Since the Marriage Garment is the baptism of the Holy Spirit, that person didn’t have the Holy Spirit; although he might have some gifts of the Spirit of God, and he might be a very spiritual person, but he wasn’t born again; he had entered Christianity through an intellectual conception, he had entered Christianity through human mechanisms and not through the Work of the Spirit of God. And the Work of the Spirit of God, in this work with those invited to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb, is a Work that is required for the person to be able to enter the House of God, to be in the Marriage Supper of the Lamb. Now, that person who entered without the Marriage Garment, entered without receiving the Holy Spirit; in other words, he entered Christianity, but he hadn’t received the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of God, and therefore, he wasn’t prepared for the Marriage of the Lamb. \[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] In the book of ***The Seals****,*** we are going to read there some parts where brother Branham talks about what the Holy Spirit is. It says on page 394 \[pgs. 465-466 in Eng.\], this is question number 6 in the book of ***The Seals***. Says: *“**6. What does ‘see thou hurt not the oil and the wine’ mean, in Revelation 6:6?****103* *It’s the Holy Spirit. See? We just got through that. Probably somebody, you know, come in a little late for the Message, they...well, for the other tapes, you see.****‘Hurt not the oil and the wine.’ What does the oil and wine mean?****104* *The Oil, as we took it in symbol, means the Holy Spirit. See? Wine is the...and oil, is connected together, in the Bible, in worship. See? And the wine, as we put, that’s where I got the idea, ‘The stimulation.’ Wine stimulates. And wine, in its—its antitype of its natural, from stimulation, is revelation.**105* *Now just think. What stimulates the Church? Revelation. See? So, wine, the new wine, would be...Now watch. The oil and wine went together, in sacrifice; went together, in—in the church worship. Now notice, symbol together, connected together.**106* *If you’ve got a concordance, you look and see a whole string where wine and oil is met together in worship. If you got a—a Cruden’s, why, it says up there.**107* *Now notice on this. But now, you see, the oil is always the Holy Spirit. We find that over in Ezekiel. And we find it in the Old Testament. We find it all through the New Testament.**108* *Why do we anoint the sick with oil? We anoint the sick with oil because it symbolizes the pouring out of the Holy Spirit upon them. See? Also, the wise virgin had Oil; the unwise had no Oil, Spirit, see. Now, that is the Oil. And then the wine, it—it’s...If the oil represents, represents God. God is Spirit. See?**109* *God is Word. ‘In the beginning was Word; Word was with God. Word was made flesh, and that was God.’ Now, then, if the Word now in...sits here in a natural form now, the wine is the water like, that, or the revelation that reveals that interpretation of the Word, which stimulates the believer, you see. My, they just say, ‘I’ve never seen It before! My! Glory!’ That’s what? See, stimulation, see, of revelation.”*And there, here, in the part below, our brother William writes: *\[WSS\] «New wine “new revelation” in new wineskins, new age and new people».*\[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] And also on 227 \[pgs. 267-268 in Eng.\] Reverend William Branham tells us, he says: *“**303* *Notice. Here is the good part now. Notice.**...see that thou hurt not this wine and oil.**304* *‘Just a little bit of It left there, but don’t you touch That!’**305* *Now, oil is...symbolizes the Spirit, the Holy Spirit. I’ll give you a few verses if you want to. There’s two Scriptures. In Leviticus, 8:12, where Aaron, before he went in, had to be anointed with oil, you know. And in Zechariah 4:12, of oil coming, pouring through the pipes, and said, ‘This is My Spirit, Oil.’ Another thing, if you want to see Matthew, 14...25, there was a foolish virgin, or 25:3, the foolish virgin had no Oil, no Spirit. And Matthew 25:4, the wise virgin had Oil in her lamp, Spirit-filled. Spirit! Oil typifies the Spirit. Oh, glory! \[Brother Branham claps his hands together once—Ed.\] All right. You get it? \[Congregation says, ‘Amen.’\] All right. Now, oil typifies Spirit.**306* *And wine symbolizes stimulation of revelation. Oh, I—I like to a run all over the place. Wonder I didn’t wake up the neighborhood, when the Lord showed me that, see, ‘stimulation of revelation.’ See?**307* *Oil and wine, in the Bible, is associated together, always. I got the concordance and looked. There’s a string of them, that like— like that, where wine and oil goes together, all the time. See?**308* *When the Truth of a promised Word of God has been truly revealed to His saints that’s filled with Oil, they all get stimulated. Wine is a stimulation. Glory! I feel It right now. Stimulated with joy, shouts! See? And, when It does, It has the same effect upon them that—that wine does upon a natural man. Because, when the revelation has been given, of a Truth of God, and the true believer filled with Oil, and the revelation is revealed, the stimulation becomes so great that He makes him behave hisself un-normally. Right. Glory! \[Congregation rejoices—Ed.\] See, that’s what’s the matter with them now. That’s right, makes them behave theirself unseemingly.”*And there brother William writes: *\[WSS\] «He came by the revealed promise».*\[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] We continue here reading, in this excerpt; it says:That person wasn’t prepared to be transformed and raptured, to go to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb. That person wasn’t prepared to be transformed and raptured. That person wasn’t prepared for the union of Christ with His Church, where every son and daughter of God will become in the image and likeness of our beloved Lord Jesus Christ. And, unfortunately, that person was bound hand and feet, and was cast into outer darkness, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth; that is, he was cast into great tribulation; because it is in the Last Day where the King makes the review of those who are inside, in the House, as guests, for that great feast of the Marriage of Jesus Christ with His Church. \[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] And it also tells us in the book of ***The Seals******,*** on page 111… from page 110 \[p. 132 in Eng.\] it says: *“**120* *Notice, these type, the reason they die out, they go through the purging of trial of the Tribulation because they’re not actually under the Blood. They claim they are, but they’re not. How can they go through a trial, to purify them, when there is when the (bleach) Blood of Jesus Christ takes every symptom of sin and stuff away from you? ‘And you are already dead, and your life is hid in Him, through God, and sealed in there by the Holy Ghost.’ What are you going to be judged for? Where you going to get your purification? What do you have to be purified from, when you’re perfectly in Christ, sinless? How...What’s the judgment for? But it’s the sleeping bunch, that them people can’t make out.**121* *Now, they haven’t done it for years, you see, but this is the hour of revelation, see, see, being revealed just at the coming of the Bride; the last winding up, the last things are coming. It’s coming to an end, friend, I believe. When? I don’t know. I—I can’t tell you. But anything...I want to live tonight like if it was tonight, I’d be ready. See? He might come tonight, yet, and He might not come for twenty years. I don’t know when He’ll come. But whenever it is,...And my life might be over, tonight; and, then, whatever I’ve done here, it’s finished at that hour. I—I’ve go to meet Him in the judgment, the way I went down here. ‘The way that the tree leans, that’s the way it falls.’**122* *Remember, when they went to buy Oil, they… ‘Oh,’ you say, ‘now wait a minute, Brother Branham. I don’t know about that.’ When they went to buy Oil, when they come back, the Bride was done gone and the door was shut. And they knocked, and said, ‘Let us in! Let us in!’ \[Brother Branham knocks on the pulpit several times—Ed.\] But they were out in outer darkness.”*That is, there he writes: *\[WSS\] «The great tribulation».*\[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] And also on 376, to have these quotations already placed here in this study; it says, 376 \[p. 442 in Eng.\] of ***The Seals***: *“**415* *I—I—I’d better not say this, see, ’cause it might cause a confusion. When I said the other day, the Rapture, how It would come, I—I...Now, if you say you—you’ll take it, all right. \[Congregation says, ‘Amen.’—Ed.\] Watch. Watch. All right, that’s up to you.**416* *When the sleeping virgin, see, that thought she was prayed up, to come back, the Bride was done gone. It went, and she didn’t know it* (in other words, the foolish or fatuous virgins)*; like a thief in the night. Then they begin to bang on the doors. And what happened? What taken place? They were cast into the Tribulation period. The Bible said, “There will be weeping, and wailing, and gnashing of teeth.” Is that right?**\[417\]* *When it’s going to be, brother, sister, I don’t know. But, I—I, me, it may be just me here, now, see. This, this is what...This is my thought. See? I—I—I believe it’s so close, I—I’m...Each day I—I want...I’m just trying to walk as softly as I can.”*\[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] And there is a part that brother Branham talks about… That which he says there reminded me of a part where he had talked about walking carefully. In the **Compendium of “ANGELS,”** it says:[1](#sdfootnote1sym)*“**133* *You know, it’s been said, and it’s a well proverb, “That fools will walk with hobnailed shoes, where Angels fear to trod.” And that’s true. “Silly people…”**134* *These newspaper writers call you a bunch of holy-rollers* (brother William writes next to it: *\[WSS\] «Journalists»*)*,* *or some Divine healer, or some scandal name, and say things like that, but Angels would be scared to say one thing against it. “But fools will walk with hobnail shoes, where Angels fear to trod.”*See how he puts it there?, that even the angels are afraid to say a word against that; he typifies it there in “walking upon that Word,” those works that God is doing through His Church.\[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] And also in the message **“GOD’S POWER TO TRANSFORM”****[2](#sdfootnote2sym)** he talks something about that too. It says, on page 40 of this message, it says: *“**205* *You know, they say, ‘Well, this man studied forty years, to get his degrees. He is a B.L.D., D.D., and all this.’**206* *You know what Jesus said about that? He said, ‘Let a man deny himself.’ Paul did.**You say, ‘That don’t mean that.’**207* *Well, why did Paul follow it up for, then? He said, ‘I never come to you with enticing words of man’s wisdom, because you would build your hopes upon that. But I come to you in power and manifestations of the Holy Ghost, that your word would be...your faith would be built on the Word of God, not the manifestations of a wisdom.’**208* *It seems that people has lost their common decency and modesty. They’re not like they used to be. It used to be, when the prophet said, ‘THUS SAITH THE LORD,’ the people trembled. Yeah, they certainly did. The people moved, for they was afraid. But now they lost all their scare of It. They don’t fear God.**209* *Solomon said, ‘The—the fear of God is the beginning of wisdom,’ just the beginning of it.**210* *But the prophet can speak THUS SAITH THE LORD; the people say ‘nonsense!’ See, there is not a hope for them. It’s, they say, ‘Why, we are smart. We’re intellectual, we don’t have to take that kind of stuff! We know what we’re talking about!’**211* *It’s also an old proverb, that, ‘Fools will walk with hobnailed shoes, where Angels fear to trod.’ Certainly.**212* *Now, what is the transformation? (Quickly.) How do we get it? What does the transformation? God does it by the Spirit of His Word. He transforms. He plants His Seed, throws His Spirit on It, and It brings forth the product. His Holy Spirit transforms the Seed Word in to be vindicated of Its kind.”*\[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] May God help us to walk carefully, as brother Branham says there \[***The Seals***, p. 376 \[p. 443 in Eng.\]: *“**\[417\]* *Each day I—I want… I’m just trying to walk as softly as I can. See? And now when, you know, when the…’**418* *Something happened today, and I seen something come up. I—I just… I couldn’t get my breath anymore, see. There He was, standing there, that little Light standing right there. And here It was. I know it’s the Truth* (brother William writes there: *\[WSS\] «Christ, with the Pillar of Fire»*)*.**419* *I thought, ‘O God, I couldn’t say that. I—I can’t say that. I can’t.’ I just walked out of the room, went out, walked up-and- down. Brother, I thought, ‘My! What can I do? Oh!’ See? And I— I have to go fishing, or something, or I...Boy, you’d...you...I can’t tell you. See?”*\[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] And all this is something very, very tremendous.\[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] We continue here in this message, which is the next one we have here: \*\*THE MYSTERY OF THE MARRIAGE GARMENT \*\* \_Dr. William Soto Santiago \_ \_Tuesday, April 30, 2002 \_ \_Buenos Aires, Argentina\_ And now here, the Angel of the Lord Jesus Christ says to John: \_“And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb.”\_ In other words, this Angel speaks of the Marriage Supper of the Lamb and of the blessedness that there is for those who are guests, invited, to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb; and these are those who were sought along the highways, in the plazas and in all places, during the time of the apostles and the angel messengers, and those who are called in this end time, because there is still room in the House of God, in the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ. The Holy Spirit uses the faithful and wise servants, the apostles, the angel messengers, and for the Last Day: The Angel Messenger of the Lord Jesus Christ; so that thus, the Holy Spirit through these messengers, fill the House of God, the Church of Jesus Christ; and be there clothed with the Marriage Garment, to go with Christ to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb. \*\*“THE MYSTERY OF THE MARRIAGE GARMENT.”\*\* We have seen that the mystery of the Marriage Garment is the mystery of the angelic body and the glorified physical body. There we have the complete Marriage Garment, to go with Christ to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb. And since the Father of the Family went in and saw those who were there, and found one who had no Marriage Garment, that shows us that before we leave there is a review; and he who hasn’t been baptized in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ, repented of his sins, and has received the Holy Spirit, he can’t have the new body either; and therefore, he can’t go with Christ to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb; and is cast out into the outer darkness. \[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] And it tells us in the book of ***The Seals*** also, on page 426; in question number 30 \[pgs. 502-504, question 31 in Eng.\], it says: ***“31. Brother Branham, greetings in the Name of the Lord Jesus. Please explain who the man, in Matthew 22:11, the man that didn’t have on a wedding garment, wedding garment on. I know this man could—couldn’t get into Heaven without the wedding garment on. This was a guest, I know, not the Bride.”***(And brother Branham answers)*“**324* *Yes, that’s right. He would be a...Yeah, he just slipped in. See? Now look. Now, I...It could take a whole sermon on that.**Now I got ten minutes, to pray for the sick and finish this up. And I’ve got one half of them done, I guess. Notice. But I’m—I’m going to hurry, right, sure enough, after this one. See?**325* *Here is what happened, if you know the oriental customs. See? When a bridegroom gives out invitations for his wedding, he just gives out so many invitations. And for every invitation he sent, he had a porter standing at the door, to put a robe on him. Whether he was poor, or whatever he was, he had...if he was rich or poor, whatever it was, he, all, had to wear this wedding garment.**326* *When they stood at the door, they put this on him, it covered up what his outside had been. He is invited, whether he’s a millionaire or whether he’s a pauper, whether he’s a farmer, ditch digger, or whatever he is, or a plutocrat, he’s—he’s here with the robe on now. Because, the robe is put on him at the door, when he enters in at the door.”*You see? There was no distinction: if he was rich, poor, slave, farmer, whatever; inside they were all the same, because they had been given that special garment.*“**327* *Now, take Saint John 10, I believe it is, He said, “I am the door.” See? “I am the door that enter...that you enter in by.” Now there he stands in the door, and here is the Man to put the robe on him, the Holy Spirit, to give him the robe of righteousness when he comes in.**328* *Now, this man had come by some organization, back at the window over here, some slip-in hole. And he got in at the table and sat down. And then when the Bridegroom comes up and He looks around, he was a...he...These had been odd ducks, before, now he is the odd duck. See? “What’s you doing here like that, without the baptism of the Holy Ghost and all these things? How did you ever get in here?” Well, he come in somewhere besides the door. And he come without the proper invitation. See? He come by some educational system, see, or something like that. He got in.**329* *And He said to them, “Bind him, hand and feet; cast him out of here, into outer darkness, where there’ll be weeping, and wailing, and gnashing of teeth.” See? He went into the Tribulation period. See? He did not come in by the door. So, all right.”*\[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] And continues here. In this excerpt it says:That is where the separation is made of those who will go and those who will not go with Christ to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb. \[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] And there, we must read there the quotation where brother Branham speaks of the Angels, who are the ones that make that separation; and it says… a little part here, it says… paragraph 1260… (Let’s read it in full):[3](#sdfootnote3sym) *1260 – “**19* *Notice, in verse 41 (Matthew 13) the two also very close, so close in the last days til He didn’t do -- He could not depend on some certain church to separate them -- say the Methodist or or the Baptist or the Pentecostals -- to separate them. He said He sends His angels to separate them. An Angel is coming to bring the separation, the segregation between the right and the wrong, and no one can do that but the angel of the Lord. He’s the one that’s going to tell which is right and which is wrong. God said He will send His angels at the last time -- not angels down through here, but angels at the last time-- and would gather together. We know that this is the coming harvest time now. Now an angel is actually interpreted, a messenger, and we see that there’s seven angels of the seven churches -- and not now, through the church ages.”*\[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] And he goes on to say:Now, we can see that the one who didn’t have the Marriage Garment was a professing one - he was a professing Christian, but without being born again. Therefore, every person is required to have the spiritual Marriage Garment (which is the baptism of the Holy Spirit, where we obtain the heavenly body by being born again), and obtain in this Last Day —in addition— the new body, which He is going to give us when He finishes His Work of Intercession in Heaven and completes His Church, and all (the sons and daughters of God) have obtained His spiritual body, the theophanic heavenly body; and then He will give us the glorified physical body. So they are – it is a double garment: the spiritual garment (the heavenly body) and the physical garment (the glorified body). To go with Christ at the rapture, at the rapture of the Church, we must be clothed in the Marriage Garment. \[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] And in 597, there it speaks of those two portions. It says, 597 of the book of ***Quotations***:[4](#sdfootnote4sym) *597 – “**61* *And as the Elijah went down to Jordan one day and struck it (with Elisha), and it parted back and he crossed over; he come back with a double portion.* *62* *And when we strike Jordan (with Christ), we got one portion, but when we return we’re coming with two portions. We got Eternal Life, resurrection from sin now in righteousness back with both physical resurrection; and we already got spiritual resurrection; we have a double portion of it.”*\[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] And he continues here, in this… Let’s read the last excerpt, so as not to take so much time. \*\*THE PARALLELISM BETWEEN JESUS CHRIST AND HIS CHURCH \*\* \_Dr. William Soto Santiago \_ \_Thursday, July 12, 2001 \_ \_Torreon, Coahuila, Mexico \_ (Volume 71) A transformation is equivalent to a death, burial and resurrection in a matter of seconds; so fast that nobody realizes all that process that happens at the same time, where we will obtain the glorified body, where life will absorb death, where the glorified body will absorb the mortal body. Now, we will be clothed with immortality, with eternal life, that is: we will be clothed with a glorified and eternal body; that is the physical garment that we will have, a physical garment, a physical body, because the body is the garment that God has given us, to live with this physical garment on this planet Earth; but He has also given us a spiritual garment, which is the spiritual body. And now, the spiritual garment is a white garment, a theophanic body; and then the glorified body that He will give us, will be the physical garment, which will also be a perfect glorified garment, a glorified body. \*\*TEACHERS TEACHING CHILDREN ACCORDING TO THE WILL OF GOD \*\* \_Dr. William Soto Santiago \_ \_Saturday, July 14, 2001 \_ \_Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico\_ Now, we can see that in our time God is giving us His revealed Word for our time, which is His promised Word for our time, for our age, in this dispensational intertwining. And we say: “Lord, keep us to speak and to do according to Your perfect will,” because we want to do according to the perfect will of our beloved Lord Jesus Christ, and we want our children to be transformed; because we don’t want our children to stay here while we go to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb, to that feast; we don’t want to do as many people normally do when they go to a feast: they left the children at home, because they bother, and they say: “If they were like us, we would take them to the feast, but they are little children.” But our children can say: “But I am going to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb.” And if the parents say: “But you are a little child.” But the child can say: “But I am going to be transformed and I am going to have a body like you!; a glorified, eternal, immortal, incorruptible body, and I am going to the Feast! Therefore, I am going to be just like dad and mom: I am going to be clothed with a young body, just like the one that dad and mom will have too.” So we can see that our children are also prepared to be clothed with the new, eternal, immortal, incorruptible and glorified body, because they are preparing to go to the great feast of the Marriage Supper of the Lamb, and we are also preparing to go to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb. \*\*THE BLESSING OF BEING AT THE MARRIAGE SUPPER OF THE LAMB \*\* \_Dr. William Soto Santiago \_ \_Sunday, November 28, 1999 \_ \_Botucatu, São Paulo, Brazil\_ In the House of God one has to be with the Marriage Garment: The Holy Spirit. We receive the Word of God, we believe in Jesus Christ as our Savior, we wash our sins in His Blood, to receive the Spirit of Christ; and thus obtain the new birth and be in the House of God with the Marriage Garment. Christ is the one who gives us the Marriage Garment: The Holy Spirit, because He in His House is at the door; and the Door is Christ. And entering through that Door —which is Christ— we receive the Marriage Garment: The Holy Spirit; and thus we obtain the theophanic body of the sixth dimension. And in the Last Day, in addition, we will receive the physical, eternal and glorified body, in order to go with Christ to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb in Heaven. Now we dine, we eat spiritual food in the House of God, and someday we will go with Christ to Heaven, to the House of our heavenly Father, to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb: The great feast that God will carry out in Heaven; feast for the Church of Jesus Christ, Marriage feast, the reception of the Marriage of the Lamb, which will be in Heaven, in the God’s dimension, the seventh dimension. \* \* \*
