Esteban Paz 0e35531ec7 feat: conectar frontend a Google Sheets y ajustar responsive 
- Agregar API route /api/formulario/send con mapeo de 46 columnas
- Agregar appendRegistrationToSheet() para escribir en tab VOLUNTARIOS
- Reemplazar simulación de envío por fetch real al endpoint
- Corregir validación de checkboxes, email y niveles
- Ajustar stepper para pantallas de laptop (gap, círculos, labels)
- Corregir header en iPad: ocultar hamburguesa y mostrar idioma desde md
