Perez*\] Good afternoon to all those who are connected through the Amazonas satellite and the Eutelsat 8 satellite in the different countries, and by other means of communication. Today, Friday, May 9th of this year 2025, our subject is: **THE TRAJECTORY OF THE CREATIVE WORD** **(Ministers’ Meeting)** *Dr. William Soto Santiago* *Saturday, January 27, 2007* *São Paulo, Brazil* **Scripture: Genesis 1:1-5** \[*Dr. Jose B. Perez*\] And let’s search in our Bibles, in the book of Genesis, in chapter 1, verse 1 and on, where it tells us: **Genesis 1:1** *1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.* *2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.* *3 And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.* \[JBP\] Here, in this Bible, above he writes: *\[WSS\] «**A resurrection to life**»*. *4 And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.* *5 And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.* **THE TRAJECTORY OF THE CREATIVE WORD** \[*Dr. Jose B. Perez*\] Here in the message of a greeting, some words that Dr. William Soto shared in Colombia, on October 5, 1991, he tells us: **WORDS OF GREETING AT A MINISTERS’ MEETING** *Dr. William Soto Santiago* *Saturday, October 5, 1991* *Bogota, Colombia* Well, I think I can step away for a bit, and continue tomorrow morning. I will be seeing how you make use of what we have spoken this afternoon. We have seen where they will be delivered from, but don’t start speaking against that prison… \[JBP\] He is talking about that vision, about that dream that was shown to Reverend William Branham; which he narrated. One of the occasions was in the message “WORKS IS FAITH EXPRESSED”; which there is an excerpt of in the book of *Quotations*, on page 164, paragraph 1458\*. And he is talking to us about this here; he says: \*\[**65-1126** - “Works Is Faith Expressed,” pp. 4-5, paras. 24-25, 30-36\] \[WSS\] … but don’t start talking against the prison that’s in a… brother Branham says that it’s in a cave, \[or\] something like that (or a cellar); don’t start saying anything. Remember that the one who spoke the Word, which caused that earthquake and that explosion and the collapse of that prison and those bars, was Elijah (\[JBP\] Elijah in his fifth manifestation, of course). When he speaks against that house of hell, that collapse will happen. But don’t start talking, because you would be trying to get ahead of the Divine Program, and instead of doing good, you would do harm; instead of helping, you would interrupt the Divine Program. Let that moment come, and when the Voice of Christ in the ministry of Elijah speaks, that will be the creative Word, that Third Pull opening for them. \[*Dr. Jose B. Perez*\] Because the Third Pull…, remember what he spoke to us on page 119 of the book of ***Quotations***, paragraph 1057, there in the last part: \[**63-1229E** - “Look Away to Jesus,” p. 7, para. 49\] \[Study “Getting Into the Kingdom Positionally,” 5/Aug/2023 (Saturday), pp. 42-44\] *1057 - “\[49\] … watch what I’m fixing to tell you in a few minutes. Watch the Third Pull then, see, and it’ll be absolutely to the total lost, but it will be for the Bride and the Church.”* \[*Dr. Jose B. Perez*\] Meaning, notice that it covers the foolish virgins there; which our brother Branham told us in that vision. Let’s turn to the message, and also on page 163, 1458, to look at some notes that Dr. William Soto left for us, in the message as well. He says… I will be in the message and the… the portion of the book of *Quotations* there. Here in the message **“WORKS IS FAITH EXPRESSED,”** page 5, it says: \[**65-1126** - “Works Is Faith Expressed,” pp. 4-5, paras. 24-36\] \[Study “The Theophany in all dimensions,” 30/Mar/2024 (Saturday), pp. 45-49\] *24 I had a dream, the other morning. I don’t dream very often, I’m not a dreamer. But I—I dreamed that I seen a man, a young fellow in shackels, and he was trying to get out, and—and I said…Somebody told me…* \[JBP\] There, here on top he writes: *\[WSS\] «**The mother-in-law and others**».* *\[24\] Somebody told me, said, “Those are horrible people, don’t have nothing to do with them.”* \[JBP\] On the left… Or let’s continue for a bit, continuing there: *25 And I seen this* ***young fellow*** *getting out…* \[JBP\] And there above “young fellow” he writes: *\[WSS\] «**2nd Moses, 5th Elijah**»*. In the quote… in the book of *Quotations* is where he writes that. And on the left, in the booklet, he writes: *\[WSS\] «**Young fellow**»*. And on top of that quote he writes: *\[WSS\] «**The house of hell**»*. *\[25\] I thought, “I’ll just see what he does.” So when he got out, he was a nice fellow. And I seen others trying to get out.* *26 Now, this is only a dream. And I walked over this way and I seen a—a brother, Roy Borders* (\[JBP\] here in the booklet he writes): *\[WSS\] «**brother Roy Borders = **»* (\[JBP\] there at the end of the book of *Quotations* he tell us there)*, a very good friend of mine, lives in California. Looked like there’s something wrong, his eyes was half closed, and great big…maybe cancer or something over his eyes. And I…someone was trying to pull me away from him. I screamed, “Brother Borders! In the Name of the Lord Jesus, snap out of that!”* \[JBP\] In the book of *Quotations*, there on 163 at the bottom, he writes: *\[WSS\] «**The deliverance of God’s people**»* (it’s cut off there). \[JBP\] He continues to say: *27 And he just barely could speak, saying, “Brother Branham, it’ll have to take something more than this. I just can’t grasp it, Brother Branham. I just can’t grasp it.”* *28 I said, “O Brother Borders.” I love him.* *29 And someone pulled me away, and I looked, and it was a lady standing over here that I, when I was a little boy, I—I used to haul groceries from the grocery store to the peoples. And her name was Mrs. Fenton, she lives in Jeffersonville yet, a personal friend to the wife and I.* *30* ***And she said,*** *“****Brother Branham****, deliver us from this.” Said, “This is a house of hell.”* \[JBP\] Here in the booklet, where it says: “And she said, ‘Brother Branham,’” before that he writes: *\[WSS\] «**(Elijah)**»*. *\[30\] … “This is a house of hell.”* \[JBP\] In the book of *Quotations*, above, there on 164, he writes: *\[WSS\] «**Hell = Laodicea**»*. But it’s cut off; surely before that… before it’s cut off there, it said «house»; because brother Branham says: \[WMB\] “House of hell.” *\[WSS\] «**House of hell = Laodicea**»*. And below: *\[WSS\] «**of Satan**»*. That is, it would be: *\[WSS\] «**House of hell = Laodicea of Satan**»*. I’m continuing in the booklet: *\[30\] And said, “You’ve been misunderstood.” And said, “These…And you—you misunderstood these people, too.” Said, “These are fine people, but…” And I looked over there, and like a great big cellar* (\[JBP\] here in the booklet, above he writes): *\[WSS\] «**Laodicea**»**, or—or big walls, down beneath a great big cave; and great iron bars, eight or ten inches thick. And people, out of their mind, twisted arms and legs, beating their head like that. And she was crying, saying, “Deliver the people* (\[JBP\] here in the booklet he writes): *\[WSS\] «**Lev. 25:8-13**»**, Brother Branham.” Said—said, “Help us, we’re in trouble.” She herself, I know her, she belongs to the…I believe the church of Christ, or the Christian church,* ***called Church of the Brethren*** (\[JBP\] on “called church,” here he writes): *\[WSS\] «**Laodicea**»* (\[JBP\] and “of the brethren” there he writes above): *\[WSS\] «**Brotherly love**»**. So she…* *31 I looked around, and I said, “I wished I could.” And go on, looking around; and I…my little, bitty body and—and them great, big iron bars; and those poor people in there. And you couldn’t get to them, them iron bars was setting close together. And I looked, and they were beating their head like they were out of their mind.* *32 And I seen some lights flickering around in there.* ***And I looked up****, and there stood the Lord Jesus with a—a—a* ***lights of rainbow*** *around Him.* \[JBP\] Here in the booklet he writes: *\[WSS\] «**Rev. 10:1-6**»*, above “lights of rainbow.” And here in the book of *Quotations*, where it says: “And I looked up,” he writes: *\[WSS\] «**Rev. 10:1-11**»*. *\[32\] He was looking right straight to me, said, “Deliver those people.”* \[JBP\] Who gave that command to that ministry of Elijah? The Lord Himself. Because there, in Revelation 10, we see the Coming of the Mighty Angel; and we see there that it is the time that the Angel says “time is no longer.” Now, that commission is given to that instrument who has that ministry, which is accompanied by the ministry of Moses and of Jesus. *\[32\] … said, “Deliver those people.” And He went away.* *33 And I thought, “Well, how could I deliver them? I—I haven’t got strength enough in my arms to break those bars.”* *34 So I said, “House of hell, give way to the Name of* ***Jesus Christ****.”* \[JBP\] Here in the booklet, above “Jesus Christ” he writes: *\[WSS\] «**the New One**»*. \[JBP\] In other words, that ministry, everything that ministry is carrying out, he is carrying it out in the new Name of the Lord. *35 And all the creaking and popping, and—and rocks rolling, and—and bars falling; and people running, screaming, “Delivered!” and screaming at the top of their voice, and was all delivered.* \[JBP\] Here on the left, in the booklet he writes: *\[WSS\] «**Delivered from the house of hell = Laodicea**»* (he writes it upwards). *36 And I was screaming then, “Brother Roy Borders, where are you? Where are you? God is delivering His people! Where are you, Brother Borders?” I’ve wondered about that.* \[JBP\] Now, here at the bottom, in the book of *Quotations* he writes: *\[WSS\] «**Borders = followers of the forerunner with the printed Word**»*. And also he writes there: *\[WSS\] «**He was in charge of the printing press**»*. \[JBP\] Now, notice what brother Borders represents there: followers of the forerunner, of Reverend William Branham, with the Message that they have, they have it printed. And also, he writes there: *\[WSS\] «**The deliverance of God’s people from denominations**»*. \[JBP\] Meaning, notice all the groups that are represented there in brother Borders. \[*Dr. Jose B. Perez*\] Now, that group that is there, in that house of hell, which is Laodicea, are those people who belong to brother Branham’s group; and also to the group of denominations, different religious sects, but who are good people; which, in the book of *The Seals* Reverend William Branham spoke to us there, which is in “THE SIXTH SEAL”; let’s search there, where he says that \[WMB\] “they didn’t have the opportunity (he says) to receive the Message or they were deceived by the false prophets.” On page 481 \[p. 560 in Eng. (Seventh Seal)\] he tells us, of the book of ***The Seals***: 387 Now we find out, also, in this, that the Sixth Seal, now being open, it was for a threefold purpose. Now, here was the purposes. 388 The first thing, was, that the sleeping virgin had to go through the Tribulation period for purification. She had to be purged of her sins of unbelief and rejecting the Message. This, she was done in the Tribulation period. We see they wind up over here in Revelation 7, between the 6th and 7th chapter here, that she had been purged, and she had been given her robes (\[JBP\] and he writes there): *\[WSS\] «**theophany**»*. Now, she is not the Bride. But it’s the church, the pure people that—that—that didn’t have the opportunity, maybe, to receive the Message, or in some way that they were blinded by these false prophets. And they—they didn’t get a chance, and yet they’re really sincere in heart. And God knows their heart. And here they are purged, during this time. \[JBP\] Now, notice that even people who have been deceived by those false prophets, ministers and pastors, who deceive them with each one of those individual interpretations; private interpretations, where they add to It or take away from It; when at this end time, as it has been in each age and in each dispensation, It cannot be added to nor taken away from, It can’t be interpreted. The interpretation at this time is the fulfillment of what was promised that God would be carrying out in the final stage, which is where the Church-Bride would be in the Age of the Cornerstone, the Golden Age, and she would be receiving the Rapturing Faith there: in the fulfillment of the Tent Vision. As simple as that. And they complicate It, they tangle It up - they tangle up the Word for the people, and they add leaven to It; and they start to interpret the Word, the Message that was brought by the forerunner of the Second Coming of the Lord, and also the Message of Dr. William Soto Santiago. When God is carrying out and fulfilling what they spoke, prophesied, then they label it as something crazy, as something fanatic, as if it were unrelated, or not what they meant. And since those leaders, notice, will be held accountable to God for that, and the people, which are and who are the ones that God wants to deliver, well, it doesn’t matter who is in charge of those groups: God will deliver those people; because here in the vision they were delivered. Therefore, there will also be time for them, which is very near. We have already seen how the Message is reaching different religious groups, different sects. There is a group of Haitians as well, from a sect there in Chile; and from there it has already spread to Haiti itself; in other words, from Chile it has spread to Haiti. They have already communicated that there is a Message, and they are receiving the Studies; and even the children’s classes, the Bible Studies, children’s classes and all of that; and it has even reached southern Chile as well. And look, after that came in (I had spoken about it around two or three weeks ago)\*, and then we saw an earthquake that occurred there in Chile\*\*. \*\[Study “The hour of the Coming of the Lord and the hour of the coming of the prince of darkness,” 21/Apr/2025 (Monday), pp. \_\_-\_\_\] \*\*\[Reynolds, Blake. (2025, May 2). *7.5 magnitude earthquake in Chile: Magallanes coastline evacuated due to possibility of tsunami.* Marca. Perez*\] That is why, as he said there, in what we are reading, from the message of those words of greeting to the ministers, that brother William says and speaks to the ministers there, that \[WSS\] it’s only the ministry of Elijah, by the Word, and with the creative Word, that can speak to them and open the Third Pull to them. Now, Dr. William Soto Santiago continues to say in that greeting, he says \[**“WORDS OF GREETING AT A MINISTERS’ MEETING”**\]: \[WSS\] That is why you find that nothing is spoken against the beast, nor against the image of the beast. \[JBP\] Brother William never spoke like that against the beast or the image of the beast. When is that being spoken directly, like that? Now, at this time; because… Now, notice what he goes on to say: \[WSS\] And anyone might say: “Well, what’s the matter?” It’s because we are gathering the elect, and we don’t want there to be an interruption; from the way that we are working, the elect are coming, they are being gathered. But when the multitude that can’t be counted must be brought out, that is when He will put that Word in the mouth of that ministry, and then things will be spoken a certain way… \[JBP\] And what Reverend William Branham did not fulfill and what Dr. William Soto Santiago did not fulfill, will be fulfilled by the fulfillment of what they said would happen: the fulfillment of the Angel who was different from the rest, the fulfillment of the messenger of the seventh Angel who has the Seventh Seal. \[WSS\] … and although we may know certain things, we have to stay quiet until the time comes. So we already know how they will be delivered, which ministry does it, and that the creative Word has to be spoken, and in a certain way, which will only be known by the one who has that ministry to carry out that deliverance. \[JBP\] And brother Branham is already gone, Dr. William Soto is already gone, so there must be a ministry, where the Holy Spirit is operating the ministry of Elijah to carry out that work. See how simple everything is? \[WSS\] Just as it was carried out in Egypt with the Hebrew people (\[JBP\] how was the deliverance of the Hebrew people there in Egypt carried out? Well, through a man), it will be carried out with the multitude which no man could number, and it will be carried out with the elect of the Hebrew people, which are 144,000. \[*Dr. Jose B. Perez*\] On page 28 from the book of ***Quotations***, paragraph 239, Reverend William Branham tells us here in this quote: \[**59-1108** - “Possessing The Enemy’s Gates,” p. 15, paras. 69, 72\] \[Bible Study #214, 24/June/2022 (Friday), pp. 20-22 / Bible Study #284, 24/Feb/2023 (Friday), pp. 48-50\] *239 - “69 My ministry, of this discernment and so forth, it’ll soon end now. Oh, it’ll always be there. But it’ll soon end this, ’cause it’s going to something greater. See?* ***It’s going on up*** (\[JBP\] and he writes there): *\[WSS\] «**1, 2, 3**»* (\[JBP\] above “it’s going on up”)*; from taking a hold of the hand* (\[JBP\] there he writes): *\[WSS\] «**1**»**, up to the discernment* (\[JBP\] he writes): *\[WSS\] «**2**»**, and now she’s… (...).* *72 This discernment, remember* (\[JBP\] and he writes): *\[WSS\] «**3**»**, I’m speaking this, the discernment will soon be to the end, there’ll be* (\[JBP\] there he writes): *\[WSS\] «**3**»* *something so much greater and so much better, just in the way.”* \[JBP\] And he draws a Star of David on the left, and he writes:*\[WSS\] «**3rd Pull**».* And on the right he draws a Cornerstone, the ages, and three arrows going upwards. \[JBP\] Now, there is a drawing (which you will later see in the Study), where he puts a Cornerstone and the ages; and he divides them: *\[WSS\] «**1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7**»*. And on number «7», of the top part from «6» to «7», there (not including the gap), there in that part he writes: *\[WSS\] «**1906 - 1977**»*; and he puts that at the seventh age. \[JBP\] Now, notice how there’s an interlace there, between that gap and the Cornerstone; which, every time, God is showing us more and more everything relevant to that dispensational interlace. Now, that is why you can see in that short time of that part where he put \[WMB\] “Holy Spirit,”\* baptisms were still being carried out there; because it was a time before the Age of the Cornerstone fully began, which was not built yet, and it had to be built out of human beings, living stones. \*\[Illustration on the last page of **62-1014M** - “The Stature Of A Perfect Man”\] Just as they were built - just as the first to the seventh stages were built: out of human beings; well, the seventh… - the Cornerstone, the eighth, has to be built - had to be built; and therefore, that time frame was the time in which God called and gathered His elect, those who would belong to the Age of the Cornerstone, with the call “come up hither.” Everything is an interlace, and everything must be seen according to the Divine Blueprint in every angle. That is why the Cornerstone, when you see it from above, you can see all the sides, all the angles; not just one angle; because otherwise, you’ll get mixed up. \[*Dr. Jose B. Perez*\] Now, he continues to say here, in this other message titled: “GOD COMING DOWN WITH POWER TO DELIVER HIS PEOPLE,” which was preached by Dr. William Soto Snatiago on October 2, 2019, in Villahermosa, Mexico; it says: **GOD COMING DOWN WITH POWER TO DELIVER HIS PEOPLE (General Ministers’ Meeting)** *Dr. William Soto Santiago* *Saturday, October 2, 2010* *Villahermosa, Tabasco, Mexico* In the fulfillment of the Tent Vision, in the fulfillment of the Third Pull, is where everything we saw manifested in Reverend William Branham as the Third Pull —where it was by the creative Word being spoken— will be repeated but it all Its fullness… \[*Dr. Jose B. Perez*\] On page 34 from the book of ***Quotations***, paragraph 289, it says: \[**60-0417M** - “Go, Tell,” p. 22, para. 136\] \[Bible Study #247, 6/Oct/2022 (Sunday), p. 18 / Bible Study #419, 9-2/June/2024 (Sunday), pp. 6-7\] *289 - “\[136\] I know one thing: As long as I hold onto that first ministry, the second won’t come, it didn’t come. Now as long as I hold onto the second, the third won’t come…”* \[JBP\] Notice how, through the messenger, God puts an end to each stage. And it was the messenger at this end time —the Angel who was different from the rest, manifested in that instrument— who said that time would be no longer. He heard that Voice that said: \[WSS\] “Do this, do that; say this, that, and the other.” See how the Scriptures…? Because it’s a time in which everything in the Dispensation of the Kingdom is carried out to its fulfillment, regarding that part about the Angel as well, who shows him everything that this dispensational messenger will be carrying out, that Voice of that ministry was there saying: “This is as far as that stage goes.” Like the discernment stages, and which took place in those first two stages…, notice there: *289 - “\[136\] I know one thing: As long as I hold onto that first ministry* (\[JBP\] that was the First Pull)*, the second won’t come* (\[JBP\] that was the Second Pull)*…”* \[JBP\] He —God through the Holy Spirit— was the one who would say to him: “This is as far as that stage goes.” In other words, God through that ministry is the One that ends one stage and begins another stage. No minister nor brother can do that; that is for the messenger. He goes on to say: *289 - “\[136\] Now as long as I hold onto the second, the third won’t come, see. I’ve got to step right out, step out and believe it, ‘God said so!’”* \[JBP\] There on the right he draws a Cornerstone and the ages. And on top he writes: *\[WSS\] «**3rd Pull = speak**».* *\[WSS\] «**For It to come: let go of the former things**»*. And he writes: *\[WSS\] «**The discernment**»*. \[*Dr. Jose B. Perez*\] Now, it continues to say here, in the message that we were reading: **“GOD COMING DOWN WITH POWER TO DELIVER HIS PEOPLE,”** our brother William continues to say: \[WSS\] (…) Therefore, before the squeeze comes, there is work to be done. If the Third Pull is going to be manifested in a Great Tent Cathedral, and that will be when the squeeze comes, then you will already have the Great Tent Cathedral by that time… \[JBP\] Why does he say “you will have it” and not “we will have it”? In some places he says: \[WSS\] “We will have it,” or “we will be there,” or… But notice, he…, by the Holy Spirit being manifested in him, operating that Work and carrying out everything relevant to that ministry, well, he always spoke in the present tense, other times in the future tense, other times in the past tense. In other words, God has no limits. That’s why when he said: \[WSS\] “That’s going to be too small for Benjie,” as he affectionately called me: \[WSS\] “that’s going to be too small for him.” — “Hey, it’s big!… This, and that.” — \[WSS\] “That’s going to be too small for him.” See? There he was pointing to who had that ministry and who would be operating - in whom the Holy Spirit would be operating that ministry relevant to the fulfillment of the Tent Vision. And notice, everything is said clearly. But when they speak like that, that’s when the criticism, the attacks, and everything begins; like what happened in the First Coming of the Lord. Each one identifies himself with the group he belongs to. Now, he goes on to say: \[WSS\] … and they will have already had many activities (\[JBP\] we have already had several and will continue to have more) because in The Great Tent Cathedral that Reverend William Branham saw, the Gospel was being preached… \[JBP\] Now, this stage comes along… Remember that he said that \[WSS\] “there will be preaching,” he says: \[WSS\] “There will be preachings, there will be altar calls, there will also be prayers for the sick.”\* All of that is happening in an interlace, progressively. He says: \*\[Bible Study #478, 3/Jan/2025 (Friday), pp. \_\_-\_\_ \]: **MM 2008-07-05 “The Word made flesh At the Last Day,”** \[WSS\] Elijah will be there; the ministry will also appear - in addition to the ministry of Elijah, He will manifest the ministry of Moses and also the ministry of Jesus, which are the ministries promised to be repeated at the Last Day; and because it was the Angel of the Covenant who operated them in Moses, in Elijah and in Jesus, He will operate them again at the Last Day. \[WSS\] … there were altar calls to receive Christ… \[JBP\] That is, to receive the Anointed One (because Christ, Messiah, Anointed One, is the same thing); but no longer at that time when the multitude comes, that time is for them to gather strength to go through the great tribulation. But before that, there is a work that is being carried out and would be carried out with the Church-Bride; which, we will see how all of that unfolds so that the enemy of God doesn’t interrupt and try to imitate it; because he’s a real imitator. \[WSS\] …there were songs, there were prayers for the sick, and so on. All of that will happen progressively (\[JBP\] see? Did you see that?) in that Great Tent Cathedral. And another thing: the Vials, the Plagues, the Trumpets and their content, will be spoken of, all of that will be spoken there. There will be preaching, those mysteries contained in the Trumpets will be opened to the public; and especially the Seventh Trumpet, which is Moses and Elijah, calling and gathering 144,000 Hebrews, 12,000 of each tribe… \[JBP\] Look at everything he told us would be taking place there. And that is what is happening now, that is what God has been giving us since we began: that Tent ministry. But because everything is so simple, all of the preaching is happening, and everything that is being revealed to the people, to the Church-Bride, and many don’t see it because of the way that God… He is fulfilling it in a way that many have overlooked. But not the elect. They follow the Pillar of Fire, they follow that creative Word; which is carrying out a Work in them and transforming their entire being until they reach their transformation. Because remember that Abraham and Sarah were rejuvenated around the Word\*. Well, that is what will happen to God’s elect at this end time: around the Word that they are hearing, that they are receiving, they will be transformed. \*\[**64-0830M** - “Questions And Answers #3,” p. 49, para. 249\] Whoever doesn’t receive the Teaching under the Tent has nothing around which to be transformed; because they don’t have the fulfillment. They may have the letter, the messages, but they don’t have the fulfillment, and it’s in the fulfillment, and around the fulfillment, that each elect of God will be transformed. \[WSS\] … that’s the Seventh Trumpet. And Reverend William Branham says, on page 128, 129, 130 and 149, of the book of *Quotations*: “The Seventh Trumpet, like the Seventh Seal, is the Coming of the Lord.” Because the Son of Man comes (with whom?) with His Angels \[Matthew 16:27\]: He comes with the Two Olive Trees, He comes with those \[two\] ministries. Therefore, the Seventh Trumpet and the Seventh Seal are together. (Meaning…) And Moses and Elijah - the Seventh Trumpet is Moses and Elijah, and the Seventh Seal is the Coming of the Lord. Therefore, the ministries of Moses and Elijah, and the ministry of Jesus, will be together: it will be the Seventh Seal. As simple as that. (…) In order for the believers in Christ to be transformed and come in to have eternal physical life, the Title Deed has to be brought to Earth, and a man has to have It… \[JBP\] That’s (the paragraph I’m reading), it’s a little further ahead. \[WSS\] … the Title Deed has to be brought to Earth, and a man has to have It… \[JBP\] In other words, in order for God’s elect to be transformed, the Title Deed must be on Earth; it can’t be in Heaven. He says: \[WSS\] … and that will be the Angel of the Lord Jesus Christ… \[JBP\] He says: \[WSS\] … the Title Deed has to be brought to Earth, and a man has to have It (\[JBP\] that’s what I didn’t read, that little part there); and that will be the Angel of the Lord Jesus Christ… \[JBP\] Did you see how the Angel of the Lord Jesus Christ is the One who has that Title Deed?, who is manifested in human flesh in a man at this end time. \[WSS\] … which Christ, the Angel of the Covenant —who comes with that Title Deed— will give him to eat, and then to prophecy before many people, nations and tongues \[Revelation 10:1-14\]. There we have the one who is the person that will prophesy before many peoples, nations and tongues, and he also appears in chapter 14, who comes with the Everlasting Gospel to preach to them who dwell on Earth, saying with a loud voice: “Fear God, and give glory to Him, for the hour of His judgment is come.” \[*Dr. Jose B. Perez*\] On page 38 from the book of ***Quotations***, paragraph 316, it tells us: \[**60-0722** - “Watchman, What Of The Night?” para. 12\] \[Bible Study #291, 19/Mar/2023 (Sunday), p. 53 / Study “Getting Into the Kingdom Positionally,” 5/Aug/2023 (Saturday), pp. 48-49 / Study “The Birth of a New Ministry,” 24/Dec/2024 (Tuesday), pp. 29-30\] *316 - “12 Now, a little later on, if I get a chance, I want to tell you what happened just recently, bringing in a new ministry of just speak the word.”* \[JBP\] On top of that he writes, of that paragraph: *\[WSS\] «**The new ministry = speak the Word**»*. — “*Hey, that man speaks too much: 2 hours, 3 hours, 4 hours; he tires people out.”* Look, when our brother William used to speak…, and in several messages he said that \[WSS\] there were ministers who started talking; and by the time they were going to play the message, they had already tired them out.\* Because at that time… (and there are still some), and at that time - but at that time… notice that there were many who would start talking; and by the time they were going to play brother William’s message, the brethren were already tired. \***MM 1998-10-16-3 “The mystery of the Ministry of Melchizedek in the Temple which is in Heaven”:** \[WSS\] And always having the spiritual food for the brethren in the congregations, in due time. They shouldn’t have to wait a year to have the videos in their congregation. Every minister should have their equipment, should have their videos, and be up to date with those videos, and keep them up to date by giving them the videos; not tiring them out by speaking to them, and then playing a video for them when they are already tired, instead you should have the devotional and the introduction, whichever announcements you may have, and the introduction to the video, the subject you will be seeing and everything, and have them watch the video so that they can be fed. And so that afterwards they are able to return to their homes early. Because the reason they are coming is to glorify God, to worship God, and to receive their spiritual food. We can't waste time, I, for example, in Puerto Rico, when I don’t have a message to give to the people, do you know what I do? I tell the guys to put a video on, and they ask me: “Which one?” They tell me: “We have this one and that one…” —“Play such-and-such video.” And I'm there with them, even if I'm in the office there, I have the television on, and I’m also studying and at the same time I’m listening to everything that is being said in that video. And afterward, at the end, once the video ends, I come out and greet the congregation, and I say two or three words of greeting and then hand it over to the song director for a song and for him to conclude. In other words, I don’t start speaking to them afterwards, but rather it has already ended; and if I speak a bit, it is regarding what was said in the video. That could not be done at any time, not in brother Branham’s time, nor in brother William’s time; nor at this time either. At this time, what God is carrying out for us, showing us, and teaching us, is what each of us needs. That is why in the book of *The Seals* he says that \[WSS\] «teaching messages are long».\* \*\[*The Seals*, “God Hiding Himself In Simplicity…” p. 16, para. 95\] \[Bible Study #397, 24-2/Mar/2024 (Sunday), p. 50: *\[WSS\] «**Messages of teaching are long**».*\] Now, notice how all of that is fulfilled in each age and in each dispensation; and at this end time as well. A person can’t start talking after we’ve already had the Bible Study and the message. And then the person stands and starts talking; and the brethren already want to go home when it’s over, and (to top it off) they start talking; and that affects them, because it can uproot and take away what was already sown in the heart. That is why at this end time, notice, what God was going to carry out in the fulfillment of the Tent Vision was being seen, when… Remember that message where he…? (I think it was in 2013) where he said: \[WSS\] “Have all the congregations tuning in with Puerto Rico, with the introductions that Reverend Jose Benjamin Perez does; because that is very important, so that you can understand (something like that), so that you can see what I’m going to speak after that, or so that you have a clear picture or quotes that I won’t say, or that there isn’t enough time to say, he reads them,” and he says that \[WSS\] “that is a very, very important part.”\* \***2013-07-07 “Where the Name of God is, the blessing will be there”:** \[WSS\] I thank Reverend Jose Benjamin Perez for the part he always does, of reading about the topic we are going to have, which prepares all of you who are present, and those who are in other nations, to already, beforehand, know what the topic of each Sunday is about. This is a good preparation and it helps me not to have to read so much: you have already heard. That is why it is so important for you to be attentive to what he reads, because that is what we are going to talk about during the Bible school, the preaching. Therefore, all countries must have the connection ready for when he enters: everyone must be connected, listening; because that preparation is very important for all those who are going to listen. If you miss that preparation, then I may not read all those Scriptures,those quotes, and you will not know what I am talking about if I don’t read them at that time; but since he read them, you already know what we are talking about. That part is very, very important. And look, sometimes I would speak for an hour, an hour and a half, because he wouldn’t come out, and then he would preach for half an hour! He would preach less than I did, he would speak less than I did. Because notice, he was already showing the people the way it would be; but he couldn’t speak plainly so that there wouldn’t be imitations. And even so, there are always some people who come out imitating, taking excerpts and speaking; that is imitating. At this end time, every minister should listen, receive, tune in with The Great Tent Cathedral, receive the messages that are given, preached, there; and also the message that has already been selected. Everything is spoken so that later they don’t say: *“I wasn’t told anything.”* And since everyone hears, well, they have already been warned, so that later they can’t say: *“He never said anything. I wasn’t warned. I wasn’t told this or that.”* It has already been spoken, so that it’s recorded. Now…, later we’ll find that part, where he said it. \[JBP\] Now, let’s continue here where we paused… I’m on page 38 from paragraph 316, which he writes there: *\[WSS\] «**The new ministry = speak the Word**»*. He says \[***Quotations***\]: *316 - “\[12\] And it brings…It puts it right back into the lap of the people again, if they will come with the right attitude and believe, it’s just got to happen.”* \[*Dr. Jose B. Perez*\] Now, our brother William goes on to say here, in the message **“GOD COMING DOWN WITH POWER TO DELIVER HIS PEOPLE,”** that’s the message we are reading; he says: \[WSS\] Meaning that he comes announcing the judgement of the great tribulation that will come, and telling people to seek God, to glorify God, to serve God. It is God’s final call for people to seek God; that is the last chance for a time of mercy for mankind. God’s mercy will be extended upon the human being for the last time, and then the divine judgment will come for those who did not believe; and the transformation for whom? For the believers. As simple as that (\[JBP\] brother William says there). \[JBP\] He used that a lot: “as simple as that,” and I also use it. It’s all in simplicity. \[*Dr. Jose B. Perez*\] Look, in the message “ISRAEL, BEHOLD, THY KING COMETH UNTO THEE!,” which was preached on April 9, 2017, he says… he’s quoting page…, paragraph 183, on page 22 of *Quotations**\**: \*\[**58-0109** - “The Called-Out,” p. 9, para. 24\] \[Message from Sunday’s study, March 25, 2018\] **ISRAEL, BEHOLD, THY KING COMETH UNTO THEE** *Dr. William Soto Santiago* *Sunday, April 9, 2017* *Cayey, Puerto Rico* “Their Day of Grace” is the Dispensation of Grace, which corresponds to the sixth dispensation. Judgment Day is the Dispensation of the Kingdom, when Christ changes from Lamb to Lion and the Feast of the Trumpets begins, wherein judgment will be announced upon the human race. We will talk about this on another occasion, because that manifestation in judgment corresponds to the Feast of the Trumpets of Leviticus, chapter 23, verse 24, and that feast is for the Jews; and that is what pertains to the call to the Jews, for them to receive the revelation of this end time. The time of Christianity, of the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ, is the sixth dispensation, the Dispensation of Grace; so, while there is still mercy, one must take advantage. When the door of mercy closes, and the door of the Feast of the Trumpets opens, that is when the divine judgment will be announced, which will fall upon nations, cities, and individuals (\[JBP\] because he says that \[WMB\] “in His Coming He will bless some and curse others”)\*. These are the divine judgments. This is when God will judge the world in this end time. \*\[**57-0417** - “The Second Coming Of The Lord,” p. 5, para. 22\] \[Bible Study #311, 28/May/2023 (Sunday), pp. 6-7: *\[WSS\] «**Everything rests on the 2nd Coming after His death during the 1st. At His Coming He will bless some and curse others. The Coming of the Lord is the only hope**».*\] But in the meantime, while the Title \[Deed\] is in the right hand of God, there is mercy (\[JBP\] and the Title Deed is already on Earth); and there is a gap between the Dispensation of Grace and the Dispensation of the Kingdom, which introduces the Dispensation of the Kingdom. \[*Dr. Jose B. Perez*\] On page 160 of the book of ***Quotations***… Now, later in the Study you’ll see that drawing that I mentioned to you at the beginning, where you can then see the gap there. Page 160, paragraph 1428, it says: \[**65-0822M** - “Christ Is Revealed In His Own Word,” p. 34, paras. 148-149\] \[Study “I see with a spiritual eye,” 15/Oct/2022 (Saturday), pp. 25-26\] *1428 - “\[148\] And this evening Light… Of course, the great Light will come when Jesus Himself will be manifested here on earth, or up in the Heavens, taking away His Bride, and then the Millennium will set in.* *149 But we’ve got one of the most dreadful times to go through, that ever laid before human beings* (\[JBP\] there on the right, on 160, in that paragraph on the right, he writes upwards): *\[WSS\] «**the Great Light will come**»**. And I’m just waiting for the hour, and when we can get...everybody can get a chance where you get off from work and spend a few days, and we can get set up somewhere where I can speak on those Plagues and things that’s to fall in the last days; and throw about two or three weeks together, and bring that together, if the Lord lets me live to do it and will inspire me to do so…”* \[JBP\] See? It’s the messengers that carry out those stages. But notice, there he is saying: if God lets him live to do it; in other words, through his ministry, because he desired for it to be fulfilled in him. And he knew that if he departed, it couldn’t be through him; just like it wasn’t Dr. William Soto Santiago either: he departed, and it can’t be through him because he already departed. It has to be a messenger who is alive in the midst of the Church of the Lord. *1428 - “\[149\] …see how those things will be dropped in, and those Thunders. Then you’ll find out what that man and them people have been dreaming about, and all these things there, it’ll come to pass; see, you’ll notice what them revealed, that great Thunder a coming forth out of the the skies. Now, of course, the whole bunch of you, you know that I know what that that means, you see. And, but let’s just wait till the time comes, you see, for it to be, see, now, and it’ll be more in season.”* \[JBP\] And below, he writes there: *\[WSS\] «**The Thunders and the plagues**»*. And also on the left, there on page 161, above, on the left of that paragraph, he writes: *\[WSS\] «**Tent**»*. And he writes: *\[WSS\] «**The Thunders reveal the plagues**»*. And above he also writes: *\[WSS\] «**They will understand the dreams that they’ve had**»*. And he writes in… the form of a question: *\[WSS\] «**When?**»*. \[JBP\] Because there in that paragraph… he says: *1428 - “\[149\] … and them people have been dreaming about, and all these things there, it’ll come to pass…”* \[JBP\] Meaning, everything that God promised, God is fulfilling it and will continue to fulfill it in this Third Pull. Look, on page 160, above, there in 1428, he wrote on top: *\[WSS\] «**The Millennium – The Great Light / The Thunders and the plagues**»*. \[*Dr. Jose B. Perez*\] Now, he goes on to say here…, I’m going back to the message of **“GOD COMING DOWN WITH POWER TO DELIVER HIS PEOPLE”**; he goes on to say: \[WSS\] And then the plagues will be repeated on Earth under the ministry of the Two Olive Trees of Revelation, chapter 11, which come prophesying before many peoples, nations, and tongues; in other words, they come prophesying before the kingdom of the gentiles, before the stage of the feet of iron and clay. It is the prophecy of the divine judgments that will be brought by the Two Olive Trees. The ministries of Moses and Elijah will be manifested. The one who ate the Book will have the Title Deed, and therefore, the ministries of the Two Olive Trees will be manifested there, and the ministry of Jesus too. \[JBP\] Well, that’s clear! He spoke to us so clearly! And today we see the fulfillment of everything that was prophesied and appointed that God would be carrying out in the midst of the Third Pull, the fulfillment of the Third Pull. \[WSS\] Remember that God doesn’t have two major prophets at the same time. But He can have the ministering spirit… have a ministering spirit in one, or two, or three, or more prophets, as many as He wants; because the One who operates ministries is the Holy Spirit; and if the Holy Spirit is there… \[JBP\] That’s why he said that it was the Work of the Holy Spirit, the Work of the Pillar of Fire, in the fulfillment of the Third Pull. And if the Holy Spirit and the Pillar of Fire are there, then He can operate whichever ministry He wishes to operate. \[WSS\] … if the Holy Spirit is there, then He can operate whichever ministries He desires: He can operate the ministry of Elijah, He can operate the ministry of Moses, He can operate the ministry of Jesus, and He can operate any other ministry that He wishes to operate. That is why those ministries that will be operated are identified \[with\] as the ministries that were in Moses, and in Elijah and in Jesus… \[JBP\] We have seen **“THE TRAJECTORY OF THE CREATIVE WORD,”** in this brief Study that we’ve had. So, let’s stand, and now let’s hear this message, which was titled **“THE TRAJECTORY OF THE CREATIVE WORD.”** Let’s leave with us, our beloved brother and friend, Dr. William Soto Santiago.
