**TITLE: THE MYSTERY OF THE END OF THE WORLD AND THE THINGS THAT WILL HAPPEN IN THE LAST DAY** *Dr. William Soto Santiago Wednesday, December 17, 1997 San Antonio, Texas, United States*
\*\*Scripture: Matthew 24:1-3\*\* \*\*THE SEVENTH SEAL AND THE DAY AND THE HOUR OF HIS COMING \*\* \_Dr. William Soto Santiago \_ \_Sunday, May 31, 1998 \_ \_(Second activity) \_ \_Cayey, Puerto Rico\_ And now, for the Last Day, we find that before the beginning of the seventh millennium… the sign of the Son of Man already in heaven. Just as the sign of the Son of Man in heaven was before the beginning of the fifth millennium, there was the Star of Bethlehem appearing for approximately two years. And now, notice how after the forerunner of the First Coming of Christ, the next prophet who would come would be whom? The one forerun, in the fulfillment of the Coming of the Angel of the Covenant veiled in human flesh, in a young carpenter from Nazareth called Jesus. The problem they had, not God, nor Jesus, but the wise and knowledgeable in theological matters of the Hebrew religion of that time, the problem was where? They had the problem with the veil of flesh; that is where they stumbled. For that is the Cornerstone, the Stone of stumbling for the great wise and knowledgeable men of that time; and that will be the same Stone where the wise and knowledgeable men of this end time will stumble; both the beast and the ten kings will stumble, they will stumble with that stone not cut from hands. \[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] In the message **“SHALOM,”** on page 11, it says:[1](#sdfootnote1sym) *“**51* *Each generation was lotted so much, happened in their days. We all know that. The prophets come on the scene. They, the Word of the Lord came to them, understood It. A seer, in the Old Testament, means that, ‘one that the Word is revealed to.’ And how they know it, because he foreknows things that will come. Then the Word of the Lord came to them, each age.”*\[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] And continues here, in this same message:In other words, the kingdom of the gentiles in the stage of the feet of iron and clay will stumble with that Stone, with the Stone of the Second Coming of Christ. And they will stumble because of the veil of flesh; they will stumble because of the Word, the Angel of the Covenant, which is the Word, who will come made flesh, incarnated in the Last Day, in a man of the Last Day, who will be the Angel of the Lord Jesus Christ. \[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] An on the book of ***The Seals***, on page 301 \[pg. 355 in Eng.\], says: *“**\[201\]* *Now, now, notice now.**202* *And then according to the—the time that God was going to deliver the antediluvian world, He sent the eagle. And time He was going to deliver Israel, He sent the eagle.**203* *Do you believe that the time, even on John, on the Isle of Patmos, this Message was so perfect that He couldn’t trust It with an Angel? You know, an angel is a messenger. But do you know the messenger was a prophet? You believe that? \[Congregation says, ‘Amen.’—Ed.\] Let’s prove it. Revelation 22, let’s see if it was a eagle. Yeah. See, he was a…Sure, he was an angel, he’s the messenger, but it was a prophet that revealed this whole Book of Revelation to him.”*\[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] And he continues here on these excerpts over here: \*\*THE DEFINITIVE VICTORY OF THE SEVENTH SEAL OVER SATAN \*\* \_Dr. William Soto Santiago \_ \_Sunday, April 19, 1998 \_ \_(Second Activity) \_ \_Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico\_ And now, notice what the forerunner of the Second Coming of Christ tells us. He says \[Quotations, page 117\]:[2](#sdfootnote2sym)\_1208 - “That’s when Elijah and Moses… There’s where the miracles take place. The things that the people’s been looking for, the Pentecostals, for miracles, that’s where that’ll take place in that—under them. See, that’s Elijah’s and Moses’ (…) We’re just to wait on the coming of the Lord.”\_ In other words, the opening of the Seventh Seal, the fulfillment of the Seventh Seal, which is the white horse Rider of Revelation 19, who comes, from where? From the West. Just as the First Coming of Christ was fulfilled in a veil of flesh from the East, from the land of Israel, the Second Coming of Christ, the Coming of the white horse Rider of Revelation 19, is coming fulfilled in a man from the West; that is where Jesus Christ comes in Holy Spirit manifested in human flesh, that is where the Word comes, the Word incarnate in a man. In a man from where? From the West, from the western continent. (…) Through that manifestation of Christ in His Angel Messenger, the human race will know these divine judgments that will come upon the Earth, upon the human beings, during the great tribulation; just like through the radio and television, when there is bad weather we can know the weather conditions, and we can know which storm is coming and from where that storm comes and how many miles or kilometers that storm is moving; likewise, through God’s television, which will be the Angel of Jesus Christ, human beings will be able to know what storms will come during the great tribulation, and thus, they will have the opportunity to know those divine judgments that are to come upon the Earth, because they will be communicated to the human race through the ministries of the Two Olive Trees, the ministries of Moses and Elijah manifested on Earth. Now notice, these ministries are the ones that will be in the Angel of Jesus Christ manifested by the Holy Spirit, and the ministry of Jesus will also be manifested; and the Hebrew people will see this powerful manifestation of the Third Pull, this powerful manifestation of Christ, who will be coming at this Last Day in human flesh. It will be the Coming of the Word, the Word incarnate in a man; and through that man, He will be opening all these mysteries to us; and then, through that man, Christ will be carrying out great miracles, signs and wonders worldwide. But first comes the Word being spoken, and then, those signs and wonders will be a confirmation or re-confirmation from God for that Angel Messenger; God will be confirming or vindicating him worldwide as His promised Messenger for the Last Day. \[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] And that was also what the Reverend William Branham told us of the confirmation that the seventh angel messenger of the seventh gentile Church age was the forerunner of His Second Coming, God was going to confirm with an event. Book of ***The Ages*** page 365 \[pg. 326 in Eng.\], it says:*“Though he will not be popular, he will be vindicated by God. As Jesus authenticated John, and the Holy Ghost authenticated Jesus, we can well expect this man will be first of all authenticated by the Spirit working in his life in acts of power that are indisputable and found nowhere else; and Jesus Himself, in returning* (and it says there: *\[WSS\] «with Moses and Elijah»*)*, will authenticate him, even as He authenticated John. John witnessed that Jesus was coming, — and so will this man, like John* (that is, *\[WSS\] «Elijah»*)*, witness that Jesus is coming* (*\[WSS\] «Moses and Elijah»*)*. And the very return of Christ will prove that this man indeed was the forerunner of His second coming. This is the final evidence that this indeed is the prophet of Malachi 4, for the end of the Gentile period will be Jesus, Himself* (*\[WSS\] «with Moses and Elijah»*)*, appearing* (And it says: *\[WSS\] «The last 3 ½ years of the 1954 years, which were fulfilled in 1977»*)*. Then it will be too late for those who have rejected him.”*\[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] And continues here, in this message, he continues saying:In other words, before the world and before the Church, the foolish virgins, Christ will be confirming, that is, vindicating who is His Angel Messenger promised for the Last Day; but by that time, there will no longer be an opportunity for salvation, because the Door will already be shut, the Door of Mercy, which is Christ as Lamb of God; that stage will already be finished, and He will have already left the Throne of Intercession in Heaven, and what awaits this humanity, the entire planet Earth, will be the divine judgment; but before that, God’s elect will have obtained the mercy of God and they will have received the transformation of their bodies, and the dead in Christ the resurrection in eternal bodies. Now, we can see the mystery that will be opened during the time of the squeeze, and we can also see the definitive victory of the Seventh Seal, which is the Second Coming of Christ, over Satan. Notice how Christ will overcome the enemy of God, the devil; in chapter 12 of Revelation, and also in chapter 19, we have that battle there, and we also have the result of that battle, which is the victory of Christ against the antichrist, it is the victory of Christ against the devil at the Last Day. \[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] And in the message: **“CHRIST IS THE MYSTERY OF GOD REVEALED,”****[3](#sdfootnote3sym)** on page 50 it says: *“**\[375\]* *And now, today, He wants to get somebody that can so see it* (he writes: *\[WSS\] «see it clearly with Moses and Elijah»*)*, that they can let the Word…**376* *See, Jesus so seen it so, was so perfectly born for the day, until God expressed every move that He made. He was God’s revelation; God, revealed.**377* *Now He sanctified, with His Spirit and Blood, a Church, that He might make every promise in this last day be revealed. Now, see, He could go back and pick up what these other fellows has left off here, in the last days, and by His Holy Spirit reveal all the mystery of the Seven Seals. See, He is expressing Himself. That’s His purpose. That’s why He died. That’s the second fold of His threefold manifestation.* *«1».* *First, to express Hisself in Christ.* *«2»,* *then express Hisself through the Church. And the same thing, Christ was the Word,* *«3».* *and the Church becomes the Word when it lets the Word go through them.**378* *But when they accept a hybrid denomination, how can the Word go through it? It’s grounded, then it causes a short and blows a fuse. See?**379* *But when the current is flowing freely, the Word of God, It expresses Itself. ‘The works that I do shall ye be, also.’ And in the last days it shall come to pass: ‘Behold I send to you Elijah the prophet, and he shall turn the hearts of the—of the children back to the Faith of the fathers.’**380* *And in there, there would be a time come forth when He could express Himself in fullness of His Godhead, Deity, through His Church, have the preeminences in this Church. Oh, my! What? The anointed Man; now the anointed people; oh, my, to bring back the anointed Bride and the Bridegroom. Anointed by (why?) accepting what Eve turned down, and Adam; coming back with the anointing of the Word, because He said, ‘My Word is Spirit.’ See, anointed with the Word. What Eve turned down* (and he writes: *\[WSS\] «the Title Deed»*)*, He comes back and we accept.**381* *See how that hybrid condition, again, just exactly what he done Eve.**382* *He told Eve, ‘Don’t you do this, and don’t you do that; and you can do this, and that’* (and he writes there: *\[WSS\] «The Bride accepts what Adam and Eve rejected, which was the Word, the Title Deed, the anointed ones with the Word»*)*.”*\[*Rev. Jose B. Perez*\] And he continues here on this subject: \*\*THE PROPHETIC WORD GIVEN BY THE SPIRIT OF PROPHECY \*\* \_Dr. William Soto Santiago \_ \_Monday, December 30, 2002 \_ \_Cayey, Puerto Rico\_ Now, we find the types and figures of the things that will happen in the New Testament, we find them where? In the Old Testament. We don’t have to go outside the Scripture, but in the Scripture itself, because the Scripture comes in a progressive way bringing the revelation of God, the prophetic Word given by the Spirit of prophecy, which is the Holy Spirit. Now, we find that what God will do at this time is reflected in the apostles and also in the seven angel messengers. In the Reverend William Branham and in Saint Paul and Saint Peter are the people in whom God has reflected the most of what He will be doing in this end time. And now, there are many things that were manifested in Reverend William Branham, and many things were also spoken, but that were only partially fulfilled in him, because God was reflecting things in him that He will do later on. The Third Pull was temporarily manifested in him, but he says that the Third Pull is going to be fully manifested when the squeeze comes. Therefore, God is reflecting what He is going to do later on in him; and that will be the fullness of Christ in His Church, when Christ finishes His Work of Intercession in Heaven and completes His Church. \*\*REMEMBERING THE LAW OF MOSES \*\* \*\*The Waved Sheaf \*\* \_Dr. William Soto Santiago \_ \_Sunday, June 19, 1983 \_ \_Valencia, Venezuela\_ And when the people are looking for a leader, many leaders appear; but God only has one for each time. And it doesn’t matter that Moses had disappeared from them and had gone to the top of the mountain there; it doesn’t matter that they thought: “This Moses has gone on vacation,” or “this Moses, with so much trouble we have given him, this one has left us and has left…”; because that was what they thought…; or at least those who wanted to guide the people in their own way, what they tried to teach the people: “This Moses, who brought us out of Egypt, we don’t know what has happened to him; so this one has left us already. He hasn’t been with us for 40 days.” But it didn’t matter how long he was absent; the absence wasn’t a reason to look for another leader; but the absence of Moses was a reason to be more in fellowship with God. For if they lost Moses, they lost everything; because he was the Messenger of God. So what they had to do was to be praying, in expectation, knowing that Moses had gone up to talk to God; and to be waiting for Moses to come down with that great news that would come from Heaven, which would be given to Moses. But the people became desperate and wanted to do it their own way. That is what sometimes happens to us. Sometimes it is known, or it has been said: “Such and such a thing is going to be done, or there are such and such things that God is going to do.” But… Some people say: “But, hey, time goes by and they do nothing; a day goes by, a week, a month, two months, three months, four months, six months, a year, and they do nothing! And that is going to get done; so I go and do it; or I look for someone else to do it with someone else.” But it shouldn’t be done that way, but it should be done according to what is programmed, according to God’s Plan. Because the one who goes off on his own, or looks for someone else, or other people, to do it: he is doing the same thing that the people of Israel did: they didn’t wait for Moses to come down, and they thought they could go ahead. And God, because of what they did, God said to Moses: “Let me uproot them all, and I will set you over a better people, over a greater people, over a mightier people.” And that is where Moses interceded for the people of Israel. Look, even though the people of Israel had forgotten Moses, and sought things other than what Moses had told them, yet Moses interceded for them. Well, we have to understand that this is how people are: sometimes they want things in their own time and in their own way; but the Bible teaches us that we have to be patient with God. He has been patient with us; but sometimes we are the ones who get impatient and want God to do things quickly, or at the time we want, and not at the time He has planned. We must wait for God’s timing; and in the meantime develop, make use of patience; so that patience is manifested in you in such a way that you can wait for all the promises that God has made. Because all the promises that God has made, one waits for them, and one has to have patience; if you don’t have patience, there you have spoiled everything. Look, if you don’t have patience, your faith is going to have many problems. So you have to be patient and wait with patience for the fulfillment of the things of God; you have to wait with patience for everything that has to be done. And then you will be pleasing God; because you, then, you will be walking to the beat, to the pace of what God is doing. \*\*THE KEYS TO THE KINGDOM \*\* \_Dr. William Soto Santiago \_ \_Sunday, January 17, 1993 \_ \_(Second activity) \_ \_Bogota, Colombia \_ (Volume 22) Now, when a dispensation begins, the previous dispensation has to fade away to make way for a new dispensation that will bring to the human race the whole Divine Program relevant to that new dispensation; and the things that mankind has will be changed to the way of the new dispensation. Just as there were these dispensational changes in the past. The people take the way of believing, of understanding things, according to the dispensation they are in. The Dispensation of the Kingdom is the dispensation that will bring to this world (which is in death agony, which is in ruins), it will bring peace and prosperity; not to the kingdom of the gentiles, but to the Kingdom of God; and all who enter that Kingdom will receive those blessings. There will be nations that will enter that Kingdom: The nations that have been saved will enter. We find that these nations will be formed by believers; believers, who will receive the knowledge of the Word of God; these are to enter eternity, after the Millennium. But to enter the Millennium there will be nations that will escape divine judgment, or part of them, and will pass into the glorious Millennial Kingdom. (…) Peter opened that door with that divine revelation he had; he opened Christ in His First Coming for the people, in the Dispensation of Grace, in that new dispensational day that had been born. And for the Dispensation of the Kingdom, when Jesus Christ reveals to His Angel the great mystery of His Coming as Lion of the tribe of Judah, as King of kings and Lord of lords, as the Son of David, to take the Kingdom and establish the glorious Kingdom of God on Earth; there the keys of the Kingdom of God are given to the Angel of the Lord Jesus Christ to open the door, which is Christ, in His Second Coming as the Lion of the tribe of Judah, as King of kings and Lord of lords, as the Son of David, to reign during the Millennium and for all eternity. By opening that revelation to the people, He is opening the door to all the children of God, the door of the Kingdom of God; the Kingdom of God that will be on Earth in all its fullness during the glorious Millennial Kingdom; but at the dawn of the new dispensational day of the Kingdom, of the Dispensation of the Kingdom, it begins to move in the fulfillment of all things that correspond to be carried out before the glorious Millennial Kingdom literally begins. (…) Now, you see, the key of David has to do with the Kingdom of David, with the Throne of David, to be established in the land of Israel; and to sit upon the Throne of David, Jesus Christ, the Pillar of Fire, who has that promise, and who is Heir —as Son of David— to that Throne of David; because being the Son of David, He has the right to be King over Israel. He has the key of David; and the key of David has to do with the glorious Millennial Kingdom, it has to do with the Kingdom of God in the Dispensation of the Kingdom; and the key of David is required to open that Kingdom, and to understand the mystery of the Kingdom of God, where the Throne of David will be restored, the door of the Kingdom of God is required to be opened, which is Jesus Christ coming as the Son of David, as King of kings and Lord of lords, in His Reclaiming Work. He as the Lion of the tribe of Judah makes the reclamation of all that He redeemed with His precious Blood.
