Christ, will have the official religion, and will have the official Message, which is the Message of the Gospel of the Kingdom. So everything there will be official, in the Kingdom of God; and outside of that there will be no other religions, there will be no other ways of believing; only the one established by God in the Millennial Kingdom and then for all eternity. The whole Earth and all human beings will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord, will be filled with the knowledge of the Second Coming of Christ. And when they are filled with that knowledge, why do they want other religions?, and why do they want wrong ways of believing? For nothing. So there will only be one way of believing in God. The religious superstitions of all those pagan religions will disappear, all erroneous beliefs will disappear; and it will only be believed according to the Message of the Gospel of the Kingdom; and it will be established —in that glorious Millennial Kingdom— the correct way of believing and serving God during the Millennial Kingdom, and then for all eternity. (...) Well, we are going to see, when we are in the Millennial Kingdom, how the Millennial Kingdom will be full of Latin American and Caribbean people; and we are going to see how Spanish will be spoken in the four corners of planet Earth. It is not even necessary to try to impose the language: everybody will want to learn Spanish. \[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] And that is what brother Branham says. Brother William has quoted us this Scripture in the book of ***The Seals:*** on page 474 \[page 565 in Eng.\] it says: *“**322* *Now notice. So help me, by God, I tell the Truth, that These are spiritually discerned to me, discerned by the Holy Spirit. And, by every one of Them, has identified Its place in the Bible.**323* *Now, what this great secret is that lays beneath this Seal, I do not know. I don’t know it. I couldn’t make it out. I couldn’t tell It, just what It—just what It said, but I know that It was them Seven Thunders uttering themselves right close together, just banging seven different times. And It unfolded* *(\[WSS\] «3rd dispensation»)* *into something else* *(\[WSS\] «Israel»)* *that I seen. Then, when I seen That, I looked for the interpretation. It flew across there, and I couldn’t make It out. That’s exactly right. See? The hour isn’t quite yet for It* *(\[WSS\] «the zero hour»)**.**324* \_But, It’s moving into that cycle\_ *(\[WSS\]«3rd dispensation»)*\_, see. It’s coming up close. So, the thing for you to do is to remember that I speak to you in the Name of the Lord. Be prepared, for you don’t know what time\_ *(\[WSS\] «zero hour»)* \_something can happen.\_ *\[WSS\] «in another language».* (And on the side there, he writes: *\[WSS\] «in another language speaks the 7th Seal»*)*.”*\[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] And on page 471 \[page 562 in Eng.\] he says (at the bottom of that page): *“**\[299\]* *And in Sabino Canyon, He said, ‘This is the Third Pull.’**300* *And there’s three great things that goes with It. And one unfolded today, or, yesterday; the other one unfolded today; and there’s one thing that I cannot interpret, because it’s in an unknown language. But I stand right there and looked right straight at It. And this is the Third Pull coming up. \[Brother Branham knocks on the pulpit three times—Ed.\] And the Holy Spirit of God… Oh, my!**That’s the reason all Heaven was silent.”*And he also writes there: *\[WSS\] «The Third Pull in an unknown language».*\[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] There is a place in this book (or maybe in the other one) where he says that… he writes next to it *\[WSS\] «Spanish»*. Later on when he… I was looking for it but it may be in the other book.And here is a notebook that he wrote, from the Voice of the Scripture, and he says:\[*WSS*\] *«The Voice of Scripture:**In print: The Bible, and the books of WMB, and of the Angel of Jesus, in the Gospel of Grace and in the Gospel of the Kingdom.**It is the voice, the message of the Scripture for the human being.**In the Message: in Noah, in Abraham, in Moses, in the prophets, in Jesus, apostles, in the angel messengers, and today in His Angel, the Word made flesh.**In the different ages or stages of the Church.**In His Church.**In its fulfillment.**In the members of the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ».*\[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] And also in another writing. These writings are of great blessing, because there is a lot of revelation in terms of understanding in this simple way that he wrote. For example, here he gives the example when a person is watching a movie. He says:*\[WSS\] «It’s like a movie, which you’re watching; but if it doesn’t have audio and you can’t understand what you’re watching about, you can be watching a movie all night long, and if it doesn’t have audio...».*\[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] Do you see that it is the Voice, how important is the Voice? That is why the audio is very important; because in the book of **Quotations** there is a part… and then the brothers when… I think we talked in these days about that (I don’t know if it was brother Miguel or in some study is or in some excerpt) that brother William makes reference that brother Miguel knew that there (it seems to me that they were talking that day)..., and brother William says: \[WSS\] “It seems like Miguel knows something, that there is something to do with the audio,” because there, in the Tent Vision, he says that you couldn’t see: number one: how everything was happening; but he says that: “My Voice will come out (something like that) through the speakers.” See? That the audio has to be correctly placed in all places, because it is something very, very important. And here he is telling us: “You can be watching the movie, you can be watching everything; but if there is no audio, you will not understand.” Look how he puts it here, something very beautiful, he says:*\[WSS\] «…but if you don’t have audio and you can’t understand what you are watching, you can be watching a movie all night long, and if you don’t have audio: you don’t understand what you saw. And so we can be watching*(and he writes)*: \[the screenplay\] the biblical prophecies and their fulfillment *(and he writes above)*: \[the movie\], and if you don’t hear the Message *(and he writes above)*: \[the audio\] that accompanies it, you won’t understand anything».*\[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] See? And that is very important; that is why above he writes: *«The blessing of reading, seeing and hearing»*\_.\_ And I also wanted to share with you this other one, which is…, because in the Message (in almost all or most of them) he speaks of the trajectory of God through His Church, in the midst of His Church, the Church, in the Dispensation of Grace, the places where the Angel of the Covenant was manifested through His messenger, the country, the name of the messenger, the country, the name of the messenger, the Message, the language; and here he puts something very beautiful:For example, he begins…, it seems that he began to draw it, and he began *here* with the messengers, the virtues *here*. And here he started: he wrote «Jerusalem», and he put all of them, all of them, even «Laodicea: North America». And when he writes *here* in the Age of the Cornerstone, which for sure *here*… is «Love», which is one of our virtues. And he writes «Patmos: Puerto Rico».I wanted to share with you that: how he also there already put, and placed that island where John was placed to receive all the revelation of the Revelation.So now we can mark all that and show it, because he already had all that too; although we already knew it; this is like a confirmation of all that we already know, of all that we already know; and that affirms us more in the faith of this glorious Message; because around that revelation is that God is going to transform us.And he goes on to say: \*\*THE INFALLIBLE \*\* \_Dr. William Soto Santiago \_ \_Sunday, May 21, 2006 \_ \_Cali, Colombia\_ There will be many people on Earth who will be listening to what the Holy Spirit will be speaking; but some will not believe, but others will believe. And I am one of those who believe what the Spirit spoke in the past and what He is speaking in this end time! And who else? (\[JBP\] And us too). Each one of you too. “If you hear His Voice today, harden not your heart.”[4](#sdfootnote4sym) It is the Voice of God, it is the Voice of the Infallible One, speaking His infallible Word to us. \[Hebrews 12:25\] \_“See that ye refuse not him that speaketh. For if they escaped not who refused him that spake on earth, much more shall not we escape, if we turn away from him that speaketh from heaven:\_ \_Whose voice then shook the earth: but now he hath promised, saying, Yet once more\_ (that is, once again, still once more) \_I shake not the earth only, but also heaven.”\_ The Voice of God, which moved the Earth in past times, will speak again, and will move not only the Earth but also the Heavens (or heaven). \[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] And in the book of ***The Ages***, speaking of that Scripture, Reverend William Branham tells us; on page 361 \[page 323 in Eng.\], he says: *“The Catholic Church is on the rise. We have had one Catholic president and will no doubt have another. What is left? Nothing except Hebrews 12:26, ‘Whose voice then shook the earth: but now He hath promised, saying, Yet once more I shake not the earth only, but also heaven.’ Once more God will shake the earth and with it shake everything loose that can be shaken. Then He will renovate it. Just last March, 1964, that Good Friday earthquake of Alaska shook the whole world though it did not unbalance it. But God was warning by a world tremor what He will soon do on a greater scale. He is going to blast and rock this sin-cursed world, my brother, my sister, and there is **only one place that can stand that shock**, and that is in the fold of the Lord Jesus. And I would beseech you while God’s mercy is still available to you, that you give your whole life, unreservedly to Jesus Christ, Who as the faithful Shepherd will save you and care for you and present you faultless in glory with exceeding great joy.”*\[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] And he writes there, in *“*...*only one place that can stand that shock…”* it is —–> *up here* (\[Cornerstone Drawing\] in the Age of the Cornerstone), and he writes: *\[WSS\] «Today»*. So that is where we are. Where you and I are, that is where you can bear all that is coming; and we’re going to bear it because we’re not going to be here: we’re going to be at the Marriage Supper of the Lamb. He says:And that Voice will be the Voice of God through His Holy Spirit, the Angel of the Covenant, speaking in this end time through a dispensational prophet, through a man of flesh, bone and blood. And that Voice will be the infallible Word of the infallible God for the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ, for all Christianity and for all nations, peoples and tongues, and for the Hebrew people also. Once again, the Infallible One, God the Creator of Heaven and Earth, has promised that He will be speaking in this end time: \_“And this word, Yet once more, signifieth the removing of those things that are shaken, as of things that are made, that those things which cannot be shaken may remain.”\_ With this shaking of the Earth and the Heavens, man-made things (such as buildings and all these things) will be removed with great earthquakes, also great tidal waves and tsunamis; and by means, also, of a Third World War, which will be atomic, which will cause great damage to the human race; but the Earth will be straightened, the degrees of inclination that it has; and everything will work together for good because it will be straightened and everything will be prepared for the Millennial Kingdom of the Messiah. All things will work together for good for those who love God and those who are loved by God.[5](#sdfootnote5sym) All things will work together for good for the Messiah, for the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ and for the Hebrew people; and for all the nations that will enter the glorious Millennial Kingdom of the Messiah. \* \* \*
